Abstract
本发明公开了一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其原料按重量份包括:三元乙丙橡胶100‑300份,SEBS 100‑200份,聚丙烯25‑50份,改性聚氨酯100‑150份,石蜡油100‑150份,相容剂5‑10份,填料5‑20份,着色剂0.5‑10份,硫化剂0.2‑5份,防老剂0.5‑5份,润滑剂5‑30份。本发明还公开了上述热塑性硫化橡胶材料的制备方法。本发明为白色或淡黄色,本发明具有良好的耐油性能和耐热老化性能,机械性能好,同时手感良好,可以改善SEBS在耐油性能方面的缺陷,并能满足其对颜色的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
SEBS是氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,具有良好的耐老化性能和力学性能,既具有可塑性,又具有高弹性,无需硫化即可加工使用,边角料可重使用,广泛用于生产高档弹性体、塑料改性、胶粘剂、润滑油增粘剂、电线电缆的填充料和护套料等。但SEBS在手感、耐油性、耐溶剂性和熔体强度都有所欠缺,从而限制其应用。聚丙烯、三元乙丙橡胶具有非常优异的性能,能改善SEBS的耐油性、耐溶剂性和熔体强度。
美国专利US4311628/0272871A1公开了制备热塑性硫化橡胶的方法,所述的弹性体为乙丙橡胶,树脂为聚丙烯,硫化体系是酚醛树脂硫化剂、二水合氯化亚锡为硫化促进剂采用动态硫化技术制备出热塑性硫化橡胶,但是该硫化橡胶的颜色为黄色且不透明,不能满足SEBS材料颜色的要求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料及其制备方法,本发明为白色或淡黄色,本发明具有良好的耐油性能和耐热老化性能,机械性能好,同时手感良好,可以改善SEBS在耐油性能方面的缺陷,并能满足其对颜色的要求。
本发明提出的一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其原料按重量份包括:三元乙丙橡胶100-300份,SEBS 100-200份,聚丙烯25-50份,改性聚氨酯100-150份,石蜡油100-150份,相容剂5-10份,填料5-20份,着色剂0.5-10份,硫化剂0.2-5份,防老剂0.5-5份,润滑剂5-30份。
优选地,改性聚氨酯的重量份可以为105、110、115、120、125、130、135、140、145。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,在惰性气体氛围中,将4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混匀,制备得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;调节温度,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入改性硅藻土和改性二氧化钛,保温搅拌,升温,加入十三氟-1-辛醇,保温搅拌,加入季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌,滴加三乙胺至溶液呈中性,干燥,粉碎得到改性聚氨酯。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,在惰性气体氛围中,将4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混匀,升温至80-85℃,保温搅拌3-5h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;调节温度至50-60℃,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入改性硅藻土和改性二氧化钛,保温搅拌1-3h,升温至70-80℃,加入十三氟-1-辛醇,保温搅拌2-4h,加入季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌1-2h,滴加三乙胺至溶液呈中性,干燥,粉碎得到改性聚氨酯。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,惰性气体为氮气。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,改性硅藻土、改性二氧化钛均是经γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性得到,均为400-500目。
优选地,改性聚氨酯为200-300目。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、改性硅藻土、改性二氧化钛、十三氟-1-辛醇、季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯的重量比为15-20:60-80:0.2-0.4:2-2.7:2-2.5:2-3:5.5-7.3:4.5-6。

本发明还提出了上述热塑性硫化橡胶材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将三元乙丙橡胶、SEBS、聚丙烯、改性聚氨酯、芳烃油、相容剂、防老剂、润滑剂混匀密炼,经单螺杆挤出机造粒得到混炼粒子;将混炼粒子、填料、着色剂、硫化剂混匀,经双螺杆挤出机动态硫化,然后拉条,冷却,切粒得到热塑性硫化橡胶材料。
优选地,双螺杆挤出机的转速为300-500r/min,螺杆长径比为55-64,动态硫化温度为140-220℃。
优选地,动态硫化具体温度为:一区温度140℃、二区温度180℃、三区温度190℃、四区温度200℃、五区温度205℃、六区温度210℃、七区温度215℃、八区温度220℃、十区温度220℃、十一区温度220℃、十二区温度220℃、十三区温度220℃。
上述在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,N-甲基吡咯烷酮的作用是溶解,不规定其用量,根据具体操作确定其用量。
本发明选用的三元乙丙橡胶具有良好的耐腐蚀性、密度低,弹性好;聚丙烯具有密度小、耐应力开裂性好、耐磨性高、耐热性好和化学稳定性好等优点;SEBS具有良好的热稳定性、耐老化性,紫外线稳定性、抗氧化性,并且可塑性好,弹性高;三者相互配合,可以大大增加本发明的热稳定性、耐腐蚀性和机械性能;硅藻土具有良好的抗冲击、抗拉伸、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐油性能,并且吸附性能好;二氧化钛具有良好的粘附性、耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗紫外线性能,白度和光亮度好,且不会变黑;聚氨酯具有良好的机械性能、耐磨、耐油、耐老化性能;选用4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二羟甲基丙酸制备得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体,然后加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性硅藻土、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化钛,在聚氨酯预聚体中均匀分散,硅藻土、二氧化钛表面的的氨基与异氰酸酯基键合,从而将硅藻土、二氧化钛包覆在聚氨酯中,增加聚氨酯的抗紫外线性能、耐油性、热稳定性能和机械性能,剩余的异氰酸酯基再与十三氟-1-辛醇中的羟基键合,从而在聚氨酯中引入氟基团,从而大大增加了聚氨酯的耐油、耐腐蚀、热稳定性能,再加入季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯,与聚氨酯预聚体中的羧基键合,从而引入了双键,得到含氟和碳碳双键的改性聚氨酯,改性聚氨酯与三元乙丙橡胶、聚丙烯、SEBS可均匀分散,并能与三元乙丙橡胶上的双键缩合,形成复杂交联网络,从而大大增加本发明的抗冲击、抗拉伸等机械性能,强度高,并且大大增加了本发明耐腐蚀、耐油、热稳定性、抗紫外线性能;填料、着色剂可以与聚氨酯中的改性硅藻土、改性二氧化钛相互配合,改善本发明的颜色,增加本发明的抗冲击性能;石蜡油、相容剂、润滑剂相互配合,增加本发明的加工流动性,促进各物质均匀分散,改善本发明的手感;防老剂可以进一步增加本发明的耐腐蚀、耐油、热稳定性;选用合适的硫化剂,使得本发明交联硫化,增加本发明的机械性能,并能防止本发明变色。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其原料按重量份包括:三元乙丙橡胶200份,SEBS 150份,聚丙烯38份,改性聚氨酯125份,石蜡油125份,相容剂7份,填料12份,着色剂5份,硫化剂3份,防老剂3份,润滑剂18份。
上述热塑性硫化橡胶材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将三元乙丙橡胶、SEBS、聚丙烯、改性聚氨酯、芳烃油、相容剂、防老剂、润滑剂混匀密炼,经单螺杆挤出机造粒得到混炼粒子;将混炼粒子、填料、着色剂、硫化剂混匀,经双螺杆挤出机动态硫化,然后拉条,冷却,切粒得到热塑性硫化橡胶材料。
实施例2
一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其原料按重量份包括:乙烯基的含量为30wt%三元乙丙橡胶300份,SEBS 100份,聚丙烯50份,改性聚氨酯100份,石蜡油150份,PP-g-MA 5份,白度为86的无机填料20份,无机着色剂0.5份,硫化剂5份,防老剂0.5份,润滑剂30份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混匀,制备得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;调节温度至50℃,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性硅藻土和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化钛,保温搅拌3h,升温至70℃,加入十三氟-1-辛醇,保温搅拌4h,加入季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌1h,滴加三乙胺至溶液呈中性,干燥,粉碎得到改性聚氨酯,其中,4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、改性硅藻土、改性二氧化钛、十三氟-1-辛醇、季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯的重量比为20:60:0.4:2:2:3:5.5:6;
硫化剂由辛基酚醛硫化树脂和氯化亚锡水合物组成。
上述热塑性硫化橡胶材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将三元乙丙橡胶、SEBS、聚丙烯、改性聚氨酯、芳烃油、相容剂、防老剂、润滑剂混匀密炼,经单螺杆挤出机造粒得到混炼粒子;将混炼粒子、填料、着色剂、硫化剂混匀,经双螺杆挤出机动态硫化,然后拉条,冷却,切粒得到热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其中,双螺杆挤出机的转速为300r/min,螺杆长径比为64,动态硫化具体温度为:一区温度140℃、二区温度180℃、三区温度190℃、四区温度200℃、五区温度205℃、六区温度210℃、七区温度215℃、八区温度220℃、十区温度220℃、十一区温度220℃、十二区温度220℃、十三区温度220℃。
实施例3
一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其原料按重量份包括:乙烯基的含量为50wt%三元乙丙橡胶100份,SEBS 200份,聚丙烯25份,改性聚氨酯150份,石蜡油100份,POE-g-MA 10份,白度为87的煅烧高岭土5份,有机着色剂10份,硫化剂0.2份,防老剂5份,润滑剂5份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混匀,升温至85℃,保温搅拌3h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;调节温度至60℃,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入400目γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性硅藻土和500目γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化钛,保温搅拌1h,升温至80℃,加入十三氟-1-辛醇,保温搅拌2h,加入季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌2h,滴加三乙胺至溶液呈中性,干燥,粉碎至200目得到改性聚氨酯,其中,4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、改性硅藻土、改性二氧化钛、十三氟-1-辛醇、季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯的重量比为15:80:0.2:2.7:2.5:2:7.3:4.5;

一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其原料按重量份包括:乙烯基的含量为35wt%三元乙丙橡胶250份,SEBS 120份,聚丙烯40份,改性聚氨酯120份,石蜡油130份,三元乙丙橡胶-马来酸酐接枝物6份,白度为88的钛白粉15份,荧光增白剂2份,硫化剂4份,防老剂2份,润滑剂20份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混匀,升温至80℃,保温搅拌5h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;调节温度至52℃,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入500目γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性硅藻土和400目γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化钛,保温搅拌2.5h,升温至73℃,加入十三氟-1-辛醇,保温搅拌3.5h,加入季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌1.2h,滴加三乙胺至溶液呈中性,干燥,粉碎至300目得到改性聚氨酯,其中,4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、改性硅藻土、改性二氧化钛、十三氟-1-辛醇、季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯的重量比为16:75:0.25:2.5:2.4:2.2:7:5;
硫化剂由辛基酚醛硫化树脂和氯化亚锡水合物组成;
防老剂由主抗氧剂和辅助抗氧剂按重量比1:4配合而成,主抗氧剂为抗氧剂1076,辅助抗氧剂为抗氧剂168。
上述热塑性硫化橡胶材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将三元乙丙橡胶、SEBS、聚丙烯、改性聚氨酯、芳烃油、相容剂、防老剂、润滑剂混匀密炼,经单螺杆挤出机造粒得到混炼粒子;将混炼粒子、填料、着色剂、硫化剂混匀,经双螺杆挤出机动态硫化,然后拉条,冷却,切粒得到热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其中,双螺杆挤出机的转速为450r/min,螺杆长径比为58,动态硫化具体温度为:一区温度140℃、二区温度180℃、三区温度190℃、四区温度200℃、五区温度205℃、六区温度210℃、七区温度215℃、八区温度220℃、十区温度220℃、十一区温度220℃、十二区温度220℃、十三区温度220℃。
实施例5
一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其原料按重量份包括:乙烯基的含量为45wt%三元乙丙橡胶150份,SEBS 180份,聚丙烯35份,改性聚氨酯130份,石蜡油120份,PP-g-MA 8份,填料10份,无机着色剂8份,硫化剂2份,防老剂4份,润滑剂15份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混匀,升温至83℃,保温搅拌4h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;调节温度至55℃,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入500目γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性硅藻土和500目γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化钛,保温搅拌2h,升温至75℃,加入十三氟-1-辛醇,保温搅拌3h,加入季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌1.5h,滴加三乙胺至溶液呈中性,干燥,粉碎至300目得到改性聚氨酯,其中,4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、改性硅藻土、改性二氧化钛、十三氟-1-辛醇、季四戊醇三丙烯酸酯的重量比为17:70:0.3:2.3:2.3:2.5:6.5:5.5;

上述热塑性硫化橡胶材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将三元乙丙橡胶、SEBS、聚丙烯、改性聚氨酯、芳烃油、相容剂、防老剂、润滑剂混匀密炼,经单螺杆挤出机造粒得到混炼粒子;将混炼粒子、填料、着色剂、硫化剂混匀,经双螺杆挤出机动态硫化,然后拉条,冷却,切粒得到热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其中,双螺杆挤出机的转速为350r/min,螺杆长径比为62,动态硫化具体温度为:一区温度140℃、二区温度180℃、三区温度190℃、四区温度200℃、五区温度205℃、六区温度210℃、七区温度215℃、八区温度220℃、十区温度220℃、十一区温度220℃、十二区温度220℃、十三区温度220℃。
实施例6-9
一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其原料配比如下表,
其中,改性聚氨酯的制备同实施例5。
上述热塑性硫化橡胶材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将三元乙丙橡胶、SEBS、聚丙烯、改性聚氨酯、芳烃油、相容剂、防老剂、润滑剂混匀密炼,经单螺杆挤出机造粒得到混炼粒子;将混炼粒子、填料、着色剂、硫化剂混匀,经双螺杆挤出机动态硫化,然后拉条,冷却,切粒得到热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其中,双螺杆挤出机的转速为400r/min,螺杆长径比为60,动态硫化具体温度为:一区温度140℃、二区温度180℃、三区温度190℃、四区温度200℃、五区温度205℃、六区温度210℃、七区温度215℃、八区温度220℃、十区温度220℃、十一区温度220℃、十二区温度220℃、十三区温度220℃。
试验例1
对实施例6-9进行性能测试,结果如下表:
由上表可以看出,本发明密度低,硬度高,为白色或淡黄色,耐油性好,耐热老化性能好。

Claims (12)
1.一种热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:三元乙丙橡胶100-300份,SEBS 100-200份,聚丙烯25-50份,改性聚氨酯100-150份,石蜡油100-150份,相容剂5-10份,填料5-20份,着色剂0.5-10份,硫化剂0.2-5份,防老剂0.5-5份,润滑剂5-30份;
在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,在惰性气体氛围中,将4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混匀,制备得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;调节温度,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入改性硅藻土和改性二氧化钛,保温搅拌,升温,加入十三氟-1-辛醇,保温搅拌,加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌,滴加三乙胺至溶液呈中性,干燥,粉碎得到改性聚氨酯;
硫化剂由辛基酚醛硫化树脂和氯化亚锡水合物组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,在惰性气体氛围中,将4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混匀,升温至80-85℃,保温搅拌3-5h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;调节温度至50-60℃,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入改性硅藻土和改性二氧化钛,保温搅拌1-3h,升温至70-80℃,加入十三氟-1-辛醇,保温搅拌2-4h,加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌1-2h,滴加三乙胺至溶液呈中性,干燥,粉碎得到改性聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,惰性气体为氮气;在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,改性硅藻土、改性二氧化钛均是经γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性得到,均为400-500目;改性聚氨酯为200-300目;在改性聚氨酯的制备过程中,4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚氧化丙烯二醇2000、二月桂酸丁基锡、二羟甲基丙酸、改性硅藻土、改性二氧化钛、十三氟-1-辛醇、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯的重量比为15-20:60-80:0.2-0.4:2-2.7:2-2.5:2-3:5.5-7.3:4.5-6。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其特征在于,三元乙丙橡胶中乙烯基的含量为30-50wt%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其特征在于,相容剂为PP-g-MA、POE-g-MA、三元乙丙橡胶-马来酸酐接枝物中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其特征在于,填料为白度大于85的无机填料。
7.根据权利要求6所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其特征在于,填料为煅烧高岭土、钛白粉中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其特征在于,着色剂为无机着色剂、有机着色剂和荧光增白剂中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料,其特征在于,防老剂由主抗氧剂和辅助抗氧剂按重量比1:4配合而成,主抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1790中的一种,辅助抗氧剂为抗氧剂168、抗氧剂618、抗氧剂P-EPQ中的一种。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将三元乙丙橡胶、SEBS、聚丙烯、改性聚氨酯、石蜡油、相容剂、防老剂、润滑剂混匀密炼,经单螺杆挤出机造粒得到混炼粒子;将混炼粒子、填料、着色剂、硫化剂混匀,经双螺杆挤出机动态硫化,然后拉条,冷却,切粒得到热塑性硫化橡胶材料。
11.根据权利要求10所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,双螺杆挤出机的转速为300-500r/min,螺杆长径比为55-64,动态硫化温度为140-220℃。
12.权利要求11所述热塑性硫化橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,动态硫化具体温度为:一区温度140℃、二区温度180℃、三区温度190℃、四区温度200℃、五区温度205℃、六区温度210℃、七区温度215℃、八区温度220℃、十区温度220℃、十一区温度220℃、十二区温度220℃、十三区温度220℃。
