The end of the hard glue may be fixed to the housing 210 by a connector such as a bearing. The roller driving mechanism drives the hard rubber to rotate around the axis of the hard rubber through the roller transmission mechanism to drive the roller to rotate, so that the surface of the roller does circular motion.
The casing 210 is further provided with a water pressing plate 212 and a wiper strip assembly 213. Fig. 4 and 5 show a water pressing plate 212 and a wiper strip assembly 213 according to the present invention. The water pressure plate 212 interferes with the drum 220. The water pressure plate 212 includes a straight line section 212a and arc sections 212b provided at both ends of the straight line section. During the operation of the cleaning tool, the drum rotates continuously, and the water pressing plate 212 extrudes the sewage in the drum. The straight section 212a and the arc sections 212b at both ends can maintain continuous pressing of the drum. The arrangement can lead the sewage squeezed out from the two ends of the roller to be gathered and guided into the primary water tank.
The wiper strip assembly 213 shown in fig. 5 includes a friction portion 213a, a drainage portion 213b, and a fixing portion 213 c. The drainage part 213b includes a water squeezing bar 213b-1 and a water receiving bar 213 b-2. The friction portion 213a and the wringing strip 213b-1 interfere with (i.e., press) the rollers, respectively. The water pressing plate 212, the water squeezing bar 213b-1, the water receiving bar 213b-2 and the drum 220 form a primary water tank, and the water receiving bar 213b-2 and the shell 210 form a secondary water tank. The friction portion 213a has a Y-shape. The "Y" shaped tip portion interferes with the roller of the roller cleaning tool and helps to peel off debris adhering to the roller during operation of the cleaning tool.
The drainage portion 213b is shaped like a "Y". The water receiving strip 213b-2 and the water squeezing strip 213b-1 are two forks of a Y shape respectively. The water-extruding bar 213b-1 interferes with the drum 220 and cooperates with the arc-shaped working bar 111 of the water-pressing plate 212 to extrude the water in the drum 220 during the operation of the cleaning tool. As the drum 220 rotates, water extruded from the drum 220 flows to the drain portion 213b of the pumping plate 212 and the drum 220 to form a water storage space. A set of flow guide plates 213b-3 are disposed at both ends of the water squeezing bar 213 b-1. Through the cooperation of the drainage plate 213b-3 and the arc-shaped section 212b, the sewage extruded from the drum 220 is gathered and drained to the sink. This design keeps the portion of the drum 220 pressed by the arc-shaped section 212b in an unsaturated state (i.e., not fully filled with water), and prevents the water in the water tank from flowing out from both ends of the drum 220.
According to an example embodiment of the present application, the material of the friction part 213a and the drainage part 213b may be soft gel. The soft glue can resist high temperature and low temperature, and can be used in a wide temperature range. The change with temperature is small whether the chemical property or the physical and mechanical property is changed. In addition, the soft glue is not easy to be decomposed by ultraviolet light and ozone, so that the use performance of the cleaning tool is not influenced when the cleaning tool is disinfected by the ultraviolet light. The soft glue has good electrical insulation performance, and can ensure the use safety of the cleaning tool under wet working conditions.
According to an example embodiment of the present application, the material of the fixing portion 213c may be a hard glue. The hard glue has good thermal stability, and will not cause decomposition at the forming temperature and within a certain retention time. The fluidity of the hard glue is good, and the complex die cavity can be smoothly filled with the hard glue under certain problem conditions. In addition, the hard glue also has the characteristics of good contractibility, convenient demoulding, good corrosion resistance and the like. Therefore, the hard glue is suitable for cleaning tools with complex shapes and harsh working environments.
The housing 210 and the clean water tank 130 may be connected by a hinge, or may be connected by other methods, which is not limited in the present invention.
The housing 210 is provided with a sink inlet (not shown) and a sink outlet (not shown). Wherein the water inlet of the water tank is connected to the clean water tank 130, and the water outlet of the water tank is connected to the sewage tank 240. Preferably, the water inlet of the water tank is arranged above the primary water tank. The utility model discloses a water pump can adopt the water pump of adjustable water velocity, and when clear water velocity of flow is than small, the one-level basin is in saturated condition, can form the stronger rivers of mobility and wash rubbish to the sewage case 240 in the rubbish that the adhesion was on cylinder 220 surface. The two-stage water tank of the utility model enlarges the sewage channel, the speed of the roller can be adjusted to be very fast, and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning device can be greatly improved; on the other hand, as part of the garbage (such as hair or small-particle dry garbage) can reach the water tank part along with the roller, the garbage cannot enter the secondary water tank and only stays in the primary water tank due to the arrangement of the water receiving bar 213b-2, and even if the primary water tank is blocked by the garbage, the secondary water tank can still be kept smooth.
Optionally, in order not to use the sewage pump, the utility model discloses set up the position of one-level basin and second grade basin as far as possible high. Alternatively, the primary and secondary troughs may be spaced more than 25mm vertically from the surface of the article to be cleaned (e.g. the floor), in which case the diameter of the drum is preferably more than 40 mm.
In the embodiment shown in figure 3, the cleaning head 200 is also provided with an ultraviolet lamp assembly 250. The ultraviolet lamp assembly 250 includes a lamp housing 251 mounted on the housing 210 and an ultraviolet lamp 252 mounted within the lamp housing 251. The ultraviolet lamp 252 may be mounted on the housing 210 by a lamp base 253. The ultraviolet lamp assembly 250 is positioned between the waste bin 240 and the waste bin 230, and the walls of the waste bin 230 and the waste bin 240 adjacent to the ultraviolet lamp assembly 250 are transparent, through which ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 252 can pass, thereby sterilizing and disinfecting the waste bin 230 and the waste bin 240 and preventing the waste bin 230 and the waste bin 240 from getting mildewed and smelled.
The trash can 230 and the waste bin 240 may be made detachable, that is, the trash can 230 and the waste bin 240 may be detachably mounted on the housing 210. Further, the drum 220 may be detachably provided.
When the cleaning device is used, the sewage tank 240 is in a sealed device, and when sewage enters the sewage tank 240, the sewage is influenced by internal air resistance and flows slowly. In order to allow the sewage to smoothly flow into the sewage tank 240, through holes may be formed at the top of the sewage tank 240, and the through holes may be one or more groups. After the through holes are formed, after the sewage enters the sewage tank 240, the air inside the sewage tank 240 can be discharged from the sewage tank 240 through the through holes, so that the sewage can more smoothly enter the sewage tank 240.
Since the cleaning device is continuously reciprocated during use, there is a case where the flow of the sewage stored in the inside of the sewage tank 240 is agitated. The inner sloshing sewage can overflow from the through hole. To avoid such a situation, the interior of the waste water tank 240 may be provided with a collar, typically around the through-hole on the inner wall of its top plate. The retainer ring can be in the form of a circular ring or a cap with a vent hole. According to some embodiments of the invention, the retainer ring may be a rubber ring.
The cleaning device of the utility model can also comprise an ozone generator. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6 to 8, the ozone generator is mounted at the lower end of the clean water tank body 132, and the ozone generator 133 is connected to the clean water tank body 131 when the clean water tank body 131 is mounted to the clean water tank body 132. The clear water flowing out of the clear water tank 130 contains ozone, and can sterilize and disinfect the drum 220 to prevent the drum from going moldy and smelly. In addition, because the water is provided with ozone, the ground can be disinfected and sterilized after the ground is swept by the roller 220.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the ozone generator 133, the air pump 134, the water pump 135, the pump shock mount 136 and the interface kit 137 are mounted at the lower end of the clean water tank body 132. Wherein, the air pump 134 is connected with the ozone generator 133, the pump shock absorption seat 136 and the interface kit 137 respectively, the water pump 135 is connected with the pump shock absorption seat 136 and the interface kit 137 respectively, and the interface kit 137 is also connected with the clean water tank body 132. The ozone generator 133, the air pump 134, the water pump 135, the pump shock mount 136 and the interface kit 137 are connected by a pipeline, and the pipeline is preferably a silicone tube. In the embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8, the tubing comprises a first silicone tube 138a connecting the ozone generator 133 and the air pump 134, a second silicone tube 138b connecting the air pump 134 and the interface kit 137, and a third silicone tube 138c connecting the water pump 135 and the interface kit 137. The ozone generator 133 is provided with two ports, and the first ozone port 133a is used for air intake to prepare ozone; the second ozone port 133b is used for connecting the first silicone tube 138a to introduce the prepared ozone into the water tank 130. The water pump 135 is also provided with two ports, the first water pump port 135a is connected with the fourth silicone tube 138d, and the clean water containing ozone flows into the primary water tank and the secondary water tank from the first water pump port 135a through the fourth silicone tube 138 d.
As shown in fig. 8, a sealing ring 131a, a sepiolite sleeve 131b, a filter cover 131c, a first return spring 131d, a second return spring 131e, a first check valve 131f, a second check valve 131g, and a connecting seat 131h are disposed at the bottom end of the clean water tank body 131. The first check valve 131f and the second check valve 131g prevent water from flowing out of the clean water tank body 131 when the clean water tank body 131 is taken out of the clean water tank body 132. The sepiolite sleeve 131b is filled with sepiolite BS. The sepiolite is a porous structure, and is more favorable for the dissolution of ozone in water when the ozone is blown into the water. The filter cover 131c can prevent impurities in water from blocking pipelines and pump bodies. The sealing rings 131a are respectively sleeved on the sepiolite sleeve 133 and the filter cover 131 c. The first return spring 131d is connected with the sepiolite sleeve 131b and the first check valve 131f, and the second return spring 131e is connected with the filter cover 131c and the second check valve 131 g. The first check valve 131f and the second check valve 131g are respectively connected to the ports of the connection seat 131 h. One end of the first check valve 131f and the second check valve 131g connected to the connecting seat 131h are provided with check valve sealing rings (not shown). After the water tank is installed, the water tank body 131 is connected with the connecting seat 131h, and the sealing ring 131a, the sepiolite sleeve 131b, the filter cover 131c, the first return spring 131d, the second return spring 131e, the first check valve 131f and the second check valve 131g are all accommodated in an accommodating space formed by the clear water tank body 131 and the connecting seat 131 h. In the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the connection holder 131h is fixed to the clean water tank body 131 by a screw 131 i. Of course, other connection methods can be adopted, which are not examples.
The clear water tank body 131 of the clear water tank 130 shown in fig. 8 is provided with a visible window 131j to observe the level of clear water in the clear water tank 130. Optionally, a viewing window 131j may be provided in front and/or rear and/or side of the clean water tank body 131. The clear water tank body 131 is provided with a water inlet for conveniently injecting clear water. The clean water tank 130 may be designed to be detachable to facilitate cleaning thereof. In addition, the clean water tank body 131 can be provided with small holes for balancing air pressure, so that the flow speed of clean water is prevented from being slowed down due to pressure.
Fig. 9 shows another cleaning device of the present invention, which is further provided with a base 300 (shown in fig. 10). The base 300 may be used alone. In the embodiment shown in fig. 10, the base 300 includes a charging port 310, a charging contact spring pin 320, a cleaning groove 330, and a receiving groove 340. Wherein, the charging port 310 is connected with the socket, and the charging contact spring needle 320 is used for charging the storage battery of the cleaning device. The battery is preferably mounted in the handpiece 100 and may also be mounted in the housing of the cleaner head 200. It can be a lithium battery, also can be any other rechargeable battery, the utility model discloses do not do any restriction. When the cleaning head 200 is placed on the base 300, the base 300 charges the secondary battery through the charging contact pogo pin 320.
The washing tub 330 is provided with a groove portion, which is engaged with the outer surface of the drum 220, for accommodating the drum 220. When water is filled in the cleaning tank 330, the drum 220 is started to rotate, and when the drum 220 rotates, the water in the cleaning tank 330 can be sucked up, so that the drum 220 is cleaned.
The storage groove 340 is used for storing articles such as cleaning agent and brush, and is convenient to store.
Figure 11 shows a longitudinal cross-sectional view of another cleaning device of the present invention. The hand-held portion 100 thereof includes a connecting rod 110, a handle 120, a clean water tank 130, a first connecting portion 140, and a second connecting portion 150. The handle 120 is provided with a handle cover 121, an operation interface patch 122, a PCBA board 123 and a storage battery 124. The first connection part 140 is used to connect the connection rod 110 and the handle 120, and includes a handle terminal male head 141, a rod elastic clip 142, and a first rod end sub-female seat 143.
The lower end of the connecting rod 110 is provided with a clean water tank body 132, and the second connecting portion 150 is used for connecting the connecting rod 110 and the clean water tank body 132. The clean water tank body 131 is detachably installed in the clean water tank body 132. The second connection part 150 includes a second rod end sub-female socket 151 and a tank terminal male head 152. The clear water tank body 131 of this embodiment is added with a tank take-out button 131k on the basis of the clear water tank body shown in fig. 7, so as to facilitate the operation of a user.
In this embodiment, the clean water tank body 132 is connected to the cleaning head 200 by a hinge.
The cleaning head 200 of this embodiment differs in part from the cleaning head shown in figure 3. The front end of the housing 210 of the present embodiment is provided with a head lamp 214, which is mounted in a lamp housing. When the user is in a dark place such as a bed bottom, the head lamp 214 allows the user to clearly see the specific condition of the mopped place, so that the user can clean the mopped place better. The front end of the housing 210 is also provided with a bumper bar 215 to prevent the housing 210 from being damaged during the mopping process. In addition, in order to facilitate observation of the water in the water tank, an observation window 216 is provided above the primary water tank and the secondary water tank. The viewing window 216 is made of a transparent material, such as glass or transparent plastic. A decorative cover 217 is also provided at the side for aesthetic reasons. The upper end of the sewage box 240 is provided with a sewage taking-out button 241, which is convenient for a user to operate.
The base 300 of this embodiment is the same as the base shown in fig. 10, and will not be described again.
The hand-held portion 100 of this embodiment is provided with a PCBA board 123 in which the control components are located. The control assembly may be used to control the switching of the ozone generator and/or the ultraviolet lamp. The control assembly can also be used for controlling the operation of the whole cleaning device, controlling the rotation of the roller, controlling the operation of the water pump and the air pump, controlling the charging of the storage battery and the like, and controlling the front and back movement of the roller when the roller is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning head.
The roller comprises a front wheel and a rear wheel, and optionally, the front wheel, the rear wheel and the lowest end (the end contacted with the ground) of the shovel strip are positioned on the same horizontal plane, so that the cleaning device can be supported by touching the ground simultaneously. The roller can be arranged to be lower than the ground contact surface of the shovel strip, so that the sponge layer of the roller is rubbed with the ground to achieve the purpose of cleaning the ground. Too much ground contact is not possible, otherwise the load on the roller is too great and too little ground contact does not serve the purpose of cleaning.
Optionally, the control component is configured to perform the following operations:
the control driving device drives the cleaning device to roll forwards and drives the roller to rotate, and the clean water pump is controlled to pump clean water from the clean water tank to the primary water tank. Wherein, the roller wraps the dry garbage on the surface of the cleaned object in the rotating process, absorbs the wet garbage on the surface of the cleaned object, and adheres to the viscous garbage on the surface of the cleaned object, so that the dry garbage, the wet garbage and the viscous garbage are removed from the surface of the cleaned object. When dry garbage rotates to the upper part of the garbage box along with the roller, the surface of the roller deforms due to the loss of the compression of the shovel strip, the dry garbage is released, and the dry garbage enters the garbage box. And partial dry garbage and viscous garbage are scraped off at the friction part of the scraping strip assembly and enter the garbage box. The wet garbage, the unremoved dry garbage and the viscous garbage rotate to the first water tank along with the roller. The clean water flows in the primary water tank, so that the wet garbage absorbed by the drum, the viscous garbage adhered to the surface of the drum and the dry garbage which is not released from the surface of the drum are washed into the sewage tank.
When being provided with the base, the cleaning device of the utility model can have two self-cleaning modes. The other is to increase the water outlet speed of the water pump and the rotating speed of the roller, at the moment, the primary water tank and the secondary water tank are filled with water, which is equivalent to that the roller is soaked in water to be washed, and the roller is cleaned by matching with an extrusion plate. The second is to use the washing tank of the base to wash. The washing tank is filled with water, the roller rotates to suck the water in the water tank, and the roller is cleaned under the combined action of water flow and the squeezing plate.
Optionally, the control component is configured to perform the following operations:
the control driving device drives the roller to rotate. The roller absorbs clean water in the cleaning tank, the pressing water plate extrudes the roller which absorbs the clean water, so that the roller is cleaned, and sewage flows into the sewage tank through the primary water tank and the secondary water tank.
Optionally, the control component is configured to perform the following operations:
the rotational speed of the drum is adjusted. The faster the roller rotates, the faster the roller is cleaned, but the roller cannot be too fast, and the roller needs to be regulated and controlled according to the type and the quantity of the garbage to be cleaned. Optionally, the control component is configured to perform the following operations:
controlling a driving device to drive the roller to rotate; and controlling the clean water pump to pump clean water from the clean water tank to the primary water tank.
The clean water flows in the primary water tank to wash the roller, the water pressing plate extrudes the roller absorbing the clean water to further clean the roller, and the sewage flows into the sewage tank through the primary water tank and the secondary water tank.
Optionally, the control component is configured to perform the following operations:
the speed of pumping clear water from the clear water tank is adjusted according to the degree of dirt on the surface of the cleaned object and the type of garbage. Wherein, when the speed is the first pumping speed, the clean water flows in the primary water tank, thereby flushing the garbage adhered on the surface of the drum into the sewage tank. When the speed is the second pumping speed, the clean water flows in the primary water tank, so that the garbage adhered to the surface of the roller is washed into the sewage tank, and part of the sewage enters the secondary water tank and flows into the sewage tank. The second pumping speed is greater than the first pumping speed.

If not removed from the drum 220, it will be transferred to the primary water tank as the drum 220 rotates. The water flows in the primary water tank to create a scouring force that also removes the trash from the surface of the drum 220. In addition, the water pressing plate 212 also interferes with the drum 220, where the garbage can be scraped. The garbage removed from the primary tank and the pumping plate 212 flows into the sump 240 with the water flow. Because the water receiving strip 213b-2 is arranged on the scraping strip component 213, the garbage can not reach the secondary water tank and can not block the water tank. Through the arrangement, the dry garbage can be completely and cleanly removed from the ground, and the device cannot be blocked.
When the cleaning device of the utility model is used for cleaning wet garbage, the sponge layer of the roller 220 absorbs the wet garbage. The wet garbage moves to the primary water tank along with the drum 220, water flows in the primary water tank, and the pressing plate 212 presses the sponge layer of the drum 220, and the wet garbage is released from the sponge layer and enters the sewage tank 240 along with water flow.

In other embodiments of the present invention, a tooth-shaped peeling structure 218 (see fig. 12) may be further provided at the junction of the trash box 230 and the shovel bar 211, and the tooth-shaped peeling structure also interferes with the drum 220. The toothed peel structure 218 may be made of soft rubber or may be made by rolling a flexible sheet into a strip. Thus, when the garbage comes out from the garbage channel, the tooth-shaped stripping structure can scrape part of the garbage from the surface of the roller 220, and the garbage cleaning capacity is greatly improved.

Optionally, the sewage channel and the horizontal plane form an included angle of 2-5 degrees. The sewage passage 219 may be further provided with a wall cover 219a detachably mounted on a sidewall of the sewage passage 219. The direction of the arrows in fig. 12 is the direction of water flow.
Alternatively, a control panel (as shown in fig. 14) may be provided, on which four control modes are provided, a "standard" key, a "wet" key, a "dry drag" key and a "self-cleaning" key. In the 'standard' key, the water outlet speed of the clear water can be 40-60 mL/min, and when no wet garbage exists on the ground, the 'standard' key is used. In the 'wetland' key, the water outlet speed of the clear water can be 60-80 mL/min, and when wet garbage exists on the ground or the viscous garbage is more, the 'wetland' key is used. The 'dry mop' button is used for cleaning only dry garbage which is easier to remove without spraying water. In the self-cleaning button, the water outlet speed of the clean water can be 200-300 mL/min, and the roller is cleaned in the mode. The above water speeds are used by way of example only and may be set according to the actual situation. Optionally, a 'sterilization' button can be arranged on the control panel and used for controlling the on and off of the ozone generator and/or the ultraviolet lamp.

1. A cleaning device is characterized by comprising a handheld part, a cleaning head and a base;
the handheld part is connected with the cleaning head, the cleaning head comprises a roller and a shell, the roller is arranged on the shell, and a storage battery is arranged in the handheld part and/or the shell of the cleaning head;
the base is equipped with the interface that charges, charges and touches bullet needle and washing tank, works as the cleaning head is placed when on the base, the base passes through it does to charge touch the bullet needle the battery charges, the washing tank holds the cylinder.

4. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 3, wherein the waste bin and the waste bin are removably mounted to the housing.

The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 3, wherein the housing further defines a tank inlet, the hand-held portion defines a clean water tank, the clean water tank including a clean water tank body and a clean water tank body, the clean water tank body being removably mounted within the clean water tank body, the clean water tank being connected to the tank inlet.
6. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 5, wherein an ozone generator is mounted to one end of the clean water tank body, the ozone generator being connected to the clean water tank body when the clean water tank body is mounted to the clean water tank body.
7. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 5, wherein the clean water tank body is hingedly connected to the housing.
8. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 3, wherein the housing has front and rear wheels mounted thereon.
9. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 8, wherein the lowermost ends of the front wheels, the rear wheels and the blade bars are at the same horizontal plane.
10. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein a control assembly is provided within the handle portion for controlling operation of the cleaning apparatus.
