本发明公开了一种涂料调制黏度简易测试装置,其特征在于包括采样板,采样板上部为执手,采样板下部具有一矩形区域的测试区,测试区内设有行数和列数相同的测试孔,测试孔为三至六列,每列测试孔孔径由大到小按从上到下的顺序排列,右侧列最大孔直径小于左侧列最小孔直径;本发明测试区浸入涂料提出,观察各测试孔内的涂料是否滴落而使该测试孔露空,根据露空的最小孔径测试孔对应不同黏度值,适于不同条件和工况下施工,根据观测到的结果可以判断是否可以施工或继续调制,简单易行。

一种涂料调制黏度简易测试装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料喷涂前稀释时用到的测试工具,特别是涉及一种涂料调制黏度简易测试装置。
背景技术
涂料是我们生活中常见的墙面装饰材料,美化我们的生活,现有涂料生产时为了减小后期运输成本,都是将涂料制作的特别粘稠,浓缩到最大程度进行包装,这样就可以保证出厂时单位有效涂料体积最小,待运输到施工现场在加入稀释剂进行调制,如向水溶性涂料中加入水,目前大部分涂料都是水溶性的,由于是现场调制,受不同施工人员和环境影响,调制后的涂料是否适于喷涂,主要是受其黏度指标影响,黏度过大喷涂困难,而且喷涂后不适于自流平,会出现凹凸表面,如果过于稀释涂料喷涂后易于流淌,而且稀释剂容易渗透破坏基底,所以掌握涂料的黏度等级,是在不同环境下使用涂料的必要条件,然而现有都是凭借感官来判断,人缺乏现场测试工具,这些问题仍有待于解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种涂料调制黏度简易测试装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种涂料调制黏度简易测试装置,其特征在于包括采样板,采样板上部为执手,采样板下部具有一矩形区域的测试区,测试区内设有行数和列数相同的测试孔,测试孔为三至六列,每列测试孔孔径由大到小按从上到下的顺序排列,右侧列最大孔直径小于左侧列最小孔直径。
进一步的,所述测试区厚度0.2毫米至2毫米,最大测试孔孔径小于20毫米,最小测试孔孔径大于1毫米。
进一步的,所述测试孔按照孔径由大到小的顺序内缘厚度依次减薄。
进一步的,所述最大测试孔内缘厚度小于2毫米,最小测试孔内缘厚度大于0.2毫米。
进一步的,所述各测试孔旁边设有标识。
进一步的,所述测试区表面磨砂。
本发明在涂料稀释调制的过程中,可以将本装置测试区斜插入涂料,便于涂料进入测试孔,涂料没过测试区稍停留后提起本装置,使测试区保持水平,观察各测试孔内的涂料是否滴落而使该测试孔露空,黏度越大露空的测试孔最小孔径越大,黏度越小露空的测试孔最小孔径越小,露空的最小孔径测试孔对应不同黏度值,适于不同条件和工况下施工,根据观测到的结果可以判断是否可以施工或继续调制,简单易行,可以提供可靠的测量结果,观察时使测试区保持竖直,也可以测试出结果。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1所示,该涂料调制黏度简易测试装置设有采样板1,采样板上部为执手2,本实施例为一个环形执手,实施时也可以为其他形状,如弯曲片或木质手柄等,采样板可以采用塑料片,也可以采用金属片,采样板下部具有一矩形区域的测试区3,测试区内设有行数和列数相同的测试孔4, 测试孔为三至六列,本实施例为四列、四行,具体可在该范围内根据需要的测量精度设置,各测试孔孔径均不相同,每列测试孔孔径由大到小按从上到下的顺序排列,右侧列最大孔直径小于左侧列最小孔直径,测量时竖直拿持适于涂料下落,快速出结果,本实施例最大测试孔孔径为18毫米,最小测试孔孔径1.5毫米。
本发明在涂料稀释调制的过程中,可以将本装置测试区斜插入涂料,便于涂料进入测试孔,涂料没过测试区稍停留后提起本装置,使测试区保持水平,观察各测试孔内的涂料是否滴落而使该测试孔露空,黏度越大露空的测试孔最小孔径越大,黏度越小露空的测试孔最小孔径越小,露空的最小孔径测试孔对应不同黏度值,适于不同条件和工况下施工,根据观测到的结果可以判断是否可以施工或继续调制,简单易行,可以提供可靠的测量结果,观察时使测试区保持竖直,也可以测试出结果。
实施时,测试区厚度0.2毫米至2毫米为较佳,最大测试孔孔径小于20毫米,最小测试孔孔径大于1毫米,即可实施有效测量。
实施时,为了减小毛细现象,测试孔按照孔径由大到小的顺序内缘厚度依次减薄,最大测试孔内缘厚度小于2毫米,最小测试孔内缘厚度大于0.2毫米,即可保证可靠测量。
实施时,还可在各测试孔旁边设有标识,明确指示对应范围,如数值或等级;测试区表面磨砂,可以更好的沾取涂料。

1.一种涂料调制黏度简易测试装置,其特征在于包括采样板,采样板上部为执手,采样板下部具有一矩形区域的测试区,测试区内设有行数和列数相同的测试孔,测试孔为三至六列,每列测试孔孔径由大到小按从上到下的顺序排列,右侧列最大孔直径小于左侧列最小孔直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂料调制黏度简易测试装置,其特征在于所述测试区厚度0.2毫米至2毫米,最大测试孔孔径小于20毫米,最小测试孔孔径大于1毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂料调制黏度简易测试装置,其特征在于所述测试孔按照孔径由大到小的顺序内缘厚度依次减薄。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种涂料调制黏度简易测试装置,其特征在于所述最大测试孔内缘厚度小于2毫米,最小测试孔内缘厚度大于0.2毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂料调制黏度简易测试装置,其特征在于所述各测试孔旁边设有标识。
