油田化学品,从广义上说,系指用于石油勘探、钻采、集输等所有工艺过程中的各灯化学品,主要包括矿物产品(如搬土等)、通用化学品(如各种酸和碱等)、天然产品(如淀粉)、无机产品(如碳酸锌)和专用(精细化工)产品(如聚合物和表面活性剂等)。

本发明的油田消泡剂,其特征在于:以重量计,由多缩硅醇钠溶液20-30份,氨水20-30份,矿油精90-120份,松油30-50份,水玻璃50-80份三聚磷酸钠150-240份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20-30份,多孔硅酸钠15-27份,甲基环己烷80-100份,戊二烯40-60份,二甘醇月桂酸酯35-70份,聚氧丙基聚氧乙基甘油醚99-150份,二甲基硅油15-30份组成,将全部物料混合,在95-120℃下搅拌反应12-15小时,即得产品。

本发明的油田消泡剂,其特征在于:以重量计,由多缩硅醇钠溶液30份,氨水30份,矿油精120份,松油50份,水玻璃80份三聚磷酸钠240份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30份,多孔硅酸钠27份,甲基环己烷100份,戊二烯60份,二甘醇月桂酸酯70份,聚氧丙基聚氧乙基甘油醚150份,二甲基硅油30份组成,将全部物料混合,在95-120℃下搅拌反应12-15小时,即得产品。
实施例2
本发明的油田消泡剂,其特征在于:以重量计,由多缩硅醇钠溶液20份,氨水20份,矿油精90份,松油30份,水玻璃50份三聚磷酸钠150份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20份,多孔硅酸钠15份,甲基环己烷80份,戊二烯40份,二甘醇月桂酸酯35份,聚氧丙基聚氧乙基甘油醚99份,二甲基硅油15份组成,将全部物料混合,在95-120℃下搅拌反应12-15小时,即得产品。
所得产品可达到GB/T 26527-2011有机硅消泡剂的消泡效果。
