Abstract
本发明针对保证管道中恒定的风速的问题提出一种保持恒定风速的自动调节阀,包括风叶、套筒、连接杆、齿轮、发条、阀板,风叶、连接杆、齿轮、阀杆的连接,发条盒固接在管壁外侧并中心在阀杆处,发条的外端与发条盒固结,发条中心与阀杆固结。实现通过风叶旋转带动阀板旋转,将动能转化成发条的势能,最终达到动能和势能平衡,风叶和阀板保持静止。本发明是一种结构简单、工作方便、改善工作环境、工作量大大减少,并对除尘系统整体风速的调控起到非常便捷的作用,减少因风速变动后除尘点的风速不能得到及时保证的隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动调节阀,具体地是一种保持恒定风速的自动调节阀。
背景技术
针对除尘系统,有很多阀门没有自动化控制,属于手动或者电动阀门,需现场不断的调节,以保证管道中恒定的风速。操作繁琐,增加工人的工作量,有时工人操作不及时,导致粉尘不能及时收集,污染环境及浪费资源。
本发明的目的是针对上述缺陷,提供一种保持恒定风速的自动调节阀。
发明内容
本发明是以下叙述方式实现的:一种保持恒定风速的自动调节阀包括风叶、套筒、连接杆、齿轮、发条、阀板,其特征在于风叶(1)通过套入套筒(2)的连接杆(3)与齿轮(4)连接,套筒(2)通过若干个支持杆(5)与管壁内测固结,风叶(1)和连接杆(3)的位置在管道中心线处,齿轮(4)与齿轮(6)垂直啮合,齿轮(6)和齿轮(8)与通过套筒(9)的连接杆(7)连接,套筒(9)焊接在管壁外侧并与连接杆(7)进行密封,齿轮(8)与齿轮(10)垂直啮合,齿轮(10)、连接杆(12),齿轮(13)依次连接在一起,并由至少两个支座(11)进行支撑,齿轮(13)与齿轮(14)垂直啮合,齿轮(14)与阀杆(16)固结,阀杆(16)垂直贯穿管道中心,与管道串孔处进行密封,阀板(17)在管道内部并与阀杆(16)固结,发条盒(15)固接在管壁外侧并中心在阀杆(16)处,发条(18)的外端与发条盒(15)固结,发条(18)中心与阀杆(14)固结。

具体实施方式
参照图1-2,未工作时,阀板(17)处于打开状态,发条选择是设定风速(初步定为18m/s),当该装置安装在管道中,通风后,随着风速的增加,风叶(1)随风速从0开始上升而开始转动,风叶(1)依次带动连接杆(2),齿轮(4),齿轮(6),连接杆(7),齿轮(8),齿轮(10),连接杆(12),齿轮(13),齿轮(14),阀杆(16)及阀板(17)转动,当阀杆(16)在转动时,发条(18)将动能转换成势能,阀板(17)控制管道中风的截面积,随之控制风量,当发条(18)势能增加到与现有动能平衡时,风叶(1)及齿轮组将处于静止状态,此时阀板(17)转动后位置使风叶(1)处(装置前段)的风速达到设定风速。
当风速降低时,发条(18)的势能比动能大时,发条(18)的势能将释放,带动齿轮组、风叶(1)及阀板(17)反向旋转,使管道风量增加,风速提高,到设定风速时发条的势能和动能平衡后,将停止转动。
该装置在除尘管道中应用在预先设定好风速的情况下工作,可以减少操作人员在为得到固定的风速时不断地去调节阀门,工作量大大减少,并对除尘系统整体风速的调控起到非常便捷的作用,减少因风速变动后除尘点的风速不能得到及时保证的隐患。更好的利用除尘器的风量。

1.一种保持恒定风速的自动调节阀包括风叶、套筒、连接杆、齿轮、发条、阀板,其特征在于风叶1通过套入套筒2的连接杆3与齿轮4连接,套筒2通过若干个支持杆5与管壁内测固结,风叶1和连接杆3的位置在管道中心线处,齿轮4与齿轮6垂直啮合,齿轮6和齿轮8与通过套筒9的连接杆7连接,套筒9焊接在管壁外侧并与连接杆7进行密封,齿轮8与齿轮10垂直啮合,齿轮10、连接杆12,齿轮13依次连接在一起,并由至少两个支座11进行支撑,齿轮13与齿轮14垂直啮合,齿轮14与阀杆16固结,阀杆16垂直贯穿管道中心,与管道串孔处进行密封,阀板17在管道内部并与阀杆固结,发条盒15固接在管壁外侧并中心在阀杆16处,发条18的外端与发条盒固结,发条18中心与阀杆14固结。
