Abstract
The invention provides a system and a method for acquiring the temperature outside a vehicle, wherein the system comprises a temperature sensor outside the vehicle, an engine cooling water temperature detector and a storage memory module, wherein the temperature sensor outside the vehicle is connected with a logic processing unit; the logic processing unit and the storage memory module are arranged in the automatic air conditioner controller. According to the system and the method for acquiring the outside temperature, the cold and hot starting states of the vehicle when the vehicle is started at present are judged and the accurate outside temperature is acquired through the logical comparison operation of the cooling water temperature value, the outside temperature sensor value and the memory value of the memory module, the cold and hot states of the vehicle can be accurately judged after the vehicle is ignited again to operate under the condition that the automatic air conditioner controller cuts off the low power consumption of self power supply, and the outside temperature sensor can acquire the outside temperature initial value close to the real environment temperature without being influenced by the radiator and the hot water tank.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cold and hot starting of automobiles, in particular to a system and a method for acquiring the temperature outside an automobile.
Background
The function realization of the conventional automobile automatic air conditioner controller needs the following input signals: interior temperature, exterior temperature, evaporator temperature, vehicle speed, etc. Because the external temperature sensor is arranged at the front air grille of the vehicle, the external temperature sensor is easily influenced by the heat radiation of the radiator and the air-conditioning condenser in the driving process (particularly when the vehicle speed is low), so that the external temperature value detected by the external temperature sensor is not the real environment temperature. Moreover, as the static power consumption requirement value of the automobile on the electric control unit is lower and lower, the automatic air conditioner controller is designed to cut off the power supply of the automatic air conditioner controller within a period of time after flameout so as to reduce the static power consumption; and under the condition that the automatic air conditioner controller cuts off the power supply of the automatic air conditioner controller, the cold and hot starting state of the vehicle cannot be judged, so that after the vehicle is ignited again to operate, the real external temperature of the vehicle cannot be obtained due to the influence of the radiator and the hot water tank.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a system and a method for acquiring the temperature outside a vehicle, which solve the technical problems that the cold and hot starting states of the vehicle are judged and the accurate temperature outside the vehicle is acquired when the vehicle is started by the logical comparison operation of a cooling water temperature value, a sensor value outside the vehicle and a memory value of an automatic air conditioner controller.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides an outside-vehicle temperature acquisition system, including: the system comprises an external temperature sensor, an engine cooling water temperature detector and a storage memory module which are connected with a logic processing unit; the logic processing unit and the storage memory module are arranged in the automatic air conditioner controller;
the external temperature sensor is used for outputting an external temperature value when flameout last time and a current external temperature value;
the engine cooling water temperature detector is used for outputting a cooling water temperature value when the engine is flamed last time and a current cooling water temperature value;
the storage memory module is used for storing the external temperature value and the current external temperature value when flameout last time, the cooling water temperature value when flameout last time and the current cooling water temperature value; the temperature control device is also used for storing a water temperature drop threshold value and a low water temperature threshold value corresponding to the current external temperature value;
and the logic processing unit is used for carrying out logic comparison operation on the numerical values stored in the storage memory module so as to judge the cold and hot starting state of the automobile and determine the initial value of the temperature outside the automobile according to the cold and hot starting state of the automobile.
Further, the logic comparison operation performed by the logic processing unit comprises a first logic comparison operation and a second logic comparison operation; and under the condition that the automatic air conditioner controller is flamed out and the power supply of the automatic air conditioner controller is cut off, the first logic comparison operation is carried out after the vehicle is ignited again for running.
Further, the first logic comparison and judgment process is as follows: if the current external temperature value is smaller than the external temperature value when flameout last time, or the current external temperature value is larger than the current cooling water temperature value, or the current cooling water temperature value is larger than the cooling water temperature value when flameout last time, outputting the current external temperature value as the external temperature initial value, or else, carrying out the second logic comparison operation.
Further, the second logical comparison operation process is as follows: if the difference value of the cooling water temperature value at the last flameout time minus the current cooling water temperature value is larger than the water temperature drop threshold value, or the current cooling water temperature value is smaller than the low water temperature threshold value, outputting the current outside temperature value as an outside temperature initial value, otherwise, outputting the outside temperature value at the last flameout time as the outside temperature initial value.
Further, the water temperature drop threshold and the low water temperature threshold are obtained through early-stage experiment calibration and stored in the storage memory module.
The invention also provides a method for acquiring the outside temperature, which is characterized by comprising the following implementation steps:
a. judging whether the vehicle is started in a cold state or not according to the first logic comparison operation, if so, executing the step b, otherwise, executing the step c;
b. using the current outside temperature value as an outside temperature initial value;
c. finding out a corresponding water temperature drop threshold and a low water temperature threshold according to the current external temperature value;
d. judging whether the vehicle is started in a cold state or not according to the second logic comparison operation, if so, returning to execute the step b, otherwise, executing the step e;
e. and using the external temperature value of the automobile at the last flameout as the external temperature initial value of the display panel when the automobile is started.
Further, in the step a, the first logical comparison operation process is as follows: and c, if the current external temperature value is less than the external temperature value when flameout last time, or the current external temperature value is greater than the current cooling water temperature value, or the current cooling water temperature value is greater than the cooling water temperature value when flameout last time, executing the step b, otherwise, performing the second logic comparison operation.
Further, in the step d, the second logical comparison operation process is: and if the difference value of the cooling water temperature value at the last flameout time minus the current cooling water temperature value is larger than the water temperature drop threshold value, or the current cooling water temperature value is smaller than the low water temperature threshold value, returning to execute the step b, otherwise, executing the step e.
Further, the water temperature drop threshold and the low water temperature threshold are obtained through early-stage experiment calibration and stored in the storage memory module.
According to the system and the method for acquiring the outside temperature, the cold and hot starting states of the vehicle during the starting of the vehicle are judged and the accurate outside temperature is acquired through the logical comparison operation of the cooling water temperature value, the outside temperature sensor value and the memory value of the memory module, and the cold and hot starting states of the vehicle can be accurately judged and the outside temperature initial value close to the real environment temperature can be acquired after the vehicle is ignited again to run under the condition that the automatic air-conditioning controller cuts off the low power consumption of the power supply of the automatic air-conditioning controller.

Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. The following components are only preferred embodiments, and do not limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, it is a structural diagram of an external temperature obtaining system provided by the present invention. In this embodiment, the system for acquiring vehicle exterior temperature includes: an external temperature sensor 20, an engine cooling water temperature detector 30 and a memory module 40 connected with the logic processing unit 10; the logic processing unit 10 and the memory module 40 are arranged in the automatic air conditioner controller 50;
the external temperature sensor 20 is configured to output an external temperature value EEP _ OAT at the last flameout and a current external temperature value Cur _ OAT;
the engine cooling water temperature detector 30 is configured to output a cooling water temperature value EEP _ HCT at the last shutdown and a current cooling water temperature value Cur _ HCT;
the storage memory module 40 is configured to store the vehicle exterior temperature value EEP _ OAT at the last flameout, the current vehicle exterior temperature value Cur _ OAT, the cooling water temperature value EEP _ HCT at the last flameout, and the current cooling water temperature value Cur _ HCT; the temperature control device is also used for storing a water temperature drop threshold DiffHct and a low water temperature threshold LimitHct corresponding to the current external temperature value Cur _ OAT;
the logic processing unit 10 is configured to perform a logic comparison operation on the above values stored in the storage memory module 40 to determine an automobile cold-hot start state, and determine an initial value Init _ OAT of an outside temperature according to the automobile cold-hot start state.

If the current external temperature value Cur _ OAT is smaller than the external temperature value EEP _ OAT at the last flameout, or the current external temperature value Cur _ OAT is larger than the current cooling water temperature value Cur _ HCT, or the current cooling water temperature value Cur _ HCT is larger than the cooling water temperature value EEP _ HCT at the last flameout, outputting the current external temperature value Cur _ OAT as an external temperature initial value Init _ OAT, or else performing a second logic comparison operation; the second logic comparison operation process comprises the following steps: if the difference value obtained by subtracting the current cooling water temperature value Cur _ HCT from the cooling water temperature value EEP _ HCT at the last flameout time is larger than the water temperature drop threshold DiffHct, or the current cooling water temperature value Cur _ HCT is smaller than the low water temperature threshold LimitHct, outputting the current external temperature value Cur _ OAT as an external temperature initial value Init _ OAT, or outputting the external temperature value EEP _ OAT at the last flameout as the external temperature initial value Init _ OAT.
In this embodiment, the water temperature drop threshold DiffHct and the low water temperature threshold LimitHct are calibrated by previous experiments and stored in the storage memory module 40.
Referring to fig. 2, it is a flowchart of a method for acquiring an external temperature of a vehicle according to the present invention. The invention provides a method for acquiring the temperature outside a vehicle, which comprises the following implementation steps:
a. judging whether the vehicle is started in a cold state or not according to the first logic comparison operation, if so, executing the step b, otherwise, executing the step c;
b. using the current external temperature value Cur _ OAT as an external temperature initial value Init _ OAT;
c. finding out a corresponding water temperature drop threshold DiffHct and a low water temperature threshold LimitHct according to the current external temperature value Cur _ OAT;
d. judging whether the vehicle is started in a cold state or not according to the second logic comparison operation, if so, returning to execute the step b, otherwise, executing the step e;
e. and using the external temperature value EEP _ OAT at the last flameout as the external temperature initial value Init _ OAT on the display disc when the automobile is started.
In this embodiment, in the step a, the first logical comparison operation process is: and b, if the current external temperature value Cur _ OAT is smaller than the external temperature value EEP _ OAT at the last flameout, or the current external temperature value Cur _ OAT is larger than the current cooling water temperature value Cur _ HCT, or the current cooling water temperature value Cur _ HCT is larger than the cooling water temperature value EEP _ HCT at the last flameout, executing step b, otherwise, performing a second logic comparison operation.
The second logic comparison operation process in the step d is as follows: if the difference value obtained by subtracting the current cooling water temperature value Cur _ HCT from the cooling water temperature value EEP _ HCT at the last flameout time is larger than the water temperature drop threshold DiffHct, or the current cooling water temperature value Cur _ HCT is smaller than the low water temperature threshold LimitHct, returning to execute the step b, otherwise, executing the step e; the water temperature drop threshold DiffHct and the low water temperature threshold LimitHct are calibrated by an earlier experiment and stored in the storage memory module 40.

Claims (2)
1. The method for acquiring the temperature outside the vehicle is characterized by comprising the following implementation steps of:
a. judging whether the vehicle is started in a cold state or not according to the first logic comparison operation, if so, executing the step b, otherwise, executing the step c;
b. using the current outside temperature value as an outside temperature initial value;
c. finding out a corresponding water temperature drop threshold and a low water temperature threshold according to the current external temperature value;
d. judging whether the vehicle is started in a cold state or not according to the second logic comparison operation, if so, returning to execute the step b, otherwise, executing the step e;
e. using the external temperature value of the automobile which is flameout last time as the external temperature initial value of the display panel when the automobile is started;
in the step a, the first logical comparison operation process is as follows: if the current external temperature value is less than the external temperature value when flameout last time, or the current external temperature value is greater than the current cooling water temperature value, or the current cooling water temperature value is greater than the cooling water temperature value when flameout last time, executing the step b, otherwise, performing a second logic comparison operation;
in step d, the second logical comparison operation process is: and if the difference value of the cooling water temperature value at the last flameout time minus the current cooling water temperature value is larger than the water temperature drop threshold value, or the current cooling water temperature value is smaller than the low water temperature threshold value, returning to execute the step b, otherwise, executing the step e.
2. The vehicle exterior temperature acquisition method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water temperature drop threshold and the low water temperature threshold are obtained through early-stage experiment calibration and stored in the storage memory module.
