本发明公开了一种钢丝绳放线张力架,包括支架(1),支架(1)的顶部设有横梁(2),横梁(2)的两端端部均向下设有悬臂(3),所述悬臂(3)上设有滚轮(4),所述横梁(2)的两端还分别设有一倾斜的张力臂(5),所述张力臂(5)的上端活动链接在横梁(2)上,下端设有导轮(6),在张力臂(5)的中上部还与弹簧(7)连接,所述弹簧(7)与张力臂(5)垂直。本发明中的张力臂垂直与弹簧连接,通过弹簧的弹性,能够很好地控制放线张力,保证钢丝不会变松,使放线始终顺畅。

本发明涉及一种钢丝绳放线张力架。
背景技术
钢丝绳拉丝时需要专人监控钢盘,以时时观察放线状况,否则若是在无人监控的情况下,钢丝变松,就会出现多圈钢丝缠绕在一起的现象,影响正常的放线。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前钢丝绳拉丝时必须要专人监控的问题,为此提供了一种钢丝绳放线张力架,包括支架1,支架1的顶部设有横梁2,横梁2的两端端部均向下设有悬臂3,所述悬臂3上设有滚轮4,所述横梁2的两端还分别设有一倾斜的张力臂5,所述张力臂5的上端活动链接在横梁2上,下端设有导轮6,在张力臂5的中上部还与弹簧7连接,所述弹簧7与张力臂5垂直。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中的张力臂垂直与弹簧连接,通过弹簧的弹性,能够很好地控制放线张力,保证钢丝不会变松,使放线始终顺畅。
