Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种新能源汽车动力电池管理系统,通过设置采集模块对电池组的电压、电流和温度进行采集,采集后的数据通过从控制模块传输到主控制模块进行处理,并且电池组还设置均衡模块对电池组的充电和放电进行均衡,主控制模块连接嵌入式WiFi模块可方便用户用智能设备进行观察电池情况,设置过充过放报警电路对电池进行保护,设置无线网络传输模块连接上位机对数据进行分析评估,可以很好的对新能源汽车动力电池进行管理。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源汽车动力电池领域,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车动力电池管理系统。
背景技术
随着社会进步和经济发展,汽车数量的大幅增加,石油能源的消耗也急剧增长。同时,传统汽车排放的大量污染物以及产生的噪音,给社会的发展带来了无法回避的负面影响,成为制约汽车工业发展的瓶颈。随着汽车节能减排任务的提出,新能源汽车由于具有低污染的特点,成为未来汽车发展的一个主要方向。新能源汽车主要依靠动力电池作为能源。为保证新能汽车良好的工作状态,需要对动力电池工作过程中的状态进行管理监测。因此解决上述问题就显得十分重要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种新能源汽车动力电池管理系统,通过设置采集模块对电池组的电压、电流和温度进行采集,采集后的数据通过从控制模块传输到主控制模块进行处理,并且电池组还设置均衡模块对电池组的充电和放电进行均衡,主控制模块连接嵌入式WiFi模块可方便用户用智能设备进行观察电池情况,设置过充过放报警电路对电池进行保护,设置无线网络传输模块连接上位机对数据进行分析评估,可以很好的对新能源汽车动力电池进行管理,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种新能源汽车动力电池管理系统,包括有主控制模块,所述主控制单元连接有CAN总线模块,CAN总线模块连接有至少3个从控制模块,每个从控制模块均连接有采集模块和均衡模块,每个从控制模块的采集模块和均衡模块共同连接有动力电池组;所述主控制模块还连接有降温模块,降温模块靠近动力电池组;所述主控制模块连接有嵌入式WIFI模块,嵌入式WIFI模块连接有用户显示终端;所述主控制模块连接有存储模块和过充过放报警电路;所述主控制模块连接有无线数据传输模块,无线数据传输模块连接有上位机。
进一步改进在于:所述主控制模块连接有电源,电源连接有车载电池。
进一步改进在于:所述用户显示终端为无线显示器或智能设备。
进一步改进在于:所述采集模块包括有温度采集单元、电压采集单元和电流采集单元。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过设置采集模块对电池组的电压、电流和温度进行采集,采集后的数据通过从控制模块传输到主控制模块进行处理,并且电池组还设置均衡模块对电池组的充电和放电进行均衡,主控制模块连接嵌入式WiFi模块可方便用户用智能设备进行观察电池情况,设置过充过放报警电路对电池进行保护,设置无线网络传输模块连接上位机对数据进行分析评估,可以很好的对新能源汽车动力电池进行管理。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种新能源汽车动力电池管理系统,包括有主控制模块,所述主控制单元连接有CAN总线模块,CAN总线模块连接有3个从控制模块,每个从控制模块均连接有采集模块和均衡模块,每个从控制模块的采集模块和均衡模块共同连接有动力电池组;所述主控制模块还连接有降温模块,降温模块靠近动力电池组;所述主控制模块连接有嵌入式WIFI模块,嵌入式WIFI模块连接有用户显示终端;所述主控制模块连接有存储模块和过充过放报警电路;所述主控制模块连接有无线数据传输模块,无线数据传输模块连接有上位机。所述主控制模块连接有电源,电源连接有车载电池。所述用户显示终端为无线显示器或智能设备。所述采集模块包括有温度采集单元、电压采集单元和电流采集单元。
通过设置采集模块对电池组的电压、电流和温度进行采集,采集后的数据通过从控制模块传输到主控制模块进行处理,并且电池组还设置均衡模块对电池组的充电和放电进行均衡,主控制模块连接嵌入式WiFi模块可方便用户用智能设备进行观察电池情况,设置过充过放报警电路对电池进行保护,设置无线网络传输模块连接上位机对数据进行分析评估,可以很好的对新能源汽车动力电池进行管理。

1.一种新能源汽车动力电池管理系统,包括有主控制模块,其特征在于:所述主控制单元连接有CAN总线模块,CAN总线模块连接有至少3个从控制模块,每个从控制模块均连接有采集模块和均衡模块,每个从控制模块的采集模块和均衡模块共同连接有动力电池组;所述主控制模块还连接有降温模块,降温模块靠近动力电池组;所述主控制模块连接有嵌入式WIFI模块,嵌入式WIFI模块连接有用户显示终端;所述主控制模块连接有存储模块和过充过放报警电路;所述主控制模块连接有无线数据传输模块,无线数据传输模块连接有上位机。
