一种轮胎胎面划线胶浆制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于轮胎制造领域,具体涉及一种轮胎胎面划线胶浆制备方法。
背景技术
每个轮胎公司均生产多种品种和规格的轮胎,为便于不同品种、规格产品的区分和管理,并使轮胎硫化后具有一定的装饰效果,所以在轮胎挤出过程中会通过胎面划线装置在胎面上绘制1-5条彩色标识线。但要保证胎面划线均匀美观,胎面划线胶浆配方和制造方法非常重要,因此提出发明专利“ 一种轮胎胎面划线胶浆配方及其制备方法”。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种轮胎胎面划线胶浆的制备方法,各原料及其质量份数为:
天然橡胶,100份;氧化锌,3.5-4.5份;硬脂酸,1.5-2.5份;钛白粉,15-25份;不溶性硫黄,2.5-3.5份;促进剂DM,0.9-1.1份;松香,0.9-1.1份;色母料15-25份;
所述划线胶浆的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤1)混炼胶的制备:
生胶准备:将天然橡胶在50℃-70℃烘胎房进行烘胎,春、夏、秋三季烘胎时间为24h-36h,冬季烘胎时间为36-72h,烘胶后再进行切胶,称量,塑炼;
配合剂准备:按质量份数称取各原料;
混炼胶制备:采用开炼机进行制备,将塑炼好的天然橡胶进行包辊,然后依次加入硬脂酸、促进剂DM、氧化锌、松香、钛白粉、色母料、不溶性硫黄;胶料混炼均匀后下片,胶片厚度2.0-4.0mm,存放时间8-48h;
步骤2)划线胶浆的制备
胶块制备:将混炼均匀的划线胶浆胶料切割成小胶片,厚度2.0-4.0mm、宽度10-20mm,长度20-50mm;
划线胶浆制备:将准备好的胶片投入打浆机中,然后加入汽油,胶片和汽油的质量份数比为1:2~4;盖好打浆机口,开始搅拌,在打浆机浆叶的不断搅拌下,使胶料逐渐溶解,制备均匀的划线胶浆;
胶浆的存放:划线胶浆制备好后,存放在密闭存浆容器中,温度在20℃的阴凉处,存放时间24-36h。
所述汽油为国家标准的93号或97号或120号的汽油。
所述胶片和汽油的质量份数比为1:3。
所述划线胶浆威廉氏可塑度为1.5~4。
所述划线胶浆pH为7-10。

实施例1
一种轮胎胎面划线胶浆的制备方法,各原料及其质量份数为:
天然橡胶,100份;氧化锌,3.5份;硬脂酸,1.5份;钛白粉,15份;不溶性硫黄,2.5份;促进剂DM,0.9份;松香,0.9份;色母料15份;
所述划线胶浆的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤1)混炼胶的制备:
生胶准备:将天然橡胶在50℃烘胎房进行烘胎,烘胎时间为36h烘胶后再进行切胶,称量,塑炼;
配合剂准备:按质量份数称取各原料;
混炼胶制备:采用开炼机进行制备,将塑炼好的天然橡胶进行包辊,然后依次加入硬脂酸、促进剂DM、氧化锌、松香、钛白粉、色母料、不溶性硫黄;胶料混炼均匀后下片,胶片厚度2.0mm,存放时间8h;
步骤2)划线胶浆的制备
胶块制备:将混炼均匀的划线胶浆胶料切割成小胶片,厚度2.0mm、宽度10mm,长度20mm;
划线胶浆制备:将准备好的胶片投入打浆机中,然后加入汽油,胶片和汽油的质量份数比为1:2;盖好打浆机口,开始搅拌,在打浆机浆叶的不断搅拌下,使胶料逐渐溶解,制备均匀的划线胶浆;
胶浆的存放:划线胶浆制备好后,存放在密闭存浆容器中,温度在20℃的阴凉处,存放时间24h。

步骤1)混炼胶的制备:
生胶准备:将天然橡胶在60℃烘胎房进行烘胎,烘胎时间为60h,烘胶后再进行切胶,称量,塑炼;
配合剂准备:按质量份数称取各原料;
混炼胶制备:采用开炼机进行制备,将塑炼好的天然橡胶进行包辊,然后依次加入硬脂酸、促进剂DM、氧化锌、松香、钛白粉、色母料、不溶性硫黄;胶料混炼均匀后下片,胶片厚度3.0mm,存放时间24h;
步骤2)划线胶浆的制备
胶块制备:将混炼均匀的划线胶浆胶料切割成小胶片,厚度3.0mm、宽度15mm,长度40mm;
划线胶浆制备:将准备好的胶片投入打浆机中,然后加入汽油,胶片和汽油的质量份数比为1:3;盖好打浆机口,开始搅拌,在打浆机浆叶的不断搅拌下,使胶料逐渐溶解,制备均匀的划线胶浆;
胶浆的存放:划线胶浆制备好后,存放在密闭存浆容器中,温度在20℃的阴凉处,存放时间30h。
所述汽油为国家标准的93号或97号或120号的汽油。
所述胶片和汽油的质量份数比为1:3。
所述划线胶浆威廉氏可塑度为3。
所述划线胶浆pH为10。

一种轮胎胎面划线胶浆的制备方法,各原料及其质量份数为:
天然橡胶,100份;氧化锌,4.5份;硬脂酸, 2.5份;钛白粉, 25份;不溶性硫黄,3.5份;促进剂DM, 1.1;松香, 1.1份;色母料25份;
所述划线胶浆的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤1)混炼胶的制备:
生胶准备:将天然橡胶在70℃烘胎房进行烘胎,烘胎时间为72h,烘胶后再进行切胶,称量,塑炼;
配合剂准备:按质量份数称取各原料;
混炼胶制备:采用开炼机进行制备,将塑炼好的天然橡胶进行包辊,然后依次加入硬脂酸、促进剂DM、氧化锌、松香、钛白粉、色母料、不溶性硫黄;胶料混炼均匀后下片,胶片厚度4.0mm,存放时间48h;
步骤2)划线胶浆的制备
胶块制备:将混炼均匀的划线胶浆胶料切割成小胶片,厚度4.0mm、宽度20mm,长度50mm;
划线胶浆制备:将准备好的胶片投入打浆机中,然后加入汽油,胶片和汽油的质量份数比为1:4;盖好打浆机口,开始搅拌,在打浆机浆叶的不断搅拌下,使胶料逐渐溶解,制备均匀的划线胶浆;
胶浆的存放:划线胶浆制备好后,存放在密闭存浆容器中,温度在20℃的阴凉处,存放时间36h。
所述汽油为国家标准的93号或97号或120号的汽油。
所述划线胶浆威廉氏可塑度为4。
所述划线胶浆pH为10。

1.一种轮胎胎面划线胶浆的制备方法,其特征在于:各原料及其质量份数为:
天然橡胶,100份;氧化锌,3.5-4.5份;硬脂酸,1.5-2.5份;钛白粉,15-25份;不溶性硫黄,2.5-3.5份;促进剂DM,0.9-1.1份;松香,0.9-1.1份;色母料15-25份;
所述划线胶浆的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤1)混炼胶的制备:
生胶准备:将天然橡胶在50℃-70℃烘胎房进行烘胎,春、夏、秋三季烘胎时间为24h-36h,冬季烘胎时间为36-72h,烘胶后再进行切胶,称量,塑炼;
配合剂准备:按质量份数称取各原料;
混炼胶制备:采用开炼机进行制备,将塑炼好的天然橡胶进行包辊,然后依次加入硬脂酸、促进剂DM、氧化锌、松香、钛白粉、色母料、不溶性硫黄;胶料混炼均匀后下片,胶片厚度2.0-4.0mm,存放时间8-48h;
步骤2)划线胶浆的制备
