本发明涉及一种具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的生产工艺、灯具。
背景技术
CN201120319441.X公开了一种新型多功能照明茶几,它的目的是提供一种能耗低,将LED灯具和茶几完美结合,能在桌面变幻各种色彩的并兼具原茶几功能,此新功能茶几具有灯光追逐、全亮、声控、受DMX信号控制等多种功能,尤其是将原来安装在墙壁或天花板上的LED灯具嵌入茶几里,使人们在使用茶几时能体验到灯光效果。该技术方案:所述新型多功能照明茶几,包含有:茶几底座(1),所述茶几底座(1)顶部设有发光板(3),所述发光板(3)由LED板和PCB板组成,所述LED板上设有复数个LED灯,所述发光板(3)上设有开关电源(2),所述发光板(3)上面设有透光板(4),所述透光板(4)上面设有玻璃(5),其不足之处是:立体效果不佳、逼真度不够。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在玻璃制品壁镀制金属介质膜层与多层非金属光学介质膜,呈现三维彩色立体光学效果,具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的生产工艺、灯具。
本发明的技术解决方案是所述具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的生产工艺,其特殊之处在于,包括以下工序:
⑴将玻璃毛坯成型;
⑵对玻璃毛坯制品的内壁真空镀金属膜;
⑶在所述金属膜上加工图案;
⑷对玻璃毛坯制品的外壁真空镀光学介质膜;
⑸表面固化。
作为优选:所述工序⑵的金属镀膜,按重量百分比,择一选用以下一种:
Al2O3 100%;钛铝 100%;Ni 100%。
作为优选:所述工序⑷的光学介质膜,按重量百分比,择一选用以下一种:
作为优选:所述工序⑸进一步包括,将所镀产品放入烤箱内通过300°C、五小时固化并检验;
作为优选:所述工序⑸之后,在固化的合格品表面镀制一层或喷涂一层保护膜层,并进行低温或紫外线固化处理。
本发明的另一技术解决方案是所述具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的灯具,其特特殊之处在于,还包括置入玻璃制品罩内的发光体。
作为优选:所述发光体由灯泡或LED灯、给灯泡或LED灯供电的电源组成。
作为优选:所述玻璃制品罩是玻璃材料制成的灯罩。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
⑴图案三维效果逼真,色彩自然,极易和周围环境融为一体。
⑵节能、环保,更容易加工各种图案。

⑷对玻璃毛坯制品的外壁真空镀光学介质膜;

⑸表面固化。
所述工序⑸进一步包括,将所镀产品放入烤箱内通过300℃、五小时固化并检验;
⑹在固化的合格品表面镀制一层或喷涂一层保护膜层,并进行低温或紫外线固化处理。
本发明作为具体制品,还包括置入玻璃灯罩内的LED灯具以及为LED灯供电的电源。

⑴将玻璃毛坯成型;
⑵对玻璃毛坯制品的内壁真空镀金属膜;
⑶在所述金属膜上加工图案;
⑷对玻璃毛坯制品的外壁真空镀光学介质膜;
⑸表面固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述工序⑵的金属镀膜,按重量百分比,择一选用以下一种:
Al2O3 100%;钛铝 100%;Ni 100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述工序⑷的光学介质膜,按重量百分比,择一选用以下一种:
4.根据权利要求1所述具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述工序⑸进一步包括,将所镀产品放入烤箱内经300℃、五小时固化并检验。
5.根据权利要求4所述具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述工序⑸之后,在固化的合格品表面镀制一层或喷涂一层保护膜层,并进行低温或紫外线固化处理。
6.一种根据权利要求1所述具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的灯具,其特征在于,还包括置入玻璃制品罩内的发光体。
7.根据权利要求6所述具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的灯具,其特征在于,所述发光体由灯泡或LED灯、给灯泡或LED灯供电的电源组成。
8.根据权利要求6所述具有透光立体图案玻璃制品的灯具,其特征在于,所述玻璃制品罩是玻璃材料制成的灯罩。
