Abstract

本发明涉及带负氧离子发生器的净化器,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有电机、电扇、进气口、出气口,壳体内还设置有空气过滤系统,所述空气过滤系统包括过滤网、负离子发生器、活性炭网,还有电路控制系统、栅格和开关,通过吸空气方式使空气在壳体内流动,将净化处理后的空气在排放到室内。本发明提供的空气净化器,与现有技术相比,产生大量的负离子可以除去更多的有害气体,并不局限于对空气中颗粒的净化,对房间内的空气起到很好的净化作用,也可以释放少量的臭氧到空气中去,达到杀菌的效果,而不伤害人的身体;本发明壳体的一侧可以打开,方便清洗、更换。

技术领域
本发明涉及净化设备领域,尤其涉及带负氧离子发生器的净化器。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,空气质量也变得越来越差,极易使有害细菌及病菌传播。为了让吸入的空气质量变好,人们开始选择空气净化器来净化周围的空气。一般的空气净化器只是简单的除去灰尘,对空气的净化能力很低,现在空气含有的有害气体实在太多了,甲醛、二氧化硫等有害气体直接对人体呼吸道有伤害。空气净化器也要达到杀菌、消毒的效果。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了带负氧离子发生器的净化器,包括壳体、电机、电扇、进气口、出气口、电路控制系统、栅格、开关和设置在壳体内的空气过滤系统,所述空气过滤系统包括过滤网、负离子发生器和活性炭网,所述负离子发生器处安装有臭氧过滤网,所述壳体的一侧为可拆卸式结构,所述的电机与空气过滤系统、开关和电路控制系统间采用导线连接。
本发明公开的带负氧离子发生器的净化器,所述的负离子发生器采用的是高压电产生负离子。这种负离子发生器产生的臭氧含量少。
本发明公开的带负氧离子发生器的净化器,所述的空气过滤系统中含有至少一层活性炭网。活性炭网主要是对空气中如二氧化硫、苯等有害的气体进行处理。
本发明公开的带负氧离子发生器的净化器,所述的壳体的进气口和出气口处安装有栅格。防止手伸进去被电扇击伤,加了栅格,这样能提高安全性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于产生大量的负离子可以除去更多的有害气体,并不局限于对空气中颗粒的净化,对房间内的空气起到很好的净化作用,也可以释放少量的臭氧到空气中去,达到杀菌的效果,而不伤害人的身体;本发明壳体的一侧可以打开,方便清洗、更换。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
参照图1、图2和图3,本发明涉及带负氧离子发生器的净化器,包括壳体10、电机7、电扇6、进气口14、出气口11、电路控制系统1、栅格12、开关13和设置在壳体10内的空气过滤系统,所述空气过滤系统包括过滤网、负离子发生器5、活性炭网8,所述负离子发生器5处安装有臭氧过滤网9,所述壳体10的一侧为可拆卸式结构,所述的电机7与空气过滤系统、开关13和电路控制系统1间采用导线连接。壳体10打开一侧与壳体10有铰连接键2。壳体10一侧打开可以方便清洗、更换过滤网。
该发明涉及带负氧离子发生器的净化器,通过吸空气方式使空气在壳体10间流动,将净化处理后的空气在排放到室内。通过电扇6,空气从进气口14进入到壳体10内,经过第一层粗过滤网3,可滤除较大颗粒污染物。经过第二层亚高效过滤网4,使空气中的烟雾、粉尘等悬浮粒子吸附在过滤网3上。再经过一层活性炭网8,进行对空气中如二氧化硫、苯等有害的气体进行处理,后到负离子区域,由负离子发生器5高压电产生负离子,将空气不断电离,产生大量负离子送到空气中与细菌结合,杀死细菌,同时与尘埃结合沉淀。之后再经过一层臭氧过滤网9,进行臭氧的处理,负离子发生器会产生大量的臭氧,达到浓度就会对人体造成伤害,臭氧过滤网9可以使臭氧大部分处理,只留少量的臭氧在排出到空气中,进行杀菌。
作为一种优选,所述的负离子发生器5采用的是高压电产生负离子。这种负离子发生器产生5的臭氧含量少。空气净化器在制造负离子时,会同时产生一定的臭氧,臭氧达到一定的浓度对人体是有害的,因此要使用产生少的负离子发生器5。
作为一种优选,所述的空气过滤系统中含有至少一层活性炭网8,本实施例采用两层活性炭网8。通过活性炭网8,进行对空气中如二氧化硫、苯等有害的气体进行处理。
作为一种优选,所述的壳体10的进气口14和出气口11处安装有栅格12。为了防止手伸进去被电扇6击伤,特别针对小孩子,习惯用手去碰触旋转物体,加了栅格12,这样能提高安全性能。

1.带负氧离子发生器的净化器,包括壳体、电机、电扇、进气口、出气口、电路控制系统、栅格、开关和设置在壳体内的空气过滤系统,其特征在于,所述空气过滤系统包括过滤网、负离子发生器和活性炭网,所述负离子发生器处安装有臭氧过滤网,所述壳体的一侧为可拆卸式结构,所述的电机与空气过滤系统、开关和电路控制系统间采用导线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带负氧离子发生器的净化器,其特征在于,所述的负离子发生器采用的是高压电产生负离子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带负氧离子发生器的净化器,其特征在于,所述的空气过滤系统中含有至少一层活性炭网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带负氧离子发生器的净化器,其特征在于,所述的壳体的进气口和出气口处安装有栅格。
