Abstract

本发明公开了一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串,包括连接在杆塔横担上的两个上挂板、分别与两个上挂板活动连接的两个球头挂环、分别连接在两个球头挂环下端的盘型或合成绝缘子、分别连接在两个绝缘子下端的碗头挂板,还包括联板,碗头挂板下端连接在联板上,在联板上设有一弧形的齿条,该弧形齿条的内侧设有齿状结构,在联板上设有至少两个与该弧形齿条啮合的下齿轮,下齿轮通过销轴或螺栓连接在联板上,在弧形齿条的两端分别连接有悬挂线夹,悬挂线夹上连接有导线线夹。本发明的目的是提供一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串,悬垂串绝缘固定,有利绝缘保护;根据两侧导线张力,利用齿轮结构自动调节线夹高低,确保两端线夹受力均匀平衡。

一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串
技术领域
本发明属于输电线路领域,尤其涉及一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串。
背景技术
输电线路设计过程中,经常在重要跨越段采用双联悬垂串,但当独立挂点的双联串出线在连续上下山的杆塔时,往往会出线两悬垂串受力不均,甚至一串受力而一串松弛的情况。通常采用方式有如下两种:(1)采用双联单挂点方式,利用联版扭转,调整两串挂点高度,自动达到两串平衡受力,减小绝缘下方带电点与绝缘上方接地点的间距,不利于绝缘保护;(2)采用双联双挂悬垂串,利用悬链公式对两串受进行分析,计算理论调整值,并根据理论调整值设置串长,由于金具与绝缘子片的结构长度固定,实际工程中往往很难将串长调整到与理论计算值一致。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串,包括连接在杆塔横担上的两个上挂板、分别与两个上挂板活动连接的两个球头挂环、分别连接在两个球头挂环下端的盘型或合成绝缘子、分别连接在两个绝缘子下端的碗头挂板,还包括联板,碗头挂板下端连接在联板上,在联板上设有一弧形的齿条,该弧形齿条的内侧设有齿状结构,在联板上设有至少两个与该弧形齿条啮合的下齿轮,下齿轮通过销轴或螺栓连接在联板上,在弧形齿条的两端分别连接有悬挂线夹,悬挂线夹上连接有导线线夹。
所述的弧形齿条外侧设有齿状结构,在联板上设有与该弧形齿条啮合的上齿轮。
在联板上设有罩盖,罩盖上设有供弧形齿条穿过的孔槽。
盘型或合成绝缘子上端与球头挂环活动连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的目的是提供一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串,悬垂串绝缘固定,有利绝缘保护;根据两侧导线张力,利用齿轮结构自动调节线夹高低,确保两端线夹受力均匀平衡。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例
如图1和图2所示的一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串,包括连接在杆塔横担上的两个上挂板1、分别与两个上挂板活动连接的两个球头挂环2、分别连接在两个球头挂环下端的盘型或合成绝缘子3、分别连接在两个绝缘子下端的碗头挂板4,还包括联板5,联板包括两块平板,碗头挂板下端连接在两平板之间上,在两平板之间设有一弧形的齿条7,该弧形齿条的内侧设有齿状结构,在两平板之间位于齿条下端设有至少两个与该弧形齿条啮合的下齿轮6,下齿轮通过销轴或螺栓连接在联板上,在弧形齿条的两端分别连接有悬挂线夹,悬挂线夹上连接有导线线夹8。所述的弧形齿条外侧设有齿状结构,在联板上设有与该弧形齿条啮合的上齿轮9。在联板上设有罩盖,罩盖上设有供弧形齿条穿过的孔槽。盘型或合成绝缘子上端与球头挂环活动连接。

1.一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串,其特征在于:包括连接在杆塔横担上的两个上挂板、分别与两个上挂板活动连接的两个球头挂环、分别连接在两个球头挂环下端的盘型或合成绝缘子、分别连接在两个绝缘子下端的碗头挂板,还包括联板,碗头挂板下端连接在联板上,在联板上设有一弧形的齿条,该弧形齿条的内侧设有齿状结构,在联板上设有至少两个与该弧形齿条啮合的下齿轮,下齿轮通过销轴或螺栓连接在联板上,在弧形齿条的两端分别连接有悬挂线夹,悬挂线夹上连接有导线线夹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串,其特征在于:所述的弧形齿条外侧设有齿状结构,在联板上设有与该弧形齿条啮合的上齿轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串,其特征在于:在联板上设有罩盖,罩盖上设有供弧形齿条穿过的孔槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自适应式双挂双联悬垂串,其特征在于:盘型或合成绝缘子上端与球头挂环活动连接。
