本发明公开了一种连接可靠的墙板，包括面板基材、加固层、保温层、榫头、榫槽和紧固装置，所述面板基材内设有加固层，所述加固层为空心夹层，所述加固层内设有保温层，所述面板基材的一端设有榫头，所述榫头的形状为矩形，所述面板基材的另一端设有榫槽，所述榫头内设有若干个安装槽，所述紧固装置通过销轴活动安装在安装槽内，所述榫槽的底部设有矩形槽，所述矩形槽与紧固装置相配合，安装方便，墙板之间连接牢靠，能够避免由于墙板变形引起的连接缝开裂等问题，提高墙板的使用寿命。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及建筑技术领域，特别是一种连接可靠的墙板。
【背景技术】
如今墙板以其安装方便、节能环保、美观大方的优点广泛应用于建筑装饰领域，市面上的墙板施工量大，组装工序繁多，且容易在使用过程中由于变形老化从而造成墙板摇晃，给使用带来不许不便，现有提出一种连接可靠的墙板。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种连接可靠的墙板，安装方便，墙板之间连接牢固，能够避免由于墙板变形引起的连接缝开裂等问题，提高墙板的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的，本发明提出了一种连接可靠的墙板，包括面板基材、加固层、保温层、榫头、榫槽和紧固装置，所述面板基材内设有加固层，所述加固层为空心夹层，所述加固层内设有保温层，所述面板基材的一端设有榫头，所述榫头的形状为矩形，所述面板基材的另一端设有榫槽，所述榫头内设有若干个安装槽，所述紧固装置通过销轴活动安装在安装槽内，所述榫槽的底部设有矩形槽，所述矩形槽与紧固装置相配合。
作为优选，所述紧固装置包括旋转套、挡板、支撑杆和扣环，所述旋转套安装在销轴上，所述扣环通过支撑杆安装在旋转套上，所述旋转套上设有挡板，所述挡板与扣环的端部相连接。
作为优选，所述矩形槽内设有卡块，所述卡块与扣环相配合。
作为优选，所述榫槽内设有驱动杆，所述驱动杆的形状为圆柱形，所述驱动杆的端部设有半球形的凸起，所述驱动杆上最低点的位置高于销轴最高点的位置。
作为优选，所述销轴轴线的高度等于安装槽高度的一半。
作为优选，所述保温层为聚苯乙烯泡沫层或聚氨酯发泡层。
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过将保温层、榫头、榫槽和紧固装置等结合在一起使用，在面板基材内增加保温层，起到隔温、隔音的效果，紧固装置的扣环与卡块相配合，能够保证墙板之间连接的牢固性，能够避免由于墙板变形引起的连接缝开裂等问题，提高墙板的使用寿命。

参阅图1、图2和图3，本发明一种连接可靠的墙板，包括面板基材1、加固层2、保温层3、榫头4、榫槽5和紧固装置6，所述面板基材1内设有加固层2，所述加固层2为空心夹层，所述加固层2内设有保温层3，所述面板基材1的一端设有榫头4，所述榫头4的形状为矩形，所述面板基材1的另一端设有榫槽5，所述榫头4内设有若干个安装槽41，所述紧固装置6通过销轴42活动安装在安装槽41内，所述榫槽5的底部设有矩形槽51，所述矩形槽51与紧固装置6相配合。所述紧固装置6包括旋转套61、挡板62、支撑杆63和扣环64，所述旋转套61安装在销轴42上，所述扣环64通过支撑杆63安装在旋转套61上，所述旋转套61上设有挡板62，所述挡板62与扣环64的端部相连接。所述矩形槽51内设有卡块511，所述卡块511与扣环64相配合。所述榫槽5内设有驱动杆52，所述驱动杆52的形状为圆柱形，所述驱动杆52的端部设有半球形的凸起521，所述驱动杆52上最低点的位置高于销轴42最高点的位置。所述销轴42轴线的高度等于安装槽41高度的一半。所述保温层3为聚苯乙烯泡沫层或聚氨酯发泡层。
本发明工作过程：
本发明一种连接可靠的墙板在安装的过程中，将一块墙板的榫头4对准另一块墙板的榫槽5，矩形的榫头4具有导向作用，方便驱动杆52与紧固装置6相配合，将榫头4推入到榫槽5中，此时驱动杆52驱动挡板62顺时针旋转，当驱动杆52完全进入到安装槽41中，卡扣64的端部进入到矩形槽51中，驱动杆52和卡块511将卡扣64锁紧，安装方便，墙板之间连接牢靠，能够避免由于墙板变形引起的连接缝开裂等问题，提高墙板的使用寿命。

1.一种连接可靠的墙板，其特征在于：包括面板基材（1）、加固层（2）、保温层（3）、榫头（4）、榫槽（5）和紧固装置（6），所述面板基材（1）内设有加固层（2），所述加固层（2）为空心夹层，所述加固层（2）内设有保温层（3），所述面板基材（1）的一端设有榫头（4），所述榫头（4）的形状为矩形，所述面板基材（1）的另一端设有榫槽（5），所述榫头（4）内设有若干个安装槽（41），所述紧固装置（6）通过销轴（42）活动安装在安装槽（41）内，所述榫槽（5）的底部设有矩形槽（51），所述矩形槽（51）与紧固装置（6）相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种连接可靠的墙板，其特征在于：所述紧固装置（6）包括旋转套（61）、挡板（62）、支撑杆（63）和扣环（64），所述旋转套（61）安装在销轴（42）上，所述扣环（64）通过支撑杆（63）安装在旋转套（61）上，所述旋转套（61）上设有挡板（62），所述挡板（62）与扣环（64）的端部相连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种连接可靠的墙板，其特征在于：所述矩形槽（51）内设有卡块（511），所述卡块（511）与扣环（64）相配合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种连接可靠的墙板，其特征在于：所述榫槽（5）内设有驱动杆（52），所述驱动杆（52）的形状为圆柱形，所述驱动杆（52）的端部设有半球形的凸起（521），所述驱动杆（52）上最低点的位置高于销轴（42）最高点的位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种连接可靠的墙板，其特征在于：所述销轴（42）轴线的高度等于安装槽（41）高度的一半。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种连接可靠的墙板，其特征在于：所述保温层（3）为聚苯乙烯泡沫层或聚氨酯发泡层。
