本发明公开了一种卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节,包括鼓形蒙皮;鼓形蒙皮两端设有直边段;鼓形蒙皮为多层复合结构,包括由内到外依次相互黏贴的钢丝网Ⅰ、高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层、玻纤布;卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节还包括环状的卡箍;卡箍间隙套装在鼓形蒙皮两端的直边段;进一步改进在于:高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层由多层高硅氧陶瓷纤维布复合而成,包括钢丝网Ⅰ外侧的高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅰ、玻纤布内侧的高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅱ;高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅰ、高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅱ之间设有气凝胶隔热层、钢丝网Ⅱ。本发明解决了与退火炉内管道直管端连接问题,且具有隔热性能好、耐高温、结构强度高、能量损耗少等特点。

卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节
技术领域
本发明涉及管道补偿装置,特别是涉及一种钢铁行业退火炉用非金属膨胀节。
背景技术
现有钢铁行业退火炉一般选用非金属纠偏膨胀节作为炉内补偿部件。现有非金属纠偏膨胀节在其两端设有法兰,通过法兰与退火炉内管道上的法兰连接,如果退火炉内管道连接端只有直管,没有法兰,现有非金属纠偏膨胀节无法像金属膨胀节那样采用焊接的方式与退火炉内管道连接,因此,这种情况下,非金属纠偏膨胀节与管道连接成了问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能解决与退火炉内管道直管端连接问题的卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节,包括鼓形蒙皮;所述鼓形蒙皮两端设有直边段;所述鼓形蒙皮为多层复合结构,包括由内到外依次相互黏贴的钢丝网Ⅰ、高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层、玻纤布;其改进之处在于:所述卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节还包括环状的卡箍;所述卡箍间隙套装在鼓形蒙皮两端的直边段。
上述结构中,所述卡箍包括两个半圆环、连接螺栓组件;所述半圆环两端设有直边段;两个半圆环两端的直边段通过连接螺栓组件连接,组合成中间有完整圆孔的卡箍。
上述结构中,所述高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层由多层高硅氧陶瓷纤维布复合而成,包括钢丝网Ⅰ外侧的高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅰ、玻纤布内侧的高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅱ;所述高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅰ、高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅱ之间设有气凝胶隔热层。
上述结构中,所述气凝胶隔热层的内侧或外侧设有钢丝网Ⅱ。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、鼓形蒙皮两端设有环状的卡箍,卡箍间隙套装在鼓形蒙皮两端的直边段。本发明在使用时,先松开半圆环两端的连接螺栓组件,将退火炉内管道连接端的直管直接插入鼓形蒙皮直边段内,然后紧固连接螺栓组件,将两个半圆环收紧,用卡箍将鼓形蒙皮直边段紧固在退火炉内管道连接端的直管外壁上。从而解决了与退火炉内管道直管端连接问题。
2、高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅰ、高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅱ之间设有气凝胶隔热层,显著提高本发明的隔热性能,使本发明具有较好的耐高温性能,显著提高纠偏辊膨胀节使用寿命;另一方面,也显著减少热量从鼓形蒙皮向外散发,因此,也显著减少能量损耗。
3、气凝胶隔热层的内侧或外侧设有钢丝网Ⅱ,可以提高本发明的结构刚性。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节,包括鼓形蒙皮2;鼓形蒙皮2两端设有直边段2.1;鼓形蒙皮2为多层复合结构,包括由内到外依次相互黏贴的钢丝网Ⅰ2.1、高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层2.2、玻纤布2.6;卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节还包括环状的卡箍3;卡箍3间隙套装在鼓形蒙皮2两端的直边段2.1;本实施例中,卡箍3包括两个半圆环3.1、连接螺栓组件3.2;半圆环3.1两端设有直边段;两个半圆环3.1两端的直边段通过连接螺栓组件3.2连接,组合成中间有完整圆孔的卡箍。
高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层2.2由多层高硅氧陶瓷纤维布复合而成,包括钢丝网Ⅰ2.1外侧的高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅰ2.2.1、玻纤布2.6内侧的高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅱ2.2.2;高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅰ2.2.1、高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅱ2.2.2之间设有气凝胶隔热层2.4、钢丝网Ⅱ2.3,本实施例中,钢丝网Ⅱ2.3设置在气凝胶隔热层2.4的内侧(其他实施例中,钢丝网Ⅱ2.3也可设置在气凝胶隔热层2.4的外侧)。

1.一种卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节,包括鼓形蒙皮(2);所述鼓形蒙皮(2)两端设有直边段(2.1);所述鼓形蒙皮(2)为多层复合结构,包括由内到外依次相互黏贴的钢丝网Ⅰ(2.1)、高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层(2.2)、玻纤布(2.6);其特征在于:所述卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节还包括环状的卡箍(3);所述卡箍(3)间隙套装在鼓形蒙皮(2)两端的直边段(2.1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节,其特征在于:所述卡箍(3)包括两个半圆环(3.1)、连接螺栓组件(3.2);所述半圆环(3.1)两端设有直边段;两个半圆环(3.1)两端的直边段通过连接螺栓组件(3.2)连接,组合成中间有完整圆孔的卡箍。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节,其特征在于:所述高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层(2.2)由多层高硅氧陶瓷纤维布复合而成,包括钢丝网Ⅰ(2.1)外侧的高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅰ(2.2.1)、玻纤布(2.6)内侧的高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅱ(2.2.2);所述高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅰ(2.2.1)、高硅氧陶瓷纤维布层Ⅱ(2.2.2)之间设有气凝胶隔热层(2.4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的卡箍式耐高温纠偏辊膨胀节,其特征在于:所述气凝胶隔热层(2.4)的内侧或外侧设有钢丝网Ⅱ(2.3)。
