技术领域
本发明用于钢管管头的螺纹保护所用。
背景技术
钢管在运输过程中,极易对管端头造成损害,为了对管头进行保护,一般在管端头套装管帽,也即保护器。保护器与管端的连接一般采用螺纹连接方式,但由于钢管吊装及运输时,很容易使管端承受过大的冲击力,对管端的螺纹造成很大的伤害。现有的保护器大都采用钢塑结构,但由于钢管使用的地区环境差异较大,使得塑衬很容易因温度变化出现快速老化,失去保护作用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种大耐温范围的螺纹保护器,可适应-50—50℃的环境。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种大耐温范围的螺纹保护器,其特征是:包括钢套和钢套内设有的塑衬,所述的塑衬内部开设有螺纹,其中的内衬以PVC作为基料,并加入基料20的稳定剂,所述的稳定剂原料及重量份为低压线性聚乙烯20份、热塑性丁苯橡胶10份、轻质碳酸钙15份,钛白粉5份,热固性酚醛树脂10份,二辛脂50份。
本发明的有益效果是,使用本发明加入保护器塑衬PVC基料中,可使注塑后的塑衬耐温范围大,不易老化。

具体实施方式
由附图1可知,本发明包括钢套和钢套内设有的塑衬,所述的塑衬内部开设有螺纹,其中的内衬以PVC作为基料,并加入基料20的稳定剂,所述的稳定剂原料及重量份为低压线性聚乙烯20份、热塑性丁苯橡胶10份、轻质碳酸钙15份,钛白粉5份,热固性酚醛树脂10份,二辛脂50份。
将配置好的稳定剂按PVC基料18%的比例加入PVC基料中充分混合,将混合料用注塑机注塑到钢套内成型内衬得到保护器坯件,将内衬内开设螺纹即得保护器产品。
