本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域，特别涉及一种沙发面料。本发明的一种天然纤维混纺沙发面料，包括保护层、天然纤维混纺层和基层，所述的保护层、天然纤维混纺层和基层通过胶黏剂相互连接；所述天然纤维混纺层的经纬纱为香蕉工艺纤维与亚麻混纺纱线，所述保护层由人造皮革制成，所述基层由腈纶纱线和天丝组成。本发明的天然纤维混纺沙发面料耐磨性好，色牢度高，且对皮肤无刺激。采用香蕉工艺纤维及亚麻这两种性能略为接近的绿色环保纤维为原料，颜色自然耐脏、素淡高雅，同时具有调温、抗过敏、防静电、抗菌的功效，为营造高端家居环境提供了新的素材。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域，特别涉及一种沙发面料。
背景技术
沙发面料按照原材料成分分为全棉、亚麻、化纤等。化纤又包括涤纶、腈纶、粘胶、人造丝等，同时很多化纤面料都是几种成分混在一起的。目前传统的用作沙发面料的织物，多采用化学纤维，耐磨性差，色牢度低，且对皮肤有一定程度的刺激性，导致产品质量低，而且使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种采用天然纤维混纺，耐磨性好，色牢度高，且对皮肤无刺激作用的的天然纤维混纺沙发面料。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种天然纤维混纺沙发面料，包括保护层、天然纤维混纺层和基层，所述的保护层、天然纤维混纺层和基层通过胶黏剂相互连接；所述天然纤维混纺层的经纬纱为香蕉工艺纤维与亚麻混纺纱线，所述保护层由人造皮革制成，所述基层由腈纶纱线和天丝组成。
作为优选，所述天然纤维混纺层的经纬纱为15s～35s香蕉工艺纤维与亚麻混纺纱线，其中香蕉工艺纤维含量为40％～60％。
作为优选，所述基层由25-35％的腈纶纱线和 65-75％的天丝组成。
本发明的天然纤维混纺沙发面料耐磨性好，色牢度高，且对皮肤无刺激。采用香蕉工艺纤维及亚麻这两种性能略为接近的绿色环保纤维为原料，颜色自然耐脏、素淡高雅，同时具有调温、抗过敏、防静电、抗菌的功效，为营造高端家居环境提供了新的素材。

一种天然纤维混纺沙发面料，包括保护层、天然纤维混纺层和基层，所述的保护层、天然纤维混纺层和基层通过胶黏剂相互连接；所述天然纤维混纺层的经纬纱为香蕉工艺纤维与亚麻混纺纱线，所述保护层由人造皮革制成，所述基层由腈纶纱线和天丝组成。
所述天然纤维混纺层的经纬纱为15s香蕉工艺纤维与亚麻混纺纱线，其中香蕉工艺纤维含量为40％。
所述基层由25％的腈纶纱线和 75％的天丝组成。

所述天然纤维混纺层的经纬纱为35s香蕉工艺纤维与亚麻混纺纱线，其中香蕉工艺纤维含量为60％。
所述基层由35％的腈纶纱线和 65的天丝组成。

一种天然纤维混纺沙发面料，包括保护层、天然纤维混纺层和基层，所述的保护层、天然纤维混纺层和基层通过胶黏剂相互连接；所述天然纤维混纺层的经纬纱为香蕉工艺纤维与亚麻混纺纱线，所述保护层由人造皮革制成，所述基层由腈纶纱线和天丝组成。
所述天然纤维混纺层的经纬纱为25s香蕉工艺纤维与亚麻混纺纱线，其中香蕉工艺纤维含量为50％。
所述基层由30％的腈纶纱线和70％的天丝组成。

1.一种天然纤维混纺沙发面料，其特征在于：包括保护层、天然纤维混纺层和基层，所述的保护层、天然纤维混纺层和基层通过胶黏剂相互连接；所述天然纤维混纺层的经纬纱为香蕉工艺纤维与亚麻混纺纱线，所述保护层由人造皮革制成，所述基层由腈纶纱线和天丝组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然纤维混纺沙发面料，其特征在于：所述天然纤维混纺层的经纬纱为15s～35s香蕉工艺纤维与亚麻混纺纱线，其中香蕉工艺纤维含量为40％～60％。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然纤维混纺沙发面料，其特征在于：所述基层由25-35％的腈纶纱线和 65-75％的天丝组成。
