Abstract

一种固定件,包括形成有螺纹孔柱状本体,柱状本体在径向方向上绕柱状本体的外表面形成凹槽,该凹槽将柱状本体分成位于凹槽两端的第一限位部、第二限位部及被凹槽包围的连接部,固定件还包括固定于第一限位部的卡扣部。本发明还提供了一种硬盘固定装置。

硬盘固定装置及固定件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬盘固定装置及固定件。
背景技术
M.2接口硬盘在与转接板相固定时,通过置于M.2接口硬盘与转接板之间的螺柱及分别自螺柱两侧固定于螺柱中的两螺丝进行固定。由于两螺丝置于转接卡的两侧,因此,在固定M.2接口硬盘时,需要翻转转接卡来安装两螺丝,不便于操作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种方便固定的硬盘固定装置及固定件。
一种固定件,包括形成有螺纹孔柱状本体,柱状本体在径向方向上绕柱状本体的外表面形成凹槽,该凹槽将柱状本体分成位于凹槽两端的第一限位部、第二限位部及被凹槽包围的连接部,固定件还包括固定于第一限位部的卡扣部。
一种硬盘固定装置,包括转接板、硬盘、螺丝,还硬盘固定装置还包括固定件,转接板上形成有固定孔及卡扣孔,固定孔包括第一弧形通孔及限位孔,固定件包括柱状本体及卡扣部,柱状本体形成螺纹孔并在径向方向上绕柱状本体的外表面形成凹槽,该凹槽将柱状本体分成位于凹槽两端的第一限位部、第二限位部及被凹槽包围的连接部,柱状本体的外径小于第一弧形通孔的外径且大于限位孔的尺寸,连接部容置于限位孔中,转接板置于第一限位部与第二限位部之间,卡扣部卡设于卡扣孔中,硬盘置于第一限位部与螺丝的头部之间,螺丝的螺杆螺合于螺纹孔内。
上述硬盘固定装置及固定件在固定硬盘时,固定件及螺丝的安装可从转接板的同一侧操作,无需翻转转接板。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
请参阅图1及图2,一种硬盘固定装置100包括转接板20、M.2接口硬盘30、螺丝40及固定件50。M.2接口硬盘30通过螺丝40及固定件50与转接板20固定。
转接板20上形成有固定孔22及卡扣孔26。固定孔22包括第一弧形通孔21及与第一弧形通孔21连通的限位孔23。卡扣孔26位于限位孔23的一侧,使限位孔23置于第一弧形通孔21与卡扣孔26之间。
固定件50包括柱状本体60。柱状本体60形成螺纹孔62并在径向方向上绕柱状本体60的外表面形成凹槽64。该凹槽64将柱状本体60分成位于凹槽64两端的第一限位部66、第二限位部68及被凹槽64包围的连接部70。柱状本体60的外径小于第一弧形通孔21的外径,从而使第二限位部68可穿过第一弧形通孔21。柱状本体60的外径大于限位孔23的尺寸且连接部70的形状及尺寸与限位孔23的形状及尺寸相匹配,从而使第二限位部68穿过第一弧形通孔21后连接部70可朝限位孔23滑动并容置于限位孔23中,使转接板20置于第一限位部66与第二限位部68之间。
具体地,限位孔23包括第二弧形通孔25及连接第一弧形通孔21与第二弧形通孔25的连接孔27。连接孔27呈长方形。连接部70包括一长方体72及固定于长方体72的一侧的弧形凸出部74。弧形凸出部74的尺寸与第二弧形通孔25相匹配,用于容置于第二弧形通孔25内。长方体72的尺寸与连接孔27相匹配,用于容置于连接孔27内。
固定件50还包括固定于第一限位部66的卡扣部90。卡扣部90在连接部70置于限位孔23内时卡设于卡扣孔26内,使柱状本体60固定于限位孔23内。卡扣部90具有弹性,可在外力作用下脱离卡扣孔26,从而使柱状本体60可脱离限位孔23。具体地,卡扣部90包括连接于第一限位部66的弹性臂92及固定于弹性臂92的勾部94,勾部94自弹性臂92向第二限位部68延伸。
M.2接口硬盘30形成半圆形开口32。M.2接口硬盘30置于第一限位部66上,螺丝40的螺杆42穿过半圆形开口32螺合于螺纹孔62内。螺丝40的头部44的尺寸大于半圆形开口32的尺寸,从而使头部44不能穿过半圆形开口32,将M.2接口硬盘30固定于头部44与第一限位部66之间。
请参阅图3,为另一实施方式中硬盘固定装置100的分解图。该硬盘固定装置100与图1中提供的硬盘固定装置100的区别在于转接板20上形成有多对固定孔22及卡扣孔26。操作人员可以根据硬盘30的不同长度将硬盘30固定于不同位置。
上述硬盘固定装置100在固定M.2硬盘30时,固定件50及螺丝40的安装可从转接板20的同一侧操作,无需翻转转接板20。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明所公开的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种固定件,包括形成有螺纹孔柱状本体,其特征在于:柱状本体在径向方向上绕柱状本体的外表面形成凹槽,该凹槽将柱状本体分成位于凹槽两端的第一限位部、第二限位部及被凹槽包围的连接部,固定件还包括固定于第一限位部的卡扣部。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定件,其特征在于,连接部包括一长方体及固定于长方体的一侧的弧形凸出部。
3.如权利要求1所述的固定件,其特征在于,卡扣部具有弹性。
4.如权利要求3所述的固定件,其特征在于,卡扣部包括连接于第一限位部的弹性臂及固定于弹性臂的勾部,勾部自弹性臂 向第二限位部延伸。
5.一种硬盘固定装置,包括转接板、硬盘、螺丝,其特征在于:该硬盘固定装置还包括固定件,转接板上形成有固定孔及卡扣孔,固定孔包括第一弧形通孔及限位孔,固定件包括柱状本体及卡扣部,柱状本体形成螺纹孔并在径向方向上绕柱状本体的外表面形成凹槽,该凹槽将柱状本体分成位于凹槽两端的第一限位部、第二限位部及被凹槽包围的连接部,柱状本体的外径小于第一弧形通孔的外径且大于限位孔的尺寸,连接部容置于限位孔中,转接板置于第一限位部与第二限位部之间,卡扣部卡设于卡扣孔中,硬盘置于第一限位部与螺丝的头部之间,螺丝的螺杆螺合于螺纹孔内。
6.如权利要求5所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于,连接部包括一长方体及固定于长方体的一侧的弧形凸出部,限位孔包括第二弧形通孔及连接第一弧形通孔与第二弧形通孔的长方形连接孔。
7.如权利要求5所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于,卡扣部具有弹性。
8.如权利要求7所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于,卡扣部包括连接于第一限位部的臂部及固定于臂部的勾部,勾部自臂部向第二限位部延伸。
