Referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a chopstick washing assembly 100, which includes a cylindrical washing structure 110 and a cylindrical accommodating structure 120, wherein the cylindrical washing structure 110 is disposed in the cylindrical accommodating structure 120.
The cylindrical cleaning structure 110 includes a rotation shaft 111, and a cylindrical bearing portion 112 fixedly connected to the rotation shaft 111. The cylindrical bearing part 112 comprises a plurality of chopstick accommodating elements 115 which are arranged at intervals. The cylindrical cleaning structure 110 is a cylindrical structure with a certain length, and the rotating shaft 111 is disposed on a central axis of the cylindrical structure and is fixedly connected to the cylindrical bearing portion 112. When external power is applied to the rotating shaft 111, the rotating shaft 111 rotates under the action of external force, so that the cylindrical bearing part 112 is driven to rotate around the rotating shaft 111. The cylindrical carrying portion 112 has a cylindrical structure, and the plurality of chopstick accommodating elements 115 disposed at intervals may be disposed on an outer surface of the cylindrical carrying portion 112 away from the rotation shaft to carry the chopsticks 40, that is, disposed on a cylindrical outer surface of the cylindrical carrying portion 112.
The cylindrical housing structure 120 forms a cylindrical housing space 122 to house the cylindrical cleaning structure 110, and the cylindrical cleaning structure 110 is rotatably mounted to the cylindrical housing space 122 through the rotation shaft 111 and is coaxial with the cylindrical housing structure 120. The cylindrical washing structure 110 can rotate in the cylindrical receiving space 122, and a certain distance is maintained between the cylindrical washing structure 110 and the cylindrical receiving structure 120, as long as the distance is such that the chopsticks 40 on the cylindrical carrying part 112 do not fall off. Specifically, the chopsticks 40 are disposed on the cylindrical bearing 112, and when the cylindrical cleaning structure 110 rotates relative to the cylindrical receiving structure 120, the chopsticks 40 can clean dirt on the chopsticks 40 by rubbing against the inner wall of the cylindrical receiving structure 120. The chopstick accommodating device 115 may accommodate at least one chopstick 40, and may be provided as needed, so that it can accommodate 2 or more chopsticks. So long as it is ensured that the chopsticks 40 are disposed on the cylindrical bearing 112 in a direction parallel to the rotation axis 111 and do not fall off when rotated. In one embodiment, one chopstick holder 115 holds one chopstick 40.
In order to ensure that the chopsticks 40 on the cylindrical carrying part 112 do not fall off, the distance from the cylindrical carrying part 112 to the cylindrical receiving structure 120 may be greater than the thickness of the chopsticks and less than twice the thickness of the chopsticks. It will be appreciated that the tubular housing structure 120 is at least partially tubular to cooperate with the tubular cleaning structure 110 to frictionally clean the chopsticks 40. The distance from the cylindrical part of the cylindrical receiving structure 120 to the cylindrical bearing part 112 is greater than the thickness of the chopsticks 40 and less than twice the thickness of the chopsticks 40. Of course, the distance is related to the thickness of the chopsticks 40 to be washed, and may be set according to the thickness of the chopsticks 40 to be washed.
In this embodiment, the chopsticks 40 to be cleaned can enter the cylindrical accommodating space 122 through the chopstick inlet 124 and be disposed on the cylindrical bearing part 112 through the chopstick accommodating element 115, when the cylindrical cleaning structure 110 rotates relative to the chopstick accommodating structure 120, the chopsticks 40 to be cleaned are cleaned between the cylindrical bearing part 112 and the cylindrical accommodating structure 120 through multiple friction with the cylindrical accommodating structure 120, the cleaning efficiency is higher, the cleaning time is short, and therefore water and electric energy are saved.
In one embodiment, the chopstick washing assembly 100 further comprises a chopstick receiving structure 130 connected to the tubular receiving structure 120 for receiving chopsticks 40 to be washed. The chopstick accommodating structure 130 forms a chopstick accommodating space 132 for accommodating the chopsticks 40 to be cleaned. The chopstick accommodating space 132 communicates with the chopstick inlet 124, and the chopsticks 40 to be cleaned may be stacked in the chopstick accommodating space 132, enter the cylindrical accommodating space 122 through the chopstick inlet 124, and be disposed on the cylindrical bearing part 112 through the chopstick accommodating element 115.
