本发明公开了一种透气性好的滤清器滤纸,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:草浆40‑50、针叶木浆10‑20、PAE湿强剂0.2‑0.4、纳米钾长石粉1‑2,丙烯酸酯乳液胶黏剂1‑2、磷酸二氢铵0.5‑1,磷酸三甲苯酯0.8‑1.2、矿棉纤维10‑12、硬脂酸3‑4、聚乙二醇2‑4.腰果壳油1‑2、麻杆1‑2、花生壳1‑2、皂荚糖胶1‑2、三聚氰胺0.1‑0.2、苯丙乳液15‑20、橘子皮2‑4、榴莲壳4‑8,甘蔗皮5‑6、椰棕1‑2、锯木屑3‑5、柠檬酸0.02‑0.05、硝酸锌0.1‑0.2、硝酸银0.2‑0.5。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及滤清器技术领域,尤其涉及一种透气性好的滤清器滤纸。
背景技术
发动机有空气、机油、燃油三种滤清器,一般称作“三滤”。它们分别担负发动机进气系统、润滑系统和燃烧系统中介质的过滤。空气滤清器的型式有二种,即干式和湿式。干式空气滤清器是通过一个干式滤芯,(如纸滤芯)将空气中的杂质分离出来的滤清器。
轻型车(含轿车、微型车)所用的空气滤清器一般为单级,过滤材料为滤纸或非织造布。在额定空气体积流量下,滤芯的原始滤清效率应不低于99.5%。重型车由于工作环境恶劣,它的空气滤清器必须是多级的。第一级为旋流式预滤器(如叶片环、旋流管等),用于滤除粗大颗粒杂质,过滤效率在80%以上,第二级细滤是微孔纸滤芯(一般称作主滤芯),其过滤效率达99.5%以上。
使用低价格的滤纸制作滤芯,因其滤纸孔径大、均匀性差、过滤效率低,不能将对有害的杂质进行有效滤除,危害身体健康。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种透气性好的滤清器滤纸。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种透气性好的滤清器滤纸,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:草浆40-50、针叶木浆10-20、PAE湿强剂0.2-0.4、纳米钾长石粉1-2,丙烯酸酯乳液胶黏剂1-2、磷酸二氢铵0.5-1,磷酸三甲苯酯0.8-1.2、矿棉纤维10-12、硬脂酸3-4、聚乙二醇2-4.腰果壳油1-2、麻杆1-2、花生壳1-2、皂荚糖胶1-2、三聚氰胺0.1-0.2、苯丙乳液15-20、橘子皮2-4、榴莲壳4-8,甘蔗皮5-6、椰棕1-2、锯木屑3-5、柠檬酸0.02-0.05、硝酸锌0.1-0.2、硝酸银0.2-0.5。
所述的一种透气性好的滤清器滤纸,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)橘子皮、榴莲壳、甘蔗皮混匀后,加水相当于上述原料0.6-1倍的水,混匀后,厌氧发酵1-2天后,洗净,风干,干燥,粉碎至粒径范围在500-1000um之间,再紫外辐照30-60min后,得生物粉备用;辐照紫外线波长为254nm,辐射剂量为0.5-2kJ/m2,照射2-3分钟;
(2)柠檬酸加适量水,配制成浓度为2-5%的柠檬酸溶液后,加入生物粉,在40-60℃下搅拌0.5-1h后,再加入硝酸锌、硝酸银,搅拌均匀后,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,将滤渣加入浓度为2-3%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,在30-50℃下搅拌0.5-3h,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,滤渣于50-70℃下干燥后,即得生物负载抗菌粉备用;
(3)苯丙乳液与三聚氰胺混匀后,再加入生物负载抗菌粉混匀后,得浸渍液备用;
(4)麻杆、花生壳混匀后,进行蒸汽爆破,爆破水蒸气压力为0.05-0.3Mpa,爆破时间为1-3s,爆出物经脱水处理后干燥,得干燥粉备用;
(5)按重量份混合草浆、针叶木浆、矿棉纤维和干燥粉;然后放入碎浆机碎解,加水适量水,得到固含量为4-6%的浆料,再加入除浸渍液外其他剩余原料,搅拌并继续碎解得混合浆料,经疏解机疏解后,再磨浆,磨浆后所得浆料经过加水调浆,至固含量3-5%后按照常规造纸工艺抄纸,成型压榨、干燥即得成型纸备用;
(6)成型纸置于浸渍液中浸渍2-3h,再用压力辊除去过量的浸渍液;在160-200℃下恒温烘干后整理,即得。
本发明的优点是:(1)本发明配方合理,成纸过滤性能高,透气性佳,添加了麻杆、花生壳等物质,孔隙度,有利于透气的同时容尘量高,环保健康,使用效果佳。
(2)本发明使用浸渍液,起到了多级过滤的效果,弥补了滤纸纤维间部分孔洞孔径较大的缺陷,提高了滤纸纤维间孔洞孔径的均匀性,强化了筛滤效应。同时加入了生物负载抗菌粉,生物载体可将抗菌剂负载,缓慢释放,抗菌作用强,持效性好、具广谱性以及与加工制品相容好的优点,对各种细菌、霉菌都具有很好的杀灭抑制作用、对环境无任何污染。利用橘子皮、榴莲壳、甘蔗皮作为生物载体,变废为宝。
(3)本发明采用蒸汽爆破技术,植物细胞中的纤维为木素所粘结,与高温、高压蒸汽作用下,纤维素结晶度提高,聚合度下降,半纤维素部分降解,木素软化,横向连结强度下降,当充满压力蒸汽的物料骤然减压时,孔隙中的气剧膨胀,产生“爆破”效果,将原料撕裂为细小纤维,制得的纤维制浆有高得率、无污染的特点。。
具体实施方式
一种透气性好的滤清器滤纸,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:草浆40、针叶木浆10、PAE湿强剂0.2、纳米钾长石粉1,丙烯酸酯乳液胶黏剂1、磷酸二氢铵0.5,磷酸三甲苯酯0.8、矿棉纤维10、硬脂酸3、聚乙二醇2腰果壳油1、麻杆1、花生壳1、皂荚糖胶1、三聚氰胺0.1、苯丙乳液15、橘子皮2、榴莲壳4,甘蔗皮5、椰棕1、锯木屑3、柠檬酸0.02、硝酸锌0.1、硝酸银0.2。
所述的一种透气性好的滤清器滤纸,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)橘子皮、榴莲壳、甘蔗皮混匀后,加水相当于上述原料0.6倍的水,混匀后,厌氧发酵1天后,洗净,风干,干燥,粉碎至粒径范围在500um之间,再紫外辐照30min后,得生物粉备用;辐照紫外线波长为254nm,辐射剂量为0.5kJ/m2,照射2分钟;
(2)柠檬酸加适量水,配制成浓度为2%的柠檬酸溶液后,加入生物粉,在40℃下搅拌0.5h后,再加入硝酸锌、硝酸银,搅拌均匀后,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,将滤渣加入浓度为2%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,在30℃下搅拌0.5h,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,滤渣于50℃下干燥后,即得生物负载抗菌粉备用;
(3)苯丙乳液与三聚氰胺混匀后,再加入生物负载抗菌粉混匀后,得浸渍液备用;
(4)麻杆、花生壳混匀后,进行蒸汽爆破,爆破水蒸气压力为0.05Mpa,爆破时间为1s,爆出物经脱水处理后干燥,得干燥粉备用;
(5)按重量份混合草浆、针叶木浆、矿棉纤维和干燥粉;然后放入碎浆机碎解,加水适量水,得到固含量为4%的浆料,再加入除浸渍液外其他剩余原料,搅拌并继续碎解得混合浆料,经疏解机疏解后,再磨浆,磨浆后所得浆料经过加水调浆,至固含量3%后按照常规造纸工艺抄纸,成型压榨、干燥即得成型纸备用;

上述实施例制得的滤纸性能数据如下:
滤纸的成纸透气度在50-55L/m2.S 之间,最大孔径50-55μm,平均孔径30-35μm,湿伸长率≤ 1.2%,湿耐破度≥ 350KPa,抗张强度为13.29kN·m,过滤精度< 12μm,杂质去除率>99.4%。
Claims (2)
1.一种透气性好的滤清器滤纸,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:草浆40-50、针叶木浆10-20、PAE湿强剂0.2-0.4、纳米钾长石粉1-2,丙烯酸酯乳液胶黏剂1-2、磷酸二氢铵0.5-1,磷酸三甲苯酯0.8-1.2、矿棉纤维10-12、硬脂酸3-4、聚乙二醇2-4.腰果壳油1-2、麻杆1-2、花生壳1-2、皂荚糖胶1-2、三聚氰胺0.1-0.2、苯丙乳液15-20、橘子皮2-4、榴莲壳4-8,甘蔗皮5-6、椰棕1-2、锯木屑3-5、柠檬酸0.02-0.05、硝酸锌0.1-0.2、硝酸银0.2-0.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性好的滤清器滤纸,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)橘子皮、榴莲壳、甘蔗皮混匀后,加水相当于上述原料0.6-1倍的水,混匀后,厌氧发酵1-2天后,洗净,风干,干燥,粉碎至粒径范围在500-1000um之间,再紫外辐照30-60min后,得生物粉备用;辐照紫外线波长为254nm,辐射剂量为0.5-2kJ/m2,照射2-3分钟;
(2)柠檬酸加适量水,配制成浓度为2-5%的柠檬酸溶液后,加入生物粉,在40-60℃下搅拌0.5-1h后,再加入硝酸锌、硝酸银,搅拌均匀后,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,将滤渣加入浓度为2-3%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,在30-50℃下搅拌0.5-3h,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,滤渣于50-70℃下干燥后,即得生物负载抗菌粉备用;
(3)苯丙乳液与三聚氰胺混匀后,再加入生物负载抗菌粉混匀后,得浸渍液备用;
(4)麻杆、花生壳混匀后,进行蒸汽爆破,爆破水蒸气压力为0.05-0.3Mpa,爆破时间为1-3s,爆出物经脱水处理后干燥,得干燥粉备用;
(5)按重量份混合草浆、针叶木浆、矿棉纤维和干燥粉;然后放入碎浆机碎解,加水适量水,得到固含量为4-6%的浆料,再加入除浸渍液外其他剩余原料,搅拌并继续碎解得混合浆料,经疏解机疏解后,再磨浆,磨浆后所得浆料经过加水调浆,至固含量3-5%后按照常规造纸工艺抄纸,成型压榨、干燥即得成型纸备用;
(6)成型纸置于浸渍液中浸渍2-3h,再用压力辊除去过量的浸渍液;在160-200℃下恒温烘干后整理,即得。
