本发明公开了一种新型的智能电风扇,包括网罩、网圈、机头、散热器、电机后盖和伸缩杆;述网罩上安装网圈,且网圈上安装网束,所述网圈内设置有风叶,且风叶设置在电机轴上,所述电机后盖上安装散热器,且散热器上安装摇头控制按钮,所述散热器安装机头上,且机头下安装俯仰调节旋钮,所述机头下安装风速调节按钮,且风速调节按钮下安装定时旋钮,所述定时旋钮下安装转轴,且转轴连接插头,所述伸缩杆安装在支撑杆上,且支撑杆下安装底座。本发明设备伸缩杆与支撑杆是由调节栓连接,便于风扇的上下调节,网束由固定螺丝安装在网罩上,防止风扇转动时,网罩脱落,风叶由后网锁母固定在电机轴上,减少风扇转动的噪音,方便使用。

本发明涉及家用电器设备技术领域,具体为一种新型智能电风扇。
背景技术
电风扇简称电扇,也称为风扇、扇风机,是一种利用电动机驱动扇叶旋转,来达到使空气加速流通的家用电器,主要用于清凉解暑和流通空气,广泛用于家庭、办公室、商店、医院和宾馆等场所,电扇主要由扇头、风叶、网罩和控制装置等部件组成,扇头包括电动机、前后端盖和摇头送风机构等,电风扇的主要部件是:交流电动机,其工作原理是:通电线线圈在磁场中受力而转动,电能转化为机械能,同时由于线圈电阻,因此不可避免的有一部分电能要转化为热能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型智能电风扇,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型的智能电风扇,包括网罩、网圈、机头、散热器、电机后盖和伸缩杆;所述网罩上安装网圈,且网圈上安装网束,所述网圈内设置有风叶,且风叶设置在电机轴上,电机轴安装在电机上,所述机头安装散热器,且散热器上安装摇头控制按钮,所述散热器安装机头上,且机头下安装俯仰调节旋钮,所述机头下安装风速调节按钮,且风速调节按钮下安装定时旋钮,所述定时旋钮下安装转轴,且转轴连接插头,所述伸缩杆安装在支撑杆上,且支撑杆下安装底座。
优选的,伸缩杆与支撑杆是由调节栓连接。
优选的,网束由固定螺丝安装在网罩上。
优选的,风叶由后网锁母固定在电机轴上。
优选的,风速调节器与定时旋钮连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该设备伸缩杆与支撑杆是由调节栓连接,便于风扇的上下调节,网束由固定螺丝安装在网罩上,防止风扇转动时,网罩脱落,风叶由后网锁母固定在电机轴上,减少风扇转动的噪音,风速调节器与定时旋钮连接,便于操作。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种新型的智能电风扇,包括网罩1、网圈19、机头18、散热器17、电机后盖122和伸缩杆4;网罩1上安装网圈19,且网圈19上安装网束8,网圈19内设置有风叶2,且风叶2设置在电机轴15上,电机轴15安装在电机上,电机后盖12安装散热器17,且散热器17上安装摇头控制按钮16,散热器17后连接机头18,且机头18下安装俯仰调节旋钮14,机头18下安装风速调节按钮9,且风速调节按钮9下安装定时旋钮10,定时旋钮10下安装转轴3,且转轴3连接插头11,伸缩杆4安装在支撑杆6上,且支撑杆6下安装底座7,伸缩杆4与支撑杆6 是由调节栓5连接,网束8由固定螺丝20安装在网罩1上,风叶2由后网锁母13固定在电机轴15上,风速调节器9与定时旋钮10连接。
工作原理:使用时,将插头11插入电源,打开风速调节器9,风叶2由电机带动电机轴15转动,风叶2由于后网锁母13的固定并不会发出噪音,支撑杆6与伸缩杆4可通过调节栓5调节高度,可通过电机后盖12的摇头控制旋钮16选择转动的方向,可调节机头18下的俯仰调节旋钮14改变风向的角度,风扇是通过电机后盖12的散热器17将产生的热量散发出去,移动底座7可调换位置。

1.一种新型智能电风扇,包括网罩(1)、网圈(19)、机头(18)、散热器(17)、电机后盖(12)和伸缩杆(4);其特征在于:所述网罩(1)上安装网圈(19),且网圈(19)上安装网束(8),所述网圈(19)内设置有风叶(2),且风叶(2)设置在电机轴(15)上,电机轴(15)安装在电机上,所述电机后盖(12)上安装散热器(17),且散热器(17)上安装摇头控制按钮(16),所述散热器(17)安装在机头(18)上,且机头(18)下安装俯仰调节旋钮(14),所述机头(12)下安装风速调节按钮(9),且风速调节按钮(9)下安装定时旋钮(10),所述定时旋钮(10)下安装转轴(3),且转轴(3)连接插头(11),所述伸缩杆(4)安装在支撑杆(6)上,且支撑杆(6)下安装底座(7)。
