本实用新型的光互补是将农业种植和太阳能光伏发电相结合的一种技术,称之为“农光互补”,可以实现土地立体化增值利用,建设现代高效农业综合经济体。利用太阳能光伏发电无污染零排放的特点,与农业种植大棚结构相结合,在大棚的向阳面上部分或全部铺设光伏组件,在不占用土地条件下实现光伏发电目的,又促进农作物的生长,创造了更好的经济效益和社会效益。
但是目前标准光伏组件普遍透光性较低或没有透光性,侧重农作物生长,就不能有效利用空间发电,侧重光伏发电,就影响农作物生长。存在如下问题:自然采光受光伏组件电池片遮挡。标准光伏组件保温效果差。冬季受天气影响自然采光时间太短,不能有效进行光合作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可实现大棚无遮挡采光、人工补光、增加保温的光伏组件,采用具有漫散射功能的高透光率玻璃,将太阳能电池在光伏组件中品字型排列,增加透光面积。从而实现有效利用空间发电,促进农作物生长。提供光源,提高光照时间,促进农作物生长,同时有效解决标准光伏组件保温效果差这一问题,解决背景技术存在的上述问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种可实现大棚无遮挡采光、人工补光、增加保温的光伏组件,包含散射光玻璃板、晶硅太阳能电池、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物膜、真空保温层和LED补光灯带,所述散射光玻璃板,包含散射光玻璃板一和散射光玻璃板二,所述散射光玻璃板一和散射光玻璃板二平行设置在晶硅太阳能电池的上下两侧;所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物膜,包含乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物膜一和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物膜二,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物膜一设置在散射光玻璃板一和晶硅太阳能电池之间;所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物膜二设置在散射光玻璃板二和晶硅太阳能电池之间;所述散射光玻璃板二的下方设有真空保温层;所述真空保温层内设有LED补光灯带。
所述晶硅太阳能电池为若干个方形板,呈品字型间隔排列在散射光玻璃板一和散射光玻璃板二之间,呈品字型间隔排列,既保证晶硅太阳能电池采光,又保证大棚采光。
所述散射光玻璃板由高透光玻璃板和散光模块构成,高透光玻璃板的下表面设有多个散光模块;所述散光模块为凸透镜结构,多个散光模块均匀布置高透光玻璃板的下表面,与高透光玻璃板成为一体,提高透光面积。
本实用新型的有益效果:结构简单,节能高效,清洁环保,提高了标准光伏组件保温效果,充分利用太阳能,太阳光在任何角度射入温室大棚,通过光伏组件的两层玻璃的漫反射功能,提供光源,提高光照时间,提高光合作用效率,促进农作物生长,同时实现有效利用空间发电。夏季日照强烈时,还可起到遮阳降温作用。

真空保温层高效提高并保持温室大棚内温度、湿度;散射光玻璃板对阳光进行漫反射,提高温室大棚内有效光照面积,提高光合作用效率,同时提升晶硅太阳能电池的受光照率,提高发电效率。晶硅太阳能电池成品字型排列,提高透光率的同时,在散射光玻璃板的影响下,发电量得到有效保持。LED补光灯带提供光源,提高光照时间,促进农作物生长。
