Abstract

本发明涉及一种滚珠全浮动轴承,包括轴承本体和弹簧圈,所述的轴承本体的侧壁上沿着轴向布置有至少一圈通孔,每圈通孔由若干个绕着圆周均匀布置的通孔组成,每圈通孔中至少有三个均匀布置的通孔中布置有沿着轴承本体径向移动的滚珠,所述的轴承本体上与每圈通孔相对应的位置布置有环槽,该环槽内安装有与滚珠相接触的弹簧圈。本发明可对转轴进行部分动态控制,综合摩擦更小,高转运转阻力明显减小,满足现有全浮动轴承应用所提出的更高要求,同时拓展更多领域对这种耐用实惠的轴承的应用。

Description

一种滚珠全浮动轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及全浮动轴承领域,特别是涉及一种滚珠全浮动轴承。
背景技术
全浮动轴承是汽车工业中常用的轴承,全浮动轴承实为套在转轴上的圆环,圆环与轴以及圆环与轴承座之间都有间隙,利用0.25-0.4Mpa压力的润滑油充满这两个间隙,形成双层油膜,浮动轴承在油膜中随转子轴同向旋转。全浮动轴承相对滚珠轴承而言,结构简单,耐用实惠,主要用在高转速且只传递转矩,不承受任何反力和弯矩的场合。但其不足也显而易见,首先其高转运转阻力大,影响转轴的提速响应性;其次全浮动轴承对转轴的动态控制不稳;最后其对润滑油的压力的品质要求较高。这些不足势必影响或阻止其的某些应用。
近些年,涡轮增压发动机在乘用车上的应用发展如火如荼,目前小型涡轮增压器几乎全部使用全浮动轴承,全浮动轴承的以上不足已经影响到此领域的应用,各大增压器厂商均已在研究使用滚轴轴承来替代现有的全浮动轴承,以进一步压榨发动机的动力性,另外使用滚珠轴承还可以减小涡轮迟滞,明显提高车辆的动力响应性。滚珠轴承虽然具有摩擦小,可承受径向、轴向力,使用环境要求低等优点,但结构复杂,转速低,寿命短,在增压器市场中想迅速取代现有全浮动轴承,显然较难。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种滚珠全浮动轴承,可对转轴进行部分动态控制,综合摩擦更小,高转运转阻力明显减小,满足现有全浮动轴承应用所提出的更高要求,同时拓展更多领域对这种耐用实惠的轴承的应用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种滚珠全浮动轴承,包括轴承本体和弹簧圈,所述的轴承本体的侧壁上沿着轴向布置有至少一圈通孔,每圈通孔由若干个绕着圆周均匀布置的通孔组成,每圈通孔中至少有三个均匀布置的通孔中布置有沿着轴承本体径向移动的滚珠,所述的轴承本体上与每圈通孔相对应的位置布置有环槽,该环槽内安装有与滚珠相接触的弹簧圈。
作为优选,所述的弹簧圈包括弹簧半环,所述的弹簧半环有两条,其两端分别在不同的端面沿着径向圆弧开有插接缺口,两条弹簧半环上的插接缺口相对应的相互插接组成一个完整的弹簧圈。
作为对上述优选方法的补充说明,所述的弹簧半环的圆弧开口角度为140°,所述的弹簧半环上的插接缺口的圆心角为40°。
作为另一种优选,所述的弹簧圈为一端开口的C形弹簧圈。
有益效果:本发明涉及一种滚珠全浮动轴承,结构简单,安装方便,当滚珠全浮动轴承在静止或低速时,滚珠在弹簧圈的径向束缚力作用下与转轴紧接触,此时轴承与转轴间相当于滚珠轴承;当滚珠全浮动轴承转速超过一定转速时,滚珠的离心力作用于弹簧圈,使弹簧圈沿径向扩大,滚珠随之与转轴分离,此时滚珠全浮动轴承相当于全浮动轴承,部分实现了对转轴的动态控制,明显提高了转轴稳定性,摩擦阻力小,轴承效率提高,减小了高转运转阻力。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
如图2-7所示,本发明的实施方式涉及一种滚珠全浮动轴承,包括轴承本体2和弹簧圈3,所述的轴承本体2的侧壁上沿着轴向布置有至少一圈通孔5,每圈通孔5由若干个绕着圆周均匀布置的通孔5组成,每圈通孔5中至少有三个均匀布置的通孔5中布置有沿着轴承本体2径向移动的滚珠1,所述的轴承本体2上与每圈通孔5相对应的位置布置有环槽4,该环槽4内安装有与滚珠1相接触的弹簧圈3。
滚珠环槽结构在轴向不止设计一个,可以根据应用的要求设计多个环槽4;每个环槽4中的滚珠1不一定要装配于每一个孔,但每个环槽4结构中的滚珠1必须在圆周方向上均布,否则将影响滚轴全浮轴承的动平衡性。
作为本发明的一种实施例,当滚珠全浮动轴承在静止或低速时,增压器的转轴的转速低速状态在8万转/min,而对应的滚珠全浮动轴承的转速为2-3万转/min,而轴承在这样的转速下,如果是全浮动轴承,则发动机提供的油压的较低,油膜支撑力小,对转轴动态控制能力弱,如果是滚珠轴承,则滚珠对转轴的支撑能力强,对转轴动态控制能力强,在低速状态下,滚珠全浮动轴承产生的离心力小于弹簧圈3对滚珠1的径向束缚力,所以滚珠1在弹簧圈3的作用下与轴承内部的转轴紧接触,此时轴承与转轴间相当于滚珠轴承,支撑能力强;
当滚珠全浮动轴承转速超过一定转速时,这个临界的轴承转速一般为4-5万转/min,此时滚珠全浮动轴承对滚珠1产生的离心力大于弹簧圈3对滚珠1的径向束缚力,滚珠的离心力作用于弹簧圈3,使弹簧圈3沿径向扩大,滚珠1随之与转轴分离,此时滚珠全浮动轴承相当于全浮动轴承,发动机提供的油压上升,油膜的支撑力也提高,部分实现了对转轴的动态控制,明显提高了转轴稳定性,摩擦阻力小,轴承效率提高,减小了高转运转阻力。
在车辆启动加速的时候,使用滚珠轴承与全浮动轴承相比车辆的提速性更好,车辆接近怠速的扭矩提高了10%,加速性能缩短了10%。
当然,滚珠1的数量决定相同转速下的离心力,而弹簧圈3的弹性力的设计和调校也很重要,决定了滚珠轴承与全浮动轴承转化的临界转速,一个滚珠的离心力在轴承转速在4-5万转/min时是16.88N-25.88N,如果是3个滚珠,则离心力是50.64N-77.64N;如果是6个滚珠,则离心力是101.28N-155.28N,弹簧圈3的弹性力可以根据这个数值进行设定。
作为优选,所述的弹簧圈3包括弹簧半环11,所述的弹簧半环11有两条,其两端分别在不同的端面沿着径向圆弧开有插接缺口12,两条弹簧半环11上的插接缺口12相对应的相互插接组成一个完整的弹簧圈,这种弹簧圈的结构采用半环式结构,弹簧半环的装配工艺是将弹簧半环的开口扩大,沿轴承的径向装配进去,每个轴承环形槽中装配有两个弹簧半环,左弹簧半环和右弹簧半环相同,且可通过弹簧半环端口结构装配为一体,装配工艺可大大减小装配对弹簧半环的影响;所述弹簧半环装配于轴承后,在圆周方向上有两个对称的开口,可以明显提高轴承的动平衡性。
作为对上述优选方法的补充说明,所述的弹簧半环11的圆弧开口角度为140°,所述的弹簧半环11上的插接缺口12的圆心角为40°,这个圆弧开口的大小会影响弹簧半圈装配时,对弹簧半圈弹性的影响,同时也会影响弹簧半圈的弹性使用要求范围。
作为另一种优选,所述的弹簧圈3为一端开口的C形弹簧圈,C形弹簧圈是比较常用的配件,价格便宜,加工方便。
本发明所述的轴承可对转轴进行部分动态控制,综合摩擦更小,高转运转阻力明显减小,满足现有全浮动轴承应用所提出的更高要求,同时拓展更多领域对这种耐用实惠的轴承的应用。

Claims (4)

1.一种滚珠全浮动轴承,包括轴承本体(2)和弹簧圈(3),其特征在于,所述的轴承本体(2)的侧壁上沿着轴向布置有至少一圈通孔(5),每圈通孔(5)由若干个绕着圆周均匀布置的通孔(5)组成,每圈通孔(5)中至少有三个均匀布置的通孔(5)中布置有沿着轴承本体(2)径向移动的滚珠(1),所述的轴承本体(2)上与每圈通孔(5)相对应的位置布置有环槽(4),该环槽(4)内安装有与滚珠(1)相接触的弹簧圈(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚珠全浮动轴承,其特征在于:所述的弹簧圈(3)包括弹簧半环(11),所述的弹簧半环(11)有两条,其两端分别在不同的端面沿着径向圆弧开有插接缺口(12),两条弹簧半环(11)上的插接缺口(12)相对应的相互插接组成一个完整的弹簧圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滚珠全浮动轴承,其特征在于:所述的弹簧半环(11)的圆弧开口角度为140°,所述的弹簧半环(11)上的插接缺口(12)的圆心角为40°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滚珠全浮动轴承,其特征在于:所述的弹簧圈(3)为一端开口的C形弹簧圈。
