In conclusion, the CCD detection device 30 can detect the bad phenomena of few materials in the package, material clamping at the sealing part and the like in the package, so that the flow of the bad products can be avoided, the rollers are arranged at the longitudinal sealing and heat sealing part to move intermittently, the two rollers can keep the paper film and the oxygen indicating line in a clamping state all the time, the stability of the relative positions of the two rollers in the bag making process is ensured, the oxygen indicating line is prevented from being clamped at the heat sealing and sealing part, the oxygen indicating line is prevented from moving in the sealing process, and the straight line state is kept in the paper film.
