Abstract

本发明公开了一种弹性涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将气相二氧化硅与第一部分去离子水混合,加入偶联剂,在室温下搅拌10~30min,其后加入煅烧高岭土搅拌均匀;(2)将由步骤(1)得到的浆料加入纯丙乳液中,其后加入分散剂,润湿剂,成膜助剂,羟甲基纤维素和剩余的去离子水,搅拌均匀,即得到所述弹性涂料;本发明制得的产品性能均一,涂膜具有500%以上的延伸率,具有较高的硬度、强度,良好的耐热、耐候、耐老化性。

一种弹性涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料的技术领域,特别涉及弹性涂料的技术领域。
背景技术
弹性涂料是以合成树脂乳液为基料,与颜料、填料及助剂配制而成,施涂一定厚度后,具有弥盖因基材伸缩产生细小裂纹的有弹性的功能性涂料。通常包括溶剂型、乳液型及无机型弹性涂料。其中溶剂型、乳液型弹性涂料延伸率高,成膜效果好,但强度、硬度相对较差,耐候、耐热性差,而无机型弹性涂料成膜效果相对较差,弹性一般较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种强度、硬度较高,耐热、耐候性优良的有机弹性涂料的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种弹性涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将气相二氧化硅与第一部分去离子水混合,加入偶联剂,在室温下搅拌10~30min,其后加入煅烧高岭土搅拌均匀;
(2)将由步骤(1)得到的浆料加入纯丙乳液中,其后加入分散剂,润湿剂,成膜助剂,羟甲基纤维素和剩余的去离子水,搅拌均匀,即得到所述弹性涂料;
第一部分去离子水的质量为所述气相二氧化硅的1~2倍。
优选的是:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
另外优选的是:所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇。
另外优选的是:所述成膜助剂为丙二醇乙醚。
另外优选的是:所述润湿剂为丙二醇。
另外优选的是:所述组分按质量份计,包括纯丙乳液30~50份,分散剂0.1~1.0份,润湿剂5~10份,偶联剂0.5~1.5份,成膜助剂0.5~2.5份,羟甲基纤维素0.1~0.5份,煅烧高岭土5~15份,气相二氧化硅1~5份,去离子水5~15份。
另外优选的是:所述弹性涂料的组分还包括消泡剂和/或流平剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明加工过程简单,能源消耗少,可控性高,得到的产品质量稳定,性质均一;
(2)本发明制得的弹性涂料涂膜具有500%以上的延伸率,能弥盖细微裂缝;(2)本发明制得的产品具有较高的硬度、强度,良好的耐热、耐候、耐老化性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
通过以下步骤制备弹性涂料:
(1)将1份气相二氧化硅与2份去离子水混合,加入0.5份硅烷偶联剂,在室温下搅拌10min,其后加入5份煅烧高岭土搅拌均匀;
(2)将由步骤(1)得到的浆料加入30份纯丙乳液中,其后加入分散剂聚乙烯醇0.1份,润湿剂丙二醇5份,成膜助剂丙二醇乙醚0.5份,羟甲基纤维素0.1份和3份去离子水,搅拌均匀,即得到所述弹性涂料。
实施例2
(1)将5份气相二氧化硅与10份去离子水混合,加入1.5份硅烷偶联剂,在室温下搅拌30min,其后加入煅烧高岭土15份搅拌均匀;
(2)将由步骤(1)得到的浆料加入50份纯丙乳液中,其后加入分散剂聚乙烯醇1.0份,润湿剂丙二醇10份,成膜助剂丙二醇乙醚2.5份,羟甲基纤维素0.5份和5份去离子水,搅拌均匀,即得到所述弹性涂料。

Claims (7)

1.一种弹性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将气相二氧化硅与第一部分去离子水混合,加入偶联剂,在室温下搅拌10~30min,其后加入煅烧高岭土搅拌均匀;
(2)将由步骤(1)得到的浆料加入纯丙乳液中,其后加入分散剂,润湿剂,成膜助剂,羟甲基纤维素和剩余的去离子水,搅拌均匀,即得到所述弹性涂料;
第一部分去离子水的质量为所述气相二氧化硅的1~2倍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的弹性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为丙二醇乙醚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为丙二醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的弹性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述弹性涂料的组分按质量份计,包括纯丙乳液30~50份,分散剂0.1~1.0份,润湿剂5~10份,偶联剂0.5~1.5份,成膜助剂0.5~2.5份,羟甲基纤维素0.1~0.5份,煅烧高岭土5~15份,气相二氧化硅1~5份,去离子水5~15份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的弹性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述弹性涂料的组分还包括消泡剂和/或流平剂。
