Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型连栋复合农业大棚系统,包括大棚框架本体和沼气池,该大棚框架本体由大棚立柱以及大棚立柱上方的三角形棚顶构成;所述的三角形棚顶由左棚顶板与右棚顶板相连接而成;所述的左棚顶板由多个光伏组件与多个凹透散光构件采用相间排列方式构成;右棚顶板由单个镜面反光构件构成;在大棚向阳一侧的地下布置了一个沼气池,沼气池的导气管与安装在大棚内的沼气灶连接。本实用通过改进,解决了现有技术中太阳能发电装置安装在空地上占用了大量的土地资源的问题、常规光伏大棚内部采光差的缺陷以及大棚光伏板接收辐照度较低的问题,同时设置沼气池在夜间及太阳能不足时为大棚提供热能,降解农业废弃物,实现资源循环利用,减少农业环境污染。

技术领域
本专利涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种新型连栋复合农业大棚系统。
背景技术
近年来,能源危机不断加剧,节能环保已成为世界热点,节能减排也成为时代的主旋律。在此背景下,光伏等新能源的开发利用不断加深,光伏农业大棚,一种应用太阳能电池板作为棚顶,为农业大棚提供电力来源。
但是大棚的上方的光伏组件的遮挡会阻止太阳光线的直接射入,使大棚内部分农作物不能充分接受到光照,影响植物光合作用,降低农作物的产量和质量。
同时,由于太阳能受时段及气候影响,沼气池作为农业大棚的一种生物质能源补充必不可少,沼气池不但可以在夜间及太阳能不足时为大棚提供热能,还可降解农业废弃物,实现资源循环利用,减少农业环境污染。
专利内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种新型连栋复合农业大棚系统,解决了现有技术中太阳能发电装置安装在空地上占用了大量的土地资源的问题、常规光伏大棚内部采光差的缺陷、大棚光伏板接收辐照度较低的问题,降解农业废弃物,实现资源循环利用,减少农业环境污染。
为实现上述目的,本专利提供一种新型连栋复合农业大棚系统,包括大棚框架本体,该大棚框架本体由大棚立柱以及大棚立柱上方的三角形棚顶构成;所述的三角形棚顶由左棚顶板与右棚顶板相连接而成;所述的左棚顶板由多个光伏组件与多个凹透散光构件采用相间间隔排列方式构成;右棚顶板由单个镜面反光构件构成;在大棚向阳一侧的地下布置了一个沼气池,沼气池的导气管与安装在大棚内的沼气灶连接。
优选地,所述的凹透散光构件为凹透型散光板、凹透型散光片或凹透型散光薄膜。
优选地,所述的镜面反光构件为镜面反光镜片或镜面放光薄膜。
本专利的有益效果在于:
1、本专利采用光伏组件与凹透散光构件相间排列在棚顶上,在保证发电的同时,可以有效的把透过玻璃的光线均匀的散射到植物上,保证大棚内的植物接受均匀的光照,保证农作物的正常生长;
2、晶硅太阳能电池使用环境温度为-40℃~+85℃,可经受强风、暴雨、冰雹等恶劣气候条件,太阳能电池的使用寿命一般为25年,大大延长了大棚支架的使用寿命,降低了大棚支架的使用成本;
3、本专利棚顶还采用镜面反光构件,使得组件接收的辐射量增大,较传统系统可以提高发电量;系统透光性较好,保证农作物正常生长。
4、沼气池不但可以在夜间及太阳能不足时为大棚提供热能,还可降解农业废弃物,实现资源循环利用,减少农业环境污染。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本专利,如图1-3所示,本专利提供一种新型连栋复合农业大棚系统,包括大棚框架本体,该大棚框架本体由大棚立柱4以及位于大棚立柱4上方的三角形棚顶5构成;所述的三角形棚顶5由左棚顶板与右棚顶板相连接而成;所述的左棚顶板由多个光伏组件1与多个凹透散光构件2采用相间间隔排列方式构成;右棚顶板由单个镜面反光构件3构成。
所述的凹透散光构件2为凹透型散光板、凹透型散光片或凹透型散光薄膜,可以有效的使光线匀称的散射到植物上,利用透光玻璃及散光材料有效的把光线匀称散射,促进植物的生长。
所述的镜面反光构件3为镜面反光镜片或镜面放光薄膜,具有反光作用,可以将光照反射到相邻大棚的光伏组件方阵上,增加辐照量,提高发电效率。

1.一种新型连栋复合农业大棚系统,包括大棚框架本体和沼气池,该大棚框架本体由大棚立柱(4)以及大棚立柱上方的三角形棚顶(5)构成;其特征在于:所述的三角形棚顶(5)由左棚顶板与右棚顶板相连接而成;所述的左棚顶板由多个光伏组件(1)与多个凹透散光构件(2)采用相间排列方式构成;右棚顶板由单个镜面反光构件(3)构成;在大棚向阳一侧的地下布置了一个沼气池(6),沼气池的导气管(7)与安装在大棚内的沼气灶(8)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型连栋复合农业大棚系统,其特征在于:所述的凹透散光构件(2)为凹透型散光板、凹透型散光片或凹透型散光薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型连栋复合农业大棚系统,其特征在于:所述的镜面反光构件(3)为镜面反光镜片或镜面放光薄膜。
