Abstract
The invention relates to a track structure of a tamping coal-charging coke pusher, which can be accurately adjusted, and comprises a track foundation, a steel rail adjusting cushion plate group, a steel rail and foundation plate connecting adjusting cushion plate group, wherein the steel rail and foundation plate connecting adjusting cushion plate group is arranged on the track foundation; the track foundation is provided with a plurality of solidification sections corresponding to the coke oven carbonization chamber, expansion joints are respectively arranged between adjacent solidification sections, and each solidification section is provided with a foundation plate; adjacent foundation plates are spliced by adopting a concave-convex structure, and the connection seams at the two sides of the concave-convex structure are respectively provided with a foundation plate connection adjusting cushion plate group; the steel rail is fixed on the foundation plate, and the height of the rail surface of the steel rail is adjusted by the steel rail adjusting base plate group at the bottom of the steel rail. The invention ensures the accurate butt joint of the foundation plates by connecting the foundation plates with the adjusting backing plate group, improves the rail surface height adjusting precision of the steel rail and the overall strength of the steel rail by fully paving the steel rail adjusting backing plate group along the length direction of the steel rail, and meets the working requirements of a large tamping coke oven SCP machine.

The invention relates to a track structure, in particular to a track structure of a tamping coal-charging coke pusher, which can be accurately adjusted.
Background
At present, the track of a domestic small tamping coal-charging coke pusher generally adopts a traditional track form, namely, a transverse track sleeper (as shown in figure 1) is paved at intervals. The construction precision is low in the way of arranging the rail sleepers at intervals, and rail backing plates are arranged at intervals to enable the rail to be stressed unevenly, so that the steel rail can be broken; the key is that the rail adjustment precision is difficult to adapt to the requirements of large tamping coke oven SCP machines (coal charging, coal cake tamping and coke pushing integrated machines) on the rail precision and performance, so that the development of a novel rail for a tamping coal charging coke pushing vehicle is urgently needed to ensure that the SCP machines can smoothly complete the work of charging coal in a large-volume carbonization chamber, tamping coal cake and pushing coke out of the carbonization chamber.

The invention provides a track structure of a tamping coal-charging coke pusher, which can be accurately adjusted, wherein a foundation plate is connected with an adjusting backing plate group to ensure the accurate butt joint of the foundation plate, and a steel rail adjusting backing plate group is fully paved along the length direction of a steel rail to improve the rail surface height adjusting accuracy of the steel rail and the integral strength of the steel rail, thereby meeting the working requirements of a large tamping coke oven SCP machine.
