Abstract
本发明提供一种电子标签,其包括依次从下往上层叠设置的硅油底纸、泡棉胶、第一弹性橡胶体、天线、芯片、第二弹性橡胶体以及印刷面材,其中:第二弹性橡胶体底部设有电子器件安装槽,天线和芯片设置于电子器件安装槽内。本发明具有很强的抗压耐磨性能,可以保护电子标签芯片不受到外力冲击而损坏,适合贴附在弯曲有弧度表面,并且具有防水的作用,能够避免金属对电子标签性能的影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明特别涉及一种电子标签及其制造工艺。
背景技术
射频识别,RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)技术,又称无线射频识别,是一种通信技术,可通过无线电讯号识别特定目标并读写相关数据,而无需识别系统与特定目标之间建立机械或光学接触。
射频识别电子标签是产品电子代码(EPC)的物理载体,附着于可跟踪的物品上,可全球流通并对其进行识别和读写。RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)技术作为构建“物联网”的关键技术近年来受到人们的关注。应用分布在身份证件和门禁控制、供应链和库存跟踪、汽车收费、防盗、生产控制以及资产管理。
超高频(UHF)射频识别(RFID)技术由于具有较远的读取距离而获得现代供应链管理及交通管理的极大关注。在很多实际应用中,RFID标签需要贴附于金属物体表面。但是,具有类偶极子天线的普通无源超高频RFID标签应用于金属表面时,其阻抗匹配、辐射效率和辐射方向图都会发生改变,从而导致标签的性能变差,甚至不能被有效读取。为了解决超高频RFID标签应用于金属表面的问题,目前市场上的UHF超高频抗金属标签主要为以下两种形式:
硬质抗金属标签,多以陶瓷或PCB材料制成,缺点:标签是硬的,只适合平整的表面,不适合弯曲的表面,受撞击容易碎裂。
软质抗金属标签,多以泡棉胶做为基材,将超高频标签贴附于基材上,缺点:不防水,芯片受撞击容易碎裂,造成标签失效。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提出一种电子标签,兼顾上述硬质抗金属标签和软质抗金属标签的优点,在同时具有很强的抗压耐磨性能的同时,可以保护电子标签芯片不受到外力冲击而损坏,适合贴附在弯曲有弧度表面,并且具有防水的作用,能够避免金属对电子标签性能的影响。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,本发明包括:第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性体,所述第一弹性橡胶体和所述第二弹性胶体之间设置有芯片组件和天线组件。
芯片组件与所述天线组件相互粘合设置。
芯片组件粘合设置于所述天线组件之上。
第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性橡胶体粘合设置。
第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性橡胶体压合热熔粘合成一体设置。
电子标签还包括硅油底纸、泡棉胶以及印刷面材,其中:所述硅油底纸、所述泡棉胶、所述第一弹性橡胶体、所述天线组件、所述芯片组件、所述第二弹性橡胶体以及所述印刷面材依次从下往上层叠设置。
第二弹性橡胶体底部设有电子器件安装槽,所述天线和所述芯片设置于所述电子器件安装槽内。
一种电子标签的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将天线组件和芯片组件放置于第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性橡胶体之间;
2)将第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性橡胶体外表面均铺上隔热布并放置于两个层压钢板之间进行层压;
3)将第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性橡胶体的表面进行丝印;
4)在第一弹性橡胶体的底部贴附泡棉胶;
5)在泡棉胶的底部贴上硅油底纸;
6)将上述大张制成品模切成单张电子标签。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有很强的抗压耐磨性能,可以保护电子标签芯片不受到外力冲击而损坏,适合贴附在弯曲有弧度表面,并且具有防水的作用,能够避免金属对电子标签性能的影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1-3所示,一种电子标签,其包括:第一弹性橡胶体103a和第二弹性体103b,所述第一弹性橡胶体103a和所述第二弹性胶体103b之间设置有芯片组件104和天线组件105。
芯片组件104与所述天线组件105相互粘合设置。
芯片组件104粘合设置于所述天线组件105之上。
第一弹性橡胶体103a和第二弹性橡胶体103b粘合设置。
第一弹性橡胶体103a和第二弹性橡胶体103b压合热熔粘合成一体设置。
电子标签还包括硅油底纸101、泡棉胶102以及印刷面材,其中:所述硅油底纸101、所述泡棉胶102、所述第一弹性橡胶体103a、所述天线组件104、所述芯片组件105、所述第二弹性橡胶体103b以及所述印刷面材106依次从下往上层叠设置。
第二弹性橡胶体103b底部设有电子器件安装槽,所述天线组件104和所述芯片组件105设置于所述电子器件安装槽内。
一种电子标签的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将天线组件104和芯片组件105放置于第一弹性橡胶体103a和第二弹性橡胶体103b之间;
2)将第一弹性橡胶体103a和第二弹性橡胶体103b外表面均铺上隔热布并放置于两个层压钢板之间进行层压;
3)将第一弹性橡胶体103a和第二弹性橡胶体103b的表面进行丝印;
4)在第一弹性橡胶体103a的底部贴附泡棉胶102;
5)在泡棉胶102的底部贴上硅油底纸101;
6)将上述大张制成品1010模切成单张电子标签1011。
我们将弹性橡胶体分切成大张,将天线组件104和芯片组件105的组合件按阵列方式贴附于弹性橡胶体上,如图3所示,整列数量可根据最终成品电子标签大小而定,最后我们切割成单张。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (8)
1.一种电子标签,其特征在于,其包括:第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性体,所述第一弹性橡胶体和所述第二弹性胶体之间设置有芯片组件和天线组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子标签,其特征在于,所述芯片组件与所述天线组件相互粘合设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电子标签,其特征在于,所述芯片组件粘合设置于所述天线组件之上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子标签,其特征在于,所述第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性橡胶体粘合设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电子标签,其特征在于,所述第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性橡胶体压合热熔粘合成一体设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子标签,其特征在于,所述电子标签还包括硅油底纸、泡棉胶以及印刷面材,其中:所述硅油底纸、所述泡棉胶、所述第一弹性橡胶体、所述天线组件、所述芯片组件、所述第二弹性橡胶体以及所述印刷面材依次从下往上层叠设置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种电子标签,其特征在于,所述第二弹性橡胶体底部设有电子器件安装槽,所述天线组件和所述芯片组件设置于所述电子器件安装槽内。
8.一种电子标签的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将天线组件和芯片组件放置于第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性橡胶体之间;
2)将第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性橡胶体外表面均铺上隔热布并放置于两个层压钢板之间进行层压;
3)将第一弹性橡胶体和第二弹性橡胶体的表面进行丝印;
4)在第一弹性橡胶体的底部贴附泡棉胶;
5)在泡棉胶的底部贴上硅油底纸;
6)将上述大张制成品模切成单张电子标签。
