Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐高温液下泵,包括泵壳、轴承室和转轴,转轴穿接轴承室,轴承室安装于泵壳内,轴承室的外部套有有冷却腔,冷却腔的两侧分别设有进水管和出水管,进、出水管分别自泵壳伸出,转轴与轴承室底部间由一道以上的油封密封,转轴与冷却腔的内底面间由一道以上的油封密封。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液下泵,具体涉及一种对轴承室冷却的耐高温液下泵。
背景技术
液下泵在输送的介质为高温熔盐时,传动转轴长时间浸泡在高温液体中时,由于金属转轴的传热作用,高温会沿着转轴传导至轴承处,导致轴承温度升高,进而轴承失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温的液下泵。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种耐高温液下泵,包括泵壳、轴承室和转轴,转轴穿接轴承室,轴承室安装于泵壳内,轴承室的外部套有有冷却腔,冷却腔的两侧分别设有进水管和出水管,进、出水管分别自泵壳伸出,转轴与轴承室底部间由由一道以上的油封密封,转轴与冷却腔的内底面间由一道以上的油封密封。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:将轴承室浸泡于冷却腔内,冷却腔通循环冷却水,确保在运送高温介质时,轴承室能有效冷却;轴上通过油封密封,避免冷却水进入轴承腔或者进入泵体。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如图所示,一种耐高温液下泵,包括泵壳1、轴承室2和转轴3,转轴3穿接轴承室2内的轴承,轴承室2安装于泵壳1内,轴承室2的外部套有有冷却腔4,冷却腔4的两侧分别设有进水管5和出水管6,进、出水管分别自泵壳1伸出,转轴3与轴承室2底部间由一道以上的油封7密封,转轴3与冷却腔4的内底面间由一道以上的油封密封。

1.一种耐高温液下泵,包括泵壳、轴承室和转轴,转轴穿接轴承室,轴承室安装于泵壳内,其特征在于,轴承室的外部套有有冷却腔,冷却腔的两侧分别设有进水管和出水管,进、出水管分别自泵壳伸出,转轴与轴承室底部间由由一道以上的油封密封,转轴与冷却腔的内底面间由一道以上的油封密封。
