本发明涉及一种可拼装拆卸的电机齿轮拼装机构及具有该拼装机构的可拼装多旋翼飞行器。本发明的目的是提供一种简单的动力拼装结构,使电机和齿轮可以以简单的方式拆卸安装,并可以更换不同种类的齿轮组件。动力拼装结构包括电机组件和齿轮组件,齿轮组件可插接电机组件内部。

本申请属于电机领域,具体属于电机安装。
背景技术
多轴旋翼飞行器,是一种以双数轴数为基础的,最少为4轴的旋翼飞行器。旋翼飞行器基本结构包括机身和支臂部分。机身包括主控模块和电池,用以控制驱动电机的输出,并根据机体的姿态变化来调整驱动电流以保持系统平衡。支臂部分包含电机,旋翼等主要部件,部分旋翼飞行器除了电机和旋翼,会给电机输出端选配一级齿轮结构,用于调整转速和输出力矩以达到不同的升力需求。民用市场所存在的四轴和多轴旋翼飞行器,通常为固定型或者可折叠型多轴飞行器,其飞行器不可以拆卸,重新拼装以及拼装为其他类型的多轴飞行器,而且动力系统是电机加齿轮组结构的输出端也不可互相分离,拆卸更换,不方便更换维修和功能拓展以满足不同需求。
发明内容
本申请所采用的技术方案为:
本发明的目的是提供一种简单的动力拼装结构,使电机和齿轮可以以简单的方式拆卸安装,并可以更换不同种类的齿轮组件。
动力拼装结构包括电机组件和齿轮组件;电机组件包括左电机壳体、右电机壳体、电机、小齿轮,左、右电机壳体可插装地拼接在一起,电机设置在拼接后的左右电机壳体中部,小齿轮安装在电机输出轴上;左、右电机壳体的顶部分别设置有一齿轮护套,左、右电机壳体拼接在一起时,两个齿轮护套均至少有一块板设置在齿轮的后侧,两个齿轮护套的后侧板上均设置有凸点;左、右电机壳体的前侧设置有插槽,齿轮组件壳体的下端设置有与插槽相适应的凸块,凸块与插槽可配合地插接;齿轮组件壳体前侧可转动地设置有大齿轮,当齿轮组件壳体通过凸块插接在左、右电机壳体上时,大、小齿轮啮合传动;齿轮组件壳体的后侧设置有套扣,套扣设有容纳小齿轮的通孔,通孔的后侧内壁上设置有套扣凸点,套扣凸点与齿轮护套上的后侧板的凸点相卡合,防止齿轮组件壳体从左右电机壳体脱离。齿轮组件壳体的顶部还可卡合地设有盖体。
具有该动力拼装机构的可拼装多旋翼飞行器,该动力拼装机构可安装于多旋翼飞行器的机翅上用于驱动多旋翼飞行器的扇叶旋转。

动力拼装结构包括电机组件和齿轮组件;电机组件包括左电机壳体、右电机壳体、电机、小齿轮,左、右电机壳体可插装地拼接在一起,电机设置在拼接后的左右电机壳体中部,小齿轮安装在电机输出轴上;左、右电机壳体的顶部分别设置有一齿轮护套,左、右电机壳体拼接在一起时,两个齿轮护套均至少有一块板设置在齿轮的后侧,两个齿轮护套的后侧板上均设置有凸点;左、右电机壳体的前侧设置有插槽,齿轮组件壳体的下端设置有与插槽相适应的凸块,凸块与插槽可配合地插接;齿轮组件壳体前侧可转动地设置有大齿轮,当齿轮组件壳体通过凸块插接在左、右电机壳体上时,大、小齿轮啮合传动;齿轮组件壳体的后侧设置有套扣,套扣设有容纳小齿轮的通孔,通孔的后侧内壁上设置有套扣凸点,套扣凸点与齿轮护套上的后侧板的凸点相卡合,防止齿轮组件壳体从左右电机壳体脱离。齿轮组件壳体的顶部还可卡合地设有盖体。

1.一种动力拼装结构,包括电机组件和齿轮组件,其特征在于:电机组件包括左电机壳体、右电机壳体、电机、小齿轮,左、右电机壳体可插装地拼接在一起,电机设置在拼接后的左右电机壳体中部,小齿轮安装在电机输出轴上;左、右电机壳体的顶部分别设置有一齿轮护套,左、右电机壳体拼接在一起时,两个齿轮护套均至少有一块板设置在齿轮的后侧,两个齿轮护套的后侧板上均设置有凸点;左、右电机壳体的前侧设置有插槽,齿轮组件壳体的下端设置有与插槽相适应的凸块,凸块与插槽可配合地插接;齿轮组件壳体前侧可转动地设置有大齿轮,当齿轮组件壳体通过凸块插接在左、右电机壳体上时,大、小齿轮啮合传动;齿轮组件壳体的后侧设置有套扣,套扣设有容纳小齿轮的通孔,通孔的后侧内壁上设置有套扣凸点,套扣凸点与齿轮护套上的后侧板的凸点相卡合,防止齿轮组件壳体从左右电机壳体脱离。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的动力拼装结构,其特征进一步包括:齿轮组件壳体的顶部还可卡合地设有盖体。
