本发明涉及一种防霉抑菌涂料,包括纯丙烯酸乳液、丙烯腈、硫酸铜、杀菌剂、植物纤维素、硫酸钠、防霉剂、水,各组分的质量份数为:纯丙烯酸乳液30‑60、丙烯腈20‑50、硫酸铜20‑30、杀菌剂10‑20、植物纤维素15‑20、硫酸钠20‑40、防霉剂30‑60、水50‑70。本发明具有更高效的防霉技术,有效吸收潮湿空气中的水分,防止墙面发霉,一扫霉味带来的沉闷气息透气防潮,提供最佳的墙面效果,特别适合于墙面翻新及室内装修。

本发明涉及一种涂料制备技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种防霉抑菌涂料。
背景技术
传统的涂料多以石油工业的下游产品为主要原料,是由高分子物质和配料组成的混合物,随着人们健康意识的不断提高,人们对所使用的涂料产品的要求也越来越高。
现实生活中,温度、湿度、霉菌孢子是发霉的三个必备条件,而人体觉得舒服的温度也是霉菌生长的温度,这是改变不了的。霉菌的发生不仅影响物体表面的美观,在深层生长的霉菌还会冲破漆膜造成开裂和剥落,导致物体受损 ;并且增生的霉菌还会威胁到动物和人类的健康。因此,涂料的防霉已引起足够的重视。

针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的防霉抑菌涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种防霉抑菌涂料,包括纯丙烯酸乳液、丙烯腈、硫酸铜、杀菌剂、植物纤维素、硫酸钠、防霉剂、水,各组分的质量份数为:纯丙烯酸乳液30-60、丙烯腈20-50、硫酸铜20-30、杀菌剂10-20、植物纤维素15-20、硫酸钠20-40、防霉剂30-60、水50-70。
作为优选,所述防霉抑菌涂料各组分的质量份数为:纯丙烯酸乳液50、丙烯腈40、硫酸铜20、杀菌剂20、植物纤维素15、硫酸钠35、防霉剂35、水60。
作为优选,所述硫酸铜的颗粒度为1220-1500 目,进一步优选 1335 目。
作为优选,所述水为去离子水。
具体制备步骤:将纯丙烯酸乳液、丙烯腈加入硫酸铜中,回流反应 2 小时,冷却至室温、抽滤,所得滤渣烘干后得到固体粉末 ;然后将上述固体粉末、杀菌剂、植物纤维素、硫酸钠和防霉剂混合均匀,置于容器中,微波加热反应后得到粗产物;然后在上述粗产物中加入水充分搅拌即可。
本发明得到的一种防霉抑菌涂料,具有更高效的防霉技术,有效吸收潮湿空气中的水分,防止墙面发霉,一扫霉味带来的沉闷气息透气防潮,提供最佳的墙面效果,特别适合于墙面翻新及室内装修。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防霉抑菌涂料,其特征在于:所述防霉抑菌涂料各组分的质量份数为:纯丙烯酸乳液50、丙烯腈40、硫酸铜20、杀菌剂20、植物纤维素15、硫酸钠35、防霉剂35、水60。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防霉抑菌涂料,其特征在于:所述硫酸铜的颗粒度为1220-1500 目,进一步优选 1335 目。
