Abstract
一种废弃的铝塑复合包装材料分离回收技术。该技术利用简单的物理、化学方法将铝塑复合材料先破碎,再配置合适的分离剂,将铝片、塑料膜分离开来,最后将二者分散、提取。该项技术是一项废弃物的回收利用技术,并且简单、环保,符合我国现阶段提倡的可持续发展道路。

技术领域
本发明是针对于废弃的铝塑复合包装材料以及这种包装材料在加工过程中产生的边角料,利用物理、化学的方法,将其中的铝、塑分离开来,回收循环利用,属于一种化工类技术。
背景技术
目前,我国很多药品、食品等产品的包装袋为铝塑复合材料,这种包装袋气密性好,外观具有光泽,因此被广泛地用于产品的包装。但是,这种铝塑复合材料随着生产技术的提高,铝箔的厚度一般在0.0055mm左右,当塑料含有铝时,这种废品既不能当塑料使用,也无法把铝箔提炼出来。这种包装袋在使用过后,或者生产过程中产生的废弃品、边角料只能作为垃圾处理,有的甚至需要集体焚烧填埋,对环境有很大的污染。本发明是一种对废弃铝塑复合包装材料的分离技术,利用物理、化学的方法将铝、塑分离开来,然后将其分别循环利用,避免了在回收过程中由于燃烧塑料材料而产生的污染。这项技术属于废弃物品的回收利用技术,符合我国现阶段提倡的可持续发展道路以及注重长远发展的经济增长模式,并且,该发明技术成本低廉、环保,有良好的社会效应和经济效益。
发明内容
为了减少在废弃铝塑包装材料作为垃圾处理中对环境的污染,本发明提供一种针对于废弃的铝塑复合包装材料的分离回收技术,该技术不仅能将铝塑复合材料中的铝片、塑料膜很彻底地分离开来,还能将二者分别回收。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:利用物理的方法,将铝塑包装材料剪切、破碎。用化学方法,针对于不同的塑料复合包装材料所用的胶粘剂不同,通过调整分离剂中不同组分的比例,配置不同的分离剂,使粘结铝塑材料的胶粘剂失去胶粘作用,从而将铝塑分离。再利用物理方法,将分离后的铝、塑材料在溶液中分散,然后分别提取出来。
本发明的有益效果是,在整个分离回收过程中,无需额外的使用提供能源设备,方法简单,操作方便,用简单的物理、化学方法彻底的分离出铝、塑材料。
具体实施方式
1、用破碎机将大片状废弃的铝塑包装材料破碎。
2、配制分离剂。将氯代烷、烷基醇、有机酸、缓蚀剂、去离子水按一定比例搅拌混合,配制出用于废弃铝塑包装材料的铝塑分离剂。
3、将破碎好的片状材料加入到分离剂中反应分离。一段时间后,铝塑材料在分离剂中分离,并分散在不同的溶液层中。
4、用分散机将溶液中的铝塑材料进一步分散,使二者彻底分离。
5、将分布于不同溶液层的铝片、塑料膜材料分别打捞出来,并将二者分别置于不同地方进行晾晒、干燥。

1.一种铝塑包装材料分离回收技术,其特征是:用物理、化学方法,将包装材料破碎,通过配制合适的分离剂,将铝塑包装材料分离,再通过分散机,将二者进一步彻底分离,最终分别提取。
2.根据权利要求1,所述的一种铝塑包装材料分离回收技术,其特征是:分离剂由氯代烷、烷基醇、有机酸、缓蚀剂、去离子水按一定比例配制而成。
3.根据权利要求1,所述的一种铝塑包装材料分离回收技术,其特征是:在分散剂分离后,用分散机进一步彻底分离。
