本发明公开了一种煤矸石原料处理装置,涉及一种破碎机,包括机体、设置在机体顶部的进料口;所述进料口的下方设置有磁选机构;所述磁选机构的下方设置有导流板,且导流板的下方安装有破碎轮;所述破碎轮上安装有第一刀具;所述机体内表面上设有第二刀具,且第二刀具与第一刀具相互配合;所述破碎轮的下方安装有筛网,靠近筛网末端的机体上开设有粗料出口;所述筛网的下方还设置有集料斗,且集料斗的下方开设有细料出口。本发明能方便在物料粉碎对含铁杂质的排除,同时能快速的进行筛分,方便对机体内进行冷却。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种破碎机,具体而言,涉及一种煤矸石原料处理装置。
背景技术
保温砖是一种以无机复合材料为主原料的新型建筑节能保温技术,是取代传 统墙体保温的理想技术。保温砖在砌筑墙体的同时便将优良的保温效果融入墙体 中,具有导热系数低、高强度、坚固耐久,施工简便,轻质易装卸,经济、绿色 环保,隔音和防火等作用。
保温砖制作原料中一般会加入煤矸石,煤矸石在使用前需要经锤式破碎机的 破碎,一般情况下,破碎机对于来料不分大小均进行破碎,导致破碎难度增加, 目前缺少一种循序渐进的破碎装置;此外,破碎后的原料需要进行筛选,又需要另外的设备去完成,增加了设备的投入,提高了生产成本;此外,当原料中混有铁质杂质后,会对破碎装置造成较严重的破坏,从而降低了装置的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种煤矸石原料处理装置,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种煤矸石原料处理装置,包括机体、设置在机体顶部的进料口;所述进料口的下方设置有磁选机构;所述磁选机构的下方设置有导流板,且导流板的下方安装有破碎轮;所述破碎轮上安装有第一刀具;所述机体内表面上设有第二刀具,且第二刀具与第一刀具相互配合;所述破碎轮的下方安装有筛网,靠近筛网末端的机体上开设有粗料出口;所述筛网的下方还设置有集料斗,且集料斗的下方开设有细料出口。
进一步的,所述筛网为倾斜筛网,筛网的倾斜角度为30°~60°,且粗料出口位于网板的低端。
进一步的,所述导向板为两个,且两个导向板为对称倾斜设置,且导向板的高端固定在机体的内壁上。
进一步的,所述磁选机构包括转动轴和安装在转动轴上的磁铁片;所述转轴通过联轴器连接设置有驱动电机,且驱动电机与破碎轮通过皮带传动。
本发明的有益效果是,首先对原料进行磁选,筛选出含铁杂质,防止对破碎轮造成损坏;设置的筛网可以对破碎完成的物料进行筛选,以满足后续的使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的一种煤矸石原料处理装置,包括机体1、设置在机体1顶部的进料口2;所述进料口2的下方设置有磁选机构3,通过磁选机构3对原材料中的含铁杂质进行筛选;所述磁选机构3的下方设置有导流板4,且导流板4的下方安装有破碎轮5,方便将磁选后的物料集中导向流入到破碎轮5上方,使物料能全部进行破碎;所述破碎轮5上安装有第一刀具6;所述机体1内表面上设有第二刀具7,且第二刀具7与第一刀具6相互配合;通过破碎轮5的转动和第一刀具6与第二刀具7的配合,使筛选后的物料能全部粉碎;所述破碎轮5的下方安装有筛网11,靠近筛网11末端的机体1上开设有粗料出口14;所述筛网11的下方还设置有集料斗12,且集料斗12的下方开设有细料出口14,通过筛网11的筛分,使筛分后网板上的粗料从粗料出口13排出,而筛分后的细料从细料出口14排出。
所述筛网11为倾斜筛网11,筛网11的倾斜角度为30°~60°,且粗料出口13位于网板的低端,且筛网11的倾斜角度最佳为45°,使掉落在筛网11上的物料能进行充分的筛分。所述导流板44为两个,且两个导流板44为对称倾斜设置,方便对筛选后的物料全部掉落到破碎轮5上,使物料的破碎效果更好。所述磁选机构3包括转动轴和安装在转动轴上的磁铁片3b;所述转轴3a通过联轴器连接设置有驱动电机,且驱动电机与破碎轮5通过皮带传动;通过驱动电机的转动,磁选机构3不仅使物料均匀的进入到机体1内,同时将物料中的含铁杂质全部排除。

1.一种煤矸石原料处理装置,其特征在于:包括机体、设置在机体顶部的进料口;所述进料口的下方设置有磁选机构;所述磁选机构的下方设置有导流板,且导流板的下方安装有破碎轮;所述破碎轮上安装有第一刀具;所述机体内表面上设有第二刀具,且第二刀具与第一刀具相互配合;所述破碎轮的下方安装有筛网,靠近筛网末端的机体上开设有粗料出口;所述筛网的下方还设置有集料斗,且集料斗的下方开设有细料出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矸石原料处理装置,其特征在于,所述筛网为倾斜筛网,筛网的倾斜角度为30°~60°,且粗料出口位于网板的低端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的煤矸石原料处理装置,其特征在于,所述导向板为两个,且两个导向板为对称倾斜设置,且导向板的高端固定在机体的内壁上。
