The direct-drive pure electric power device comprises a driving motor, a speed changing device and a motor controller, wherein the driving motor is vertically arranged, and an output piece of the driving motor is positioned at the upper end part of the driving motor; the speed changing device is horizontally arranged horizontally, and the input end of the speed changing device is positioned at the left end part of the speed changing device; the left end part of the speed changing device is arranged at the upper top end of the driving motor, and the driving motor and the speed changing device form an inverted L shape; the output piece of the driving motor is inserted into the input end of the speed changing device; the motor controller is arranged at the lower bottom end of the driving motor; a reinforcing bracket is arranged between the lower end part of the motor controller and the right end part of the speed changing device. Due to the adoption of the integrated design of the driving motor and the speed changing device, the embedded assembly type integrated design of the motor controller and the support reinforcing structure, the vehicle has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, firmness and reliability, is convenient for structural arrangement in the whole vehicle space, and can be suitable for the working condition environment of normal use of the vehicle.

The motor controller is embedded in the lower bottom end of the driving motor.
The driving motor is a high-voltage and low-current motor.
The speed change device is an automatic speed reduction device.
The reinforcing support comprises a right-angle frame and an inclined frame, one end part of the right-angle frame is fixedly connected with the lower end part of the motor controller, the other end part of the right-angle frame is fixedly connected with the lower end part of the inclined frame, and the upper end part of the inclined frame is fixedly connected with the right end part of the speed changing device.
The reinforcing support further comprises a middle frame, the lower end part of the middle frame is fixedly connected to the inclined frame, and the upper end part of the middle frame is fixedly connected to the middle part of the speed changing device.
The cross section of the inclined frame is U-shaped.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the direct-drive pure electric power device comprises a high-voltage and low-current driving motor 1, a speed changing device 2 and a motor controller 3, wherein the driving motor 1 is vertically arranged, and an output piece of the driving motor 1 is positioned at the upper end part of the driving motor 1; the speed changing device 2 is an automatic speed reducing device and horizontally arranged, and the input end of the speed changing device 2 is positioned at the left end part of the speed changing device 2; the left end part of the speed changing device 2 is arranged at the upper top end of the driving motor 1, and the driving motor 1 and the speed changing device 2 form an inverted L shape; the output piece of the driving motor 1 is inserted into the input end of the speed changing device 2, so that the driving motor 1 and the speed changing device 2 form an integrated design; the motor controller 3 is embedded in the lower bottom end of the driving motor 1, so that the motor controller 3 and the driving motor 1 form an embedded assembly type integrated design; a reinforcing bracket 4 is arranged between the lower end part of the motor controller 3 and the right end part of the speed changing device 2, the reinforcing bracket 4 comprises a right-angle bracket 41, an inclined bracket 42 and a middle bracket 43, the left end part of the right-angle bracket 41 is fixedly connected with the lower end part of the motor controller 3, the upper end part of the right-angle bracket 41 is fixedly connected with the lower end part of the inclined bracket 42, and the upper end part of the inclined bracket 42 is fixedly connected with the right end part of the speed changing device 2, so that a large triangle reinforcing support for the motor controller 3, the driving motor 1 and the speed changing device 2 is formed; the lower end part of the middle frame 43 is fixedly connected to the inclined frame 42, and the upper end part of the middle frame 43 is fixedly connected to the middle part of the speed change device 2, so that a small triangle reinforcement support for the speed change device 2 is formed; the cross section of the inclined frame 42 is designed into a U shape, so that the strength of the inclined frame 42 for reinforcing the support can be further enhanced.

the reinforcing bracket comprises a right-angle bracket and an inclined bracket, one end part of the right-angle bracket is fixedly connected with the lower end part of the motor controller, the other end part of the right-angle bracket is fixedly connected with the lower end part of the inclined bracket, and the upper end part of the inclined bracket is fixedly connected with the right end part of the speed changing device;
the reinforcing support further comprises a middle frame, the lower end part of the middle frame is fixedly connected to the inclined frame, and the upper end part of the middle frame is fixedly connected to the middle part of the speed changing device.
