Abstract
本发明公开了一种油漆,特别是一种导电油漆,其主要由下列质量百分比的组分组成:颜料20‑30%、粘合剂10‑20%、溶剂50‑60%以及石墨烯粉末5‑10%;其中,所述粘合剂为植物油、天然树脂或合成树脂;所述溶剂为苯、甲苯或二甲苯。其解决了“提升导电油漆的电导率”的技术问题,其覆盖至物体表面后,具备相对较高的电导率,且涂料主体不易受潮,电导稳定性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆,特别是一种导电油漆。
背景技术
导电油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途,同时具备一定导电性能的化学混合物涂料。
目前,市场上的导电油漆的导电性能差。例如,专利号为201310437953 .X的已公告中国发明专利文献中所记载的一种油漆,其包含了占总量1%的导电
炭黑以及占总量0.5%的磁铁粉。
因此,申请人认为有必要对现有导电油漆做进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种导电油漆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种导电油漆,其主要由下列质量百分比的组分组成:颜料20-30%、粘合剂10-20%、溶剂50-60%以及石墨烯粉末5-10%;
其中,所述粘合剂为植物油、天然树脂或合成树脂;所述溶剂为苯、甲苯或二甲苯。
上述中所涉及的石墨烯(Graphene)是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化方式形成的蜂窝状平面薄膜,是一种只有一个原子层厚度的准二维材料,所以又叫做单原子层石墨,其材料的电子迁移率可达到2×105cm2/V·s,约为硅中电子迁移率的140倍,砷化镓的20倍,温度稳定性高,电导率可达108Ω/ m,面电阻约为31Ω/sq(310Ω/m2),比铜或银更低,是室温下导电最好的材料,同时采用冷冻干燥法便直接能够得到石墨烯粉末。
当上述导电油漆覆盖至物体表面后,为了让其涂料主体始终保持干燥,避免潮湿因素影响导电油漆主体的导电性能,上述导电油漆中还包括防潮剂1-2%。
上述防潮剂可以为生石灰防潮剂、矿物防潮剂等,优选生石灰防潮剂。
本发明得到的一种导电油漆,其覆盖至物体表面后,具备相对较高的电导率,且涂料主体不易受潮,电导稳定性好。

本实施例中所提供的一种导电油漆,其由下列质量百分比的组分组成:颜料30%、植物油10%、苯50%以及石墨烯粉末10%。
本实施例一种导电油漆的电阻值在100Ω·cm以下。
实施例2:
本实施例中所提供的一种导电油漆,其由下列质量百分比的组分组成:颜料20%、植物油20%、苯50%以及石墨烯粉末10%。
本实施例一种导电油漆的电阻值在100Ω·cm以下。
实施例3:
本实施例中所提供的一种导电油漆,其由下列质量百分比的组分组成:颜料20%、植物油10%、苯60%以及石墨烯粉末10%。

本实施例中所提供的一种导电油漆,其由下列质量百分比的组分组成:颜料25%、植物油20%、苯50%以及石墨烯粉末5%。

1.一种导电油漆,其特征是主要由下列质量百分比的组分组成:
颜料20-30%
粘合剂10-20%
溶剂50-60%
石墨烯粉末5-10%;
其中,所述粘合剂为植物油、天然树脂或合成树脂;所述溶剂为苯、甲苯或二甲苯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电油漆,其特征是上述导电油漆中还包括防潮剂1-2%。
