Abstract

节电灯由一内装电子电路的螺接式灯座和与之相连的、灯脚上带有放电灯管的灯体构成。灯座是与螺接部相连并有两个平行壳壁的棱柱体。壳壁上设有端部卡槽的导槽,逆着螺接部且平行于轴线,位于对着螺接部壳壁的上侧。灯脚为棱柱形,上设平行于轴线与导槽相配合的对接搭板,搭板上设有舌片。滑动套筒的中空内腔,套在棱柱体和灯脚上,将搭板固定在导槽和端部卡槽中。使用时,放电灯管可更换相同驳接灯座,不必销毁仍可使用其电子部件。

Description

节电灯
本发明涉及一种依照独立权利要求1前序部分所述的节电灯,它包括一个带内装电子器件的驳接灯座和用该灯座驳接、带有一个或多个放电灯泡、装在灯脚上的灯体。所述驳接灯座的概念既包括带有爱迪生式螺纹的灯座,也包括设有小螺纹或卡口式连接的驳接灯座。
节电灯的一般制造方式是,它可被使用者以同家喻户晓的爱迪生螺接式白炽灯一样的方式运用。为此,制造时将放电灯管装在爱迪生式螺接灯座上。此种灯座包括诸如整流器、滤波器级、起振电路及高频发生器之类的电子器件。这些电路均属已知,例如DE-A-36 11 611中记载了一种以高频工作的低压放电灯管的电路布列,其中电路布置就是这样一种布置。
而今,专业人员都能不言而喻地感到,即使在正常使用情况下,这样一种放电灯管的点燃寿命可达8,000小时,但电子电路的使用寿命却可为上述灯管寿命的许多倍。换言之,在当今越来越强烈注重重复利用的时代里,应当不废弃尚能起作用的器件。
与此相应,本发明的目的是,提供一种可多次重复使用电子部件的节电灯。
根据本发明,此目的可按独立权利要求1特征部分的特征这样来实现:所述螺接式灯座是一个与螺接部连成一体并有两个相向平行壳壁的棱柱体;在所述两个平行壳壁上,各设有一个带端部卡槽的导槽,它在逆着螺接部的平行于轴线的方向上,位于对着螺接部的壳壁部位的上侧,并至少占据棱柱体总高度的一部分;此外,灯脚的轮廓同棱柱体一样,并为棱柱形;灯脚上设有两个平行于轴线与导槽相配合的对接搭板,该对接搭板上设有舌片;而且有一个滑动套筒,它有一个与棱柱体和灯脚相配合的中空内腔,可跨套在棱柱体和灯脚上,将设有舌片的对接搭板固定在导槽和端部卡槽中。

放电灯管以已知的方式插接在灯座3上。视采用5W、7W、11W或20W灯管的情况而定,放电灯管可由单玻璃管体或双玻璃管体构成。如由图1、6b及6c见,灯座3上设有平行于轴线向下突出的对接搭板31、32,其上设有舌片33、34。这两个对接搭板与灯座3的外壁齐平,并且两个舌片相向对准。
配合件,即带有端部卡槽17、18的导槽15、16设在螺接式灯座上,而且在插座部11上。上述卡槽和导槽设在插座部11的两个上相向的壳壁上,并沿平行于该排列的主轴的轴线伸展。显而易见,灯座3连同放电灯管可以此方式一起更换。
当然,不言而喻的是,灯座上须设有插脚35,螺接式灯座1上须设有多个插口18。借此,灯部可拔离灯座部。这样就有可能,对各种现今常用的灯管功率抽一个分接头,从而譬如以4个插口19可选择与各种功率相适应的正确功率。而后,制灯厂家只需将各该插脚正确放置在灯座上,以确保正确供应放电灯管。
使用者因此可接插任何一种灯管,从而可在先接插功率小的灯管的情况下,可毫无麻烦地在同一灯座上再接插更大功率的放电灯管。
然后,只需注意使螺接式灯座1与灯脚座3稳固地机械拼合在一起,从而可使灯管不因疏忽而稍一拔即从螺接式灯座上掉下来。
为此,按图5a-c设有一个滑动套筒4,它跨套在灯脚座3和灯座11上,以保持灯脚座3上的对接搭板31、32及其舌片33、34在棱柱体11上的导槽14、15中挂牢端部卡槽。这两部分,即棱柱体11和灯管,借此可视作一个整体。
该滑动套筒的另一个优点在于其装饰可能性。故可设想,例如其上设以反光罩,可作探照灯使用。也可设想,该滑动套筒可设以球形体,完全围住放电灯管,从而遮掩放电灯管的安装布列和外形所致的技术印象,形成美观的外形。

Claims (5)

1.节电灯,其包括一个设有内装电子电路的螺接式灯座和与之相连接、装在灯脚上、有一个或两个放电灯管的灯体,其特征是,所述螺接式灯座(1)是一个与螺接部连成一体并有两个相向平行壳壁(12,13)的棱柱体(11);在所述两个平行壳壁(12,13)上,各设有一个带端部卡槽(16,17)的导槽(14,15),它在逆着螺接部(2)的平行于轴线的方向上,位于对着螺接部(2)的壳壁部位的上侧并至少占据棱柱体(11)总高度的一部分;此外,灯脚(3)的轮廓同棱柱体(11)一样,并为棱柱形;灯脚上设有两个平行于轴线与导槽(14,15)相配合的对接搭板(31,32),该对接搭板上设有舌片(33,34);而且有一个滑动套筒(4),它有一个与棱柱体(11)和灯脚(3)相配合的中空内腔,可跨套在棱柱体(11)和灯脚(3)上,将设有舌片(33,34)的对接搭板(31,32)固定在导槽(14,15)和端部卡槽(16,17)中。
2.权利要求1所述的节电灯,其特征是,所述滑动套筒(4)为装饰性套筒。
3.权利要求2所述的节电灯,其特征是,所述滑动套筒(4)可作反射器的承载体。
4.权利要求2所述的节电灯,其特征是,所述滑动套筒(4)可作围住灯体的透明灯罩的承载体。
5.权利要求4所述的节电灯,其特征是,所述灯罩为球形。
