本发明公开了一种连接牢固的装饰板,包括基板,基板的下侧设有底板,底板的内部排布有若干通孔,底板的下半部设置有钢丝网,钢丝网的下半部裸露在底板的下侧,钢丝网的下半部设置有钢筋网,钢筋网通过点焊与钢丝网连接,基板的上侧设有上层板,上层板的上侧设有图像层,图像层的上侧设有光学无影胶层,光学无影胶层的上侧设有点阵透明板材层。本发明结构简单、使用方便,连接牢固,布线方便,图像清洗,光学效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰建材技术领域,具体是一种连接牢固的装饰板。
背景技术
装饰板广泛应用在建筑装饰工程的外墙上。现有技术中,装饰板通过水泥砂浆直接粘合在房舍的墙壁上,由于多种原因,容易脱落。目前,市场现有的具有三维观测效果的装饰板材产品一般由四层组成,通过丝网印刷技术,将光学胶体层印刷于透明板材层上,固化后形成光学胶体复合层,其光学胶体为固态圆点;然后通过透明粘胶层将光学胶体复合层于图像层粘贴,形成装饰板材产品。由于光学胶体层与透明板材层的材质不同,折射率不同,影响图像清晰度,由于透明粘胶层使用普通黏胶,光学特性差,影响图像清晰度,并且目前的装饰板对于一些装饰面的特别是需要布线的墙面来说,电线的隐藏是一个难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便的连接牢固的装饰板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种连接牢固的装饰板,包括基板,所述基板的下侧设有底板,所述底板的内部排布有若干通孔,底板的下半部设置有钢丝网,钢丝网的下半部裸露在底板的下侧,钢丝网的下半部设置有钢筋网,所述钢筋网通过点焊与钢丝网连接,基板的上侧设有上层板,所述上层板的上侧设有图像层,所述图像层的上侧设有光学无影胶层,所述光学无影胶层的上侧设有点阵透明板材层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述的光学无影胶层为透明的物体黏结胶无影胶。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的图像层为表面印刷了立体图案的纸张或塑料片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:底板内部排布有若干个通孔,能够方便的布线,不需要再墙面上挖留布线槽,方便实用,通过光学无影胶层将图像层和点阵透明板材层结合,整个板材为单一材料一体成型,光学效果卓著;板材上圆球点不会脱落,保证产品长期使用; 板材表面圆球点大小、形状一致,图像清晰度好;光学胶透光性能好,同时可以通过调节胶层厚度改善图像显示效果;较现有产品生产效率大大提高至少10 倍。将钢丝网埋入装饰板内,利用钢筋网连接钢丝网。施工时,在墙体上涂上水泥砂浆,然后将装饰板通过水泥砂浆和砖墙粘结,水泥砂浆固化后紧密包围钢筋网,使得装饰板紧密粘结在墙体上,连接牢固,不会脱落。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种连接牢固的装饰板,包括基板1,所述基板1的下侧设有底板3,所述底板3的内部排布有若干通孔4,能够方便的布线,不需要再墙面上挖留布线槽,方便实用,底板3的下半部设置有钢丝网5,钢丝网5的下半部裸露在底板3的下侧,钢丝网5的下半部设置有钢筋网6,所述钢筋网6通过点焊与钢丝网5连接,施工时,在墙体上涂上水泥砂浆,然后将装饰板通过水泥砂浆和砖墙粘结,水泥砂浆固化后紧密包围钢筋网6,使得装饰板紧密粘结在墙体上,连接牢固,不会脱落。基板1的上侧设有上层板2,所述上层板2的上侧设有图像层7,图像层7的上侧设有光学无影胶层8,所述的光学无影胶层8为透明的物体黏结胶无影胶,光学无影胶层8的上侧设有点阵透明板材层9。整个板材为单一材料一体成型,光学效果卓著;板材上圆球点不会脱落,保证产品长期使用; 板材表面圆球点大小、形状一致,图像清晰度好;光学胶透光性能好,同时可以通过调节胶层厚度改善图像显示效果;本较现有产品生产效率大大提高至少10 倍。

1.一种连接牢固的装饰板,包括基板(1),其特征在于,所述基板(1)的下侧设有底板(3),所述底板(3)的内部排布有若干通孔(4),底板(3)的下半部设置有钢丝网(5),钢丝网(5)的下半部裸露在底板(3)的下侧,钢丝网(5)的下半部设置有钢筋网(6),所述钢筋网(6)通过点焊与钢丝网(5)连接,基板(1)的上侧设有上层板(2),所述上层板(2)的上侧设有图像层(7),所述图像层(7)的上侧设有光学无影胶层(8),所述光学无影胶层(8)的上侧设有点阵透明板材层(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连接牢固的装饰板,其特征在于,所述的光学无影胶层(8)为透明的物体黏结胶无影胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连接牢固的装饰板,其特征在于,所述的图像层(7)为表面印刷了立体图案的纸张或塑料片。
