Abstract

拼接式太阳能热水器属于太阳能集热工程系统的单机系统。如今,平板集热器一般悬挂于建筑物的朝阳墙面或阳台上,保温水箱一般挂置于室内,通过介质管路进行热交换,由于分体式装配,介质管路较长,所以热效率较低,冬季尤为明显。再则,如今的高层楼房一般是飘窗设计,上下楼之间的飘窗夹凹处一般空置,实际是装配太阳能热水器的绝佳位置。针对上述情况,特设计了这种拼接式太阳能热水器,由承压式保温水箱、太阳能集热器、顶置补液罐、夹凹装配支架组成;该发明节省了室内空间,有效利用了异形建筑结构遗存的室外空间;使太阳能热水器与建筑一体化完美结合;同时缩短了介质管路,降低了热损,提高了集热效率。

该发明属于太阳能集热工程系统的单机系统。
背景技术
现在,分体式阳台壁挂太阳能热水器作为家用太阳能热水器单机已逐渐占领高层建筑市场,平板式集热器是其吸收阳光的核心部件。平板集热器一般悬挂于建筑物的朝阳墙面或阳台上,保温水箱一般挂置于室内,通过介质管路进行热交换,由于分体式装配,介质管路较长,所以热效率较低,冬季尤为明显。再则,如今的高层楼房一般是飘窗设计,上下楼之间的飘窗夹凹处一般空置,实际是装配太阳能热水器的绝佳位置。
发明内容
针对上述情况,特设计了这种拼接式太阳能热水器,其设计理念是利用楼层之间的飘窗夹凹处做为装配基础,把保温水箱和集热板拼接在一起,增设顶置补液罐。
本发明的解决方案是:拼接式太阳能热水器,由承压式保温水箱、太阳能集热器、顶置补液罐、夹凹装配支架组成;其特征是:承压式保温水箱由外壳、内胆、保温层、换热室组成,内胆置于外壳中,外壳与内胆之间是保温层,内胆通过进水管和出水管与外界导通,内胆上预留电加热孔,换热室配置于内胆的里面或外侧,换热室通过介质进口和介质出口与外界导通;太阳能集热器是常规太阳能集热板或“U”形管式太阳能集热器,都具有利用防冻介质传导热量的特性,都预留有介质进循环管路和介质出循环管路;顶置补液罐是具有刻度的可以附壁式安装的防冻介质储存罐体;夹凹装配支架由金属型材制成,做防腐处理;夹凹装配支架后部固定于楼房飘窗之间的墙壁上,中部固定承压式保温水箱,前部固定太阳能集热器;承压式保温水箱的进水管与室内有压水源连接,出水管与室内热水利用设备连接,介质进口与太阳能集热器上的介质出循环管路连接,介质出口与太阳能集热器上的介质进循环管路连接;顶置补液罐与太阳能集热器上的介质出循环管路连接。
如上所述,顶置补液罐放置于室内高于太阳能集热器的地方,所有室外连接管路都包覆保温材料。
其工作原理是:把换热室和太阳能集热器的介质进循环管路和介质出循环管路里注满防冻导热介质,顶置补液罐里注入小部分防冻导热介质,当阳光照射到太阳能集热器上,内部介质受热上行,通过上行循环管路进入保温水箱的换热室,换热室里的低温防冻导热介质通过下行循环管路流入太阳能集热器进行补充,如此防冻导热介质周而复始地循环把内胆中的水加热备用。防冻导热介质受热膨胀会排溢到顶置补液罐中,损耗后可以通过顶置补液罐里预存的防冻导热介质进行补充。
该发明的有益效果是:节省了室内空间,有效利用了异形建筑结构遗存的室外空间;使太阳能热水器与建筑一体化完美结合;同时缩短了介质管路,降低了热损,提高了集热效率。

具体实施方式
拼接式太阳能热水器,由承压式保温水箱(1)、太阳能集热器(2)、顶置补液罐(3)、夹凹装配支架(4)组成;其特征是:承压式保温水箱(1)由外壳(11)、内胆(12)、保温层(13)、换热室(14)组成,内胆(12)置于外壳(11)中,外壳(11)与内胆(12)之间是保温层(13),内胆(12)通过进水管(121)和出水管(122)与外界导通,内胆(12)上预留电加热孔(15),换热室(14)配置于内胆(12)的里面或外侧,换热室(14)通过介质进口(141)和介质出口(142)与外界导通;太阳能集热器(2)是常规太阳能集热板或“U”形管式太阳能集热器,都具有利用防冻介质传导热量的特性,都预留有介质进循环管路(21)和介质出循环管路(22);顶置补液罐(3)是具有刻度的可以附壁式安装的防冻介质储存罐体;夹凹装配支架(4)由金属型材制成,做防腐处理;夹凹装配支架(4)后部固定于楼房飘窗之间的墙壁(7)上,中部固定承压式保温水箱(1),前部固定太阳能集热器(2);承压式保温水箱(1)的进水管(121)与室内有压水源连接,出水管(122)与室内热水利用设备连接,介质进口(141)与太阳能集热器(2)上的介质出循环管路(22)连接,介质出口(142)与太阳能集热器(2)上的介质进循环管路(21)连接;顶置补液罐(3)与太阳能集热器(2)上的介质出循环管路(22)连接。
如上所述,顶置补液罐(3)放置于室内高于太阳能集热器(2)的地方,所有室外连接管路都包覆保温材料。

1.一种拼接式太阳能热水器,其特征在于,由承压式保温水箱、太阳能集热器、顶置补液罐、夹凹装配支架组成;承压式保温水箱由外壳、内胆、保温层、换热室组成,内胆置于外壳中,外壳与内胆之间是保温层,内胆通过进水管和出水管与外界导通,内胆上预留电加热孔,换热室配置于内胆的里面或外侧,换热室通过介质进口和介质出口与外界导通;太阳能集热器是常规太阳能集热板或“U”形管式太阳能集热器,都具有利用防冻导热介质传导热量的特性,都预留有介质进循环管路和介质出循环管路;顶置补液罐是具有刻度的可附壁式安装的防冻导热介质储存罐体;夹凹装配支架由金属型材制成,做防腐处理;夹凹装配支架后部固定于楼房飘窗之间的墙壁上,中部固定承压式保温水箱,前部固定太阳能集热器;承压式保温水箱的进水管与室内有压水源连接,出水管与室内热水利用设备连接,介质进口与太阳能集热器上的介质出循环管路连接,介质出口与太阳能集热器上的介质进循环管路连接;顶置补液罐与太阳能集热器上的介质出循环管路连接;
