本发明涉及一种纸尿裤测试方法，成人纸尿裤吸收性能评估方法。该方法包括如下步骤：S1、一次称重：对单片待检纸尿裤进行称重，得到一次质量；S2、浸泡：将称重完成的纸尿裤放入足量的液体中浸泡，使纸尿裤达到饱和吸收状态；S3、控水：将浸泡完成的纸尿裤使用面向下平置在金属丝网上；S4、二次称重：对控水完成后的纸尿裤进行再次称重，得到二次质量；S5、计算饱和吸收量：二次质量‑一次质量＝饱和吸收量。本发明的成人纸尿裤吸收性能评估方法通过浸泡的方式来快速的使纸尿裤的吸收体快速的达到最大的饱和度，由于是完全浸泡，所以吸收体的吸收均匀，大幅提高了成人纸尿裤的测试的精度和效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸尿裤测试方法，成人纸尿裤吸收性能评估方法。
背景技术
成人纸尿裤是针对部分的病患或者行动障碍的老人使用的一种纸尿裤，这类纸尿裤要求吸收量大、吸收速度快，才能满足用户的正常使用，因此在设计和生产完成后需要进行吸收性能的评估测试，现有的测试方法一般是通过一个定量的容器将液体注入在纸尿裤表面，然后观察吸收速度和吸收量，以确定产品的吸收性能，但是这种方式由于无法进行均匀的液体滴注，所以在测试饱和吸收量时，由于注液点的单一，液体需要扩散才能到达整个吸收体的区域，而液体在吸收体内部的扩散情况不容易观察和掌握，所以现有的测试方式难以测试成人纸尿裤饱和吸收性能。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种成人纸尿裤吸收性能评估方法。
该方法包括如下步骤：
S1、一次称重：对单片待检纸尿裤进行称重，得到一次质量；
S2、浸泡：将称重完成的纸尿裤放入足量的液体中浸泡，使纸尿裤达到饱和吸收状态；
S3、控水：将浸泡完成的纸尿裤使用面向下平置在金属丝网上；
S4、二次称重：对控水完成后的纸尿裤进行再次称重，得到二次质量；
S5、计算饱和吸收量：二次质量-一次质量＝饱和吸收量。
优选地，所述的浸泡时的液体为温度为36℃、浓度为9％的生理盐水。
优选地，所述的浸泡时长为5分钟。
优选地，所述的控水步骤中还包括在不施加任何压力情况下轻轻擦拭去底膜上的水份。
优选地，所述的控水时长为30秒。
本发明的成人纸尿裤吸收性能评估方法通过浸泡的方式来快速的使纸尿裤的吸收体快速的达到最大的饱和度，由于是完全浸泡，所以吸收体的吸收均匀，大幅提高了成人纸尿裤的测试的精度和效率。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例中的成人纸尿裤吸收性能评估方法包括如下步骤：
S1、一次称重：对单片待检纸尿裤进行称重，得到一次质量；
S2、浸泡：将称重完成的纸尿裤放入足量的液体中浸泡，使纸尿裤达到饱和吸收状态；
S3、控水：将浸泡完成的纸尿裤使用面向下平置在金属丝网上；
S4、二次称重：对控水完成后的纸尿裤进行再次称重，得到二次质量；
S5、计算饱和吸收量：二次质量-一次质量＝饱和吸收量。
本实施例中，所述的浸泡时的液体为温度为36℃、浓度为9％的生理盐水。

本实施例中，所述的控水步骤中还包括在不施加任何压力情况下轻轻擦拭去底膜上的水份。

S3、控水：将浸泡完成的纸尿裤使用面向下平置在金属丝网上；
S4、二次称重：对控水完成后的纸尿裤进行再次称重，得到二次质量；
S5、计算饱和吸收量：二次质量-一次质量＝饱和吸收量。
2.如权利要求1所述的成人纸尿裤吸收性能评估方法，其特征在于：所述的浸泡时的液体为温度为36℃、浓度为9％的生理盐水。
3.如权利要求2所述的成人纸尿裤吸收性能评估方法，其特征在于：所述的浸泡时长为5分钟。
4.如权利要求3所述的成人纸尿裤吸收性能评估方法，其特征在于：所述的控水步骤中还包括在不施加任何压力情况下轻轻擦拭去底膜上的水份。
