Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种新能源汽车组合电池包安全防护装置,通过在电池包上方设置底部开口的防护罩将电池包盖住,防护罩通过磁性块连接在底板的磁性连接块上从而方便装上取下,防护罩两侧为网孔板方便通风降温,并且防护罩内顶部设置降温风机进行降温,并且网孔板外侧设置保温板将防护罩密封,保证冬天温度低时的工作,这样的安全防护装置效果优异,使用方便,适用于新能源汽车组合电池包的安全防护中。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源汽车电池包领域,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车组合电池包安全防护装置。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,对于环境的污染越来越严重,汽车是污染的重要来源。因此,对于汽车来说,采用电力务必会减少污染。因此动力电池成为未来能源的发展方向。对于新能源汽车组合电池包来说,其重量重,易发热,需要对其进行防护,目前对于电池包的防护效果差,因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种新能源汽车组合电池包安全防护装置,通过在电池包上方设置底部开口的防护罩将电池包盖住,防护罩通过磁性块连接在底板的磁性连接块上从而方便装上取下,防护罩两侧为网孔板方便通风降温,并且防护罩内顶部设置降温风机进行降温,并且网孔板外侧设置保温板将防护罩密封,保证冬天温度低时的工作,这样的安全防护装置效果优异,使用方便,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种新能源汽车组合电池包安全防护装置,包括有底板,所述底板顶部设置有滑行轨道,滑行轨道上设置有至少两个电池包;所述底板上方设置有底部开口的防护罩,防护罩盖住电池包;防护罩左右两侧为网孔板,网孔板底部内侧设置有磁性块,底板左右两侧设置有磁性与磁性块相反的磁性连接块,磁性块和磁性连接块连接在一起;所述防护罩内顶部位于每个电池包上方设置有降温风机。
进一步改进在于:所述网孔板外侧设置有安装架,安装架内插有保温板,保温板顶部设置有拉板,拉板位于安装架顶部。
进一步改进在于:所述电池包底部左右两侧设置有固定块,固定块固定在滑行轨道上。
进一步改进在于:所述防护罩内顶部位于每个电池包上方设置有温度感应器,温度感应器位于降温风机右侧。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在电池包上方设置底部开口的防护罩将电池包盖住,防护罩通过磁性块连接在底板的磁性连接块上从而方便装上取下,防护罩两侧为网孔板方便通风降温,并且防护罩内顶部设置降温风机进行降温,并且网孔板外侧设置保温板将防护罩密封,保证冬天温度低时的工作,这样的安全防护装置效果优异,使用方便,适用于新能源汽车组合电池包的安全防护中。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种新能源汽车组合电池包安全防护装置,包括有底板1,所述底板1顶部设置有滑行轨道2,滑行轨道2上设置有两个电池包3;所述底板1上方设置有底部开口的防护罩4,防护罩4盖住电池包3;防护罩4左右两侧为网孔板5,网孔板5底部内侧设置有磁性块6,底板1左右两侧设置有磁性与磁性块6相反的磁性连接块7,磁性块6和磁性连接块7连接在一起;所述防护罩4内顶部位于每个电池包3上方设置有降温风机8。所述网孔板5外侧设置有安装架9,安装架9内插有保温板10,保温板10顶部设置有拉板11,拉板11位于安装架9顶部。所述电池包3底部左右两侧设置有固定块12,固定块12固定在滑行轨道2上。所述防护罩4内顶部位于每个电池包3上方设置有温度感应器13,温度感应器13位于降温风机8右侧。
通过在电池包3上方设置底部开口的防护罩4将电池包3盖住,防护罩4通过磁性块6连接在底板的磁性连接块7上从而方便装上取下,防护罩4两侧为网孔板5方便通风降温,并且防护罩4内顶部设置降温风机8进行降温,并且网孔板5外侧设置保温板10将防护罩4密封,保证冬天温度低时的工作,这样的安全防护装置效果优异,使用方便,适用于新能源汽车组合电池包的安全防护中。

1.一种新能源汽车组合电池包安全防护装置,包括有底板(1),其特征在于:所述底板(1)顶部设置有滑行轨道(2),滑行轨道(2)上设置有至少两个电池包(3);所述底板(1)上方设置有底部开口的防护罩(4),防护罩(4)盖住电池包(3);防护罩(4)左右两侧为网孔板(5),网孔板(5)底部内侧设置有磁性块(6),底板(1)左右两侧设置有磁性与磁性块(6)相反的磁性连接块(7),磁性块(6)和磁性连接块(7)连接在一起;所述防护罩(4)内顶部位于每个电池包(3)上方设置有降温风机(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述新能源汽车组合电池包安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述网孔板(5)外侧设置有安装架(9),安装架(9)内插有保温板(10),保温板(10)顶部设置有拉板(11),拉板(11)位于安装架(9)顶部。
3.如权利要求1所述新能源汽车组合电池包安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述电池包(3)底部左右两侧设置有固定块(12),固定块(12)固定在滑行轨道(2)上。
4.如权利要求1所述新能源汽车组合电池包安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述防护罩(4)内顶部位于每个电池包(3)上方设置有温度感应器(13),温度感应器(13)位于降温风机(8)右侧。
