技术领域
本发明属于日用化工领域,涉及一种洗衣粉。
背景技术
洗衣粉是一种碱性的合成洗涤剂,洗衣粉的主要成分是阴离子表面活性剂:烷基苯磺酸钠,少量非离子表面活性剂,再加一些助剂,磷酸盐、硅酸盐、元明粉、荧光剂、酶等,经混合、喷粉等工艺制成,现在大部分用4A氟石代替磷酸盐。洗衣粉能在井水、河水、自来水、泉水、甚至是海水等各类水质都表现出良好的去污效果,并广泛使用于各类织物,所以其生产和使用就迅速发展起来了。现在,洗衣粉几乎是每一个家庭必需的洗涤用品了。
经检索,如中国专利文献公开了一种洗衣粉【申请号:201410806610.0;公开号:CN105779147A】。这种洗衣粉,其特征在于,由下述组分组成:苏打粉56-60%,十二烷基苯磺酸16-20%,羧甲基纤维素1.5-2.5%,水1.5-2.5%,三聚磷酸钠12-18%,硅酸钠4-6%。
该专利中公开的洗衣粉虽然使其得到了充分利用,优化了洗涤效果的特点,但是,该洗衣粉的成分不合理,不能充分去污,因此,设计出一种洗衣粉是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种洗衣粉,该洗衣粉具有去污力强的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种洗衣粉,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的组份:硅酸钠6-20份,羧甲基纤维素1-2.5份,碳酸氢钠5-25份,烷基苯磺酸钠0.5-3份,酶制剂0.5-2份,4A沸石3-17份,元明粉0.4-4份。
所述各组份的重量份如下:硅酸钠6份,羧甲基纤维素1份,碳酸氢钠5份,烷基苯磺酸钠0.5份,酶制剂0.5份,4A沸石3份,元明粉0.4份。
所述各组份的重量份如下:硅酸钠20份,羧甲基纤维素2.5份,碳酸氢钠25份,烷基苯磺酸钠3份,酶制剂2份,4A沸石17份,元明粉4份。
所述各组份的重量份如下:硅酸钠15份,羧甲基纤维素1.5份,碳酸氢钠17份,烷基苯磺酸钠2份,酶制剂1.5份,4A沸石10份,元明粉2.5份。
与现有技术相比,该种洗衣粉具有该优点:通过以硅酸钠为主要成份,又适当增加了羧甲基纤维素、碳酸氢钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、酶制剂、4A沸石和元明粉等助剂,可快速将污渍去除,去污力强。

以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
本洗衣粉,包括以下质量份数的组份:硅酸钠6-20份,羧甲基纤维素1-2.5份,碳酸氢钠5-25份,烷基苯磺酸钠0.5-3份,酶制剂0.5-2份,4A沸石3-17份,元明粉0.4-4份。
各组份的重量份如下:硅酸钠6份,羧甲基纤维素1份,碳酸氢钠5份,烷基苯磺酸钠0.5份,酶制剂0.5份,4A沸石3份,元明粉0.4份。
各组份的重量份如下:硅酸钠20份,羧甲基纤维素2.5份,碳酸氢钠25份,烷基苯磺酸钠3份,酶制剂2份,4A沸石17份,元明粉4份。
各组份的重量份如下:硅酸钠15份,羧甲基纤维素1.5份,碳酸氢钠17份,烷基苯磺酸钠2份,酶制剂1.5份,4A沸石10份,元明粉2.5份。
本发明中通过以硅酸钠为主要成份,又适当增加了羧甲基纤维素、碳酸氢钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、酶制剂、4A沸石和元明粉等助剂,可快速将污渍去除,去污力强。
