Abstract

本发明公开一种适合皖北地区的辣椒育苗方法,包括以下步骤:(1)种子储藏:将采集到的辣椒种子洗净后,放入处理液中浸泡1‑2小时后取出洗净,晒干后放入密闭的容器中储存;(2)种子浸泡活化处理:将种子放入浸泡液中浸泡8‑10小时后取出,洗净晒干;(3)播种苗床处理:选取阳光充足、地势平坦的地块,挖成深18‑20cm、长15‑20m、宽为2.2‑2.5m的苗床,然后在上面覆上营养土,一次性浇透水,2‑3小时后进行播种。本发明提供的一种适合皖北地区的辣椒育苗方法,效果显著,可以显著的提高辣椒的发芽率,辣椒幼苗的存活率以及辣椒幼苗的生长速度,解决了皖北地区严重的土传病而导致的辣椒存活率不高的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于蔬菜种植领域,具体涉及一种适合皖北地区的辣椒育苗方法。
背景技术
辣椒原产于中拉丁美洲热带地区,原产国是墨西哥。在中国主要分布在四川,贵州,湖南,云南,陕西、河南(淅川县)、河北省鸡泽县和内蒙古托克托县。由于辣椒具有极高的营养价值,深受广大消费者的喜爱,销量较好。其中,辣椒是皖北地区种植的主要蔬菜之一。但皖北地区昼夜温差较大,冬季较为寒冷,因此辣椒种子在保存的过程中极易失活或感染病虫害。并且辣椒在种植的过程中,极易受到皖北地区土传病害的威胁,导致辣椒的产量急剧下降,严重制约了皖北地区辣椒产业的发展。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种适合皖北地区的辣椒育苗方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种适合皖北地区的辣椒育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)种子储藏:将采集到的辣椒种子洗净后,放入处理液中浸泡1-2小时后取出洗净,晒干后放入密闭的容器中储存,其中处理液由以下重量份的组分制成:2-碘苯胺4-6份、司谷氨酸0.3-0.5份、苹果酸氢钾1-3份、肌苷酸二钠6-8份、水30-35份;
(2)种子浸泡活化处理:将种子放入浸泡液中浸泡8-10小时后取出,洗净晒干,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:大罗伞8-11份、金樱根6-9份、赤石脂14-16份、益母草8-10份、佩兰草4-6份、驳骨丹7-10份、郁李仁11-13份、青葙子3-5份、水50-70份;
(3)播种苗床处理:选取阳光充足、地势平坦的地块,挖成深18-20cm、长15-20m、宽为2.2-2.5m的苗床,然后在上面覆上营养土,一次性浇透水,2-3小时后进行播种,其中营养土由以下重量份的组分制成:蛭石50-70份、泥炭土20-30份、蚯蚓粪8-10、单氟磷酸钠0.3-0.5份、环酰菌胺0.5-0.8份、硝酸铵8-10份、3,4-二氟苯基溴化镁1-3份、L-乳酸锌0.6-0.8、环烷酸钙1-3份。
上述步骤(2)中的浸泡液采用以下方法制成:(1)将赤石脂粉碎至100-120目,然后放入其重量4-5倍重的水中,将水加热至40-45℃,维持20-30min后过滤得滤液;(2)将大罗伞、金樱根、益母草、佩兰草、驳骨丹、郁李仁、青葙子放入沸水中,大火熬制2-3小时后,过滤得滤液;将所得的两种滤液混合,搅拌均匀后得浸泡液。
步骤(3)中的蛭石粒度大小为40-60目。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种适合皖北地区的辣椒育苗方法,效果显著,可以显著的提高辣椒的发芽率,辣椒幼苗的存活率以及辣椒幼苗的生长速度,解决了皖北地区严重的土传病而导致的辣椒存活率不高的问题。其中,步骤(1)中的种子处理液,2-碘苯胺和肌苷酸二钠协同作用后,能有效的除去种子表面寄生的病虫害,并能防止种子在储存的过程受到外来病虫害的感染;司谷氨酸和苹果酸氢钾协同作用后,能使种子在储存的过程中,种子内的酶保持较低的活力,等到种子发芽时,种子内的酶能迅速的恢复活力,发挥作用;种子浸泡液中的大罗伞、金樱根、赤石脂中的有效成分共同作用后,能提高种子抵御外来病虫害的能力,提升种子对环境温度变化的适应能力;益母草、佩兰草、驳骨丹、郁李仁、青葙子中的有效成分协同作用、互相增强药效,可以提高种子的活力,提高种子的发芽率;营养土中养分全面,能满足辣椒在生长的过程中各种营养需求,单氟磷酸钠和环酰菌胺互相协同作用,能有效的抑制土壤各种土传病对辣椒幼苗的侵害。

实施例1
一种适合皖北地区的辣椒育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)种子储藏:将采集到的辣椒种子洗净后,放入处理液中浸泡1小时后取出洗净,晒干后放入密闭的容器中储存,其中处理液由以下重量份的组分制成:2-碘苯胺4份、司谷氨酸0.3份、苹果酸氢钾1份、肌苷酸二钠6份、水30份;
(2)种子浸泡活化处理:将种子放入浸泡液中浸泡8小时后取出,洗净晒干,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:大罗伞8份、金樱根6份、赤石脂14份、益母草8份、佩兰草4份、驳骨丹7份、郁李仁11份、青葙子3份、水50份;
(3)播种苗床处理:选取阳光充足、地势平坦的地块,挖成深18cm、长15m、宽为2.2m的苗床,然后在上面覆上营养土,一次性浇透水,2小时后进行播种,其中营养土由以下重量份的组分制成:蛭石50份、泥炭土20份、蚯蚓粪8份、单氟磷酸钠0.3份、环酰菌胺0.5份、硝酸铵8份、3,4-二氟苯基溴化镁1份、L-乳酸锌0.6份、环烷酸钙1份。

实施例2
一种适合皖北地区的辣椒育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)种子储藏:将采集到的辣椒种子洗净后,放入处理液中浸泡1小时后取出洗净,晒干后放入密闭的容器中储存,其中处理液由以下重量份的组分制成:2-碘苯胺5份、司谷氨酸0.4份、苹果酸氢钾2份、肌苷酸二钠7份、水33份;
(2)种子浸泡活化处理:将种子放入浸泡液中浸泡9小时后取出,洗净晒干,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:大罗伞10份、金樱根8份、赤石脂15份、益母草9份、佩兰草5份、驳骨丹9份、郁李仁12份、青葙子4份、水60份;
(3)播种苗床处理:选取阳光充足、地势平坦的地块,挖成深19cm、长17m、宽为2.3m的苗床,然后在上面覆上营养土,一次性浇透水,2.5小时后进行播种,其中营养土由以下重量份的组分制成:蛭石60份、泥炭土25份、蚯蚓粪9份、单氟磷酸钠0.4份、环酰菌胺0.6份、硝酸铵9份、3,4-二氟苯基溴化镁2份、L-乳酸锌0.7份、环烷酸钙2份。
上述步骤(2)中的浸泡液采用以下方法制成:(1)将赤石脂粉碎至110目,然后放入其重量4倍重的水中,将水加热至43℃,维持25min后过滤得滤液;(2)将大罗伞、金樱根、益母草、佩兰草、驳骨丹、郁李仁、青葙子放入沸水中,大火熬制2小时后,过滤得滤液;将所得的两种滤液混合,搅拌均匀后得浸泡液。
步骤(3)中的蛭石粒度大小为50目。
本实施例中,辣椒种子的发芽率为96.1%,种子幼苗的存活率为96.6%,与常规方法相比,种子的发芽率提高了12%左右,幼苗的存活率提高了9%左右。
实施例3
一种适合皖北地区的辣椒育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)种子储藏:将采集到的辣椒种子洗净后,放入处理液中浸泡2小时后取出洗净,晒干后放入密闭的容器中储存,其中处理液由以下重量份的组分制成:2-碘苯胺6份、司谷氨酸0.5份、苹果酸氢钾3份、肌苷酸二钠8份、水35份;
(2)种子浸泡活化处理:将种子放入浸泡液中浸泡10小时后取出,洗净晒干,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:大罗伞11份、金樱根9份、赤石脂16份、益母草10份、佩兰草6份、驳骨丹10份、郁李仁13份、青葙子5份、水70份;
(3)播种苗床处理:选取阳光充足、地势平坦的地块,挖成深20cm、长20m、宽为2.5m的苗床,然后在上面覆上营养土,一次性浇透水,3小时后进行播种,其中营养土由以下重量份的组分制成:蛭石70份、泥炭土30份、蚯蚓粪10份、单氟磷酸钠0.5份、环酰菌胺0.8份、硝酸铵10份、3,4-二氟苯基溴化镁3份、L-乳酸锌0.8份、环烷酸钙3份。
