本发明公开了一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩,包括隔热罩本体,所述隔热罩本体包括箱体、箱盖、通风管、通风盒和用于连接箱盖和箱体的螺钉,其中通风盒和箱体之间通过通风管连接,箱体的侧壁上开有通风孔,构成箱体的侧板包括隔热铝箔、防变形支架、装有冷却剂的箱体和顶罩,隔热铝箔贴附在顶罩的外侧壁上,顶罩安装在装有冷却剂的箱体上,防变形支架安装在装有冷却剂的箱体的内腔内,防变形支架包括钢质矩形框和支架,其中支架安装在钢质矩形框上,支架呈X形。该不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩其结简单,隔热效果好,且不易变形,造价低,易于推广。

一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩
技术领域
本发明涉及机油生产装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩。
背景技术
近年来,汽车走进了千家万户,在给人们带来快捷、方便、舒适的出行环境的同时,也加剧了世界能源的急剧消耗,造成了环境污染的口趋加重;并且车辆在怠速工况下,车辆排放会白白消耗汽油,而频繁地手动熄火再启动,又给驾驶带来不便。在这种环境下,起停技术应运而生。而起停技术所需要的AGM蓄电池非普通蓄电池,它需要具备深度循环充放电能力,以满足发动机的频繁启动。AGM蓄电池必须在60摄氏度左右的环境下,才能充分发挥其的能力,若长期处于高温(大于80摄氏度)环境中,则对AGM蓄电池的能力和使用寿命有很大的影响。
目前采用AGM蓄电池的车型中,一般有以下两种方案:一、将蓄电池布置在前舱,然后增加蓄电池隔热罩。但是一般这种方案对蓄电池布置空间要求较高,且远远不能满足AGM蓄电池的使用要求,而且隔热罩常常会发生变形;
二、将蓄电池布置在行李箱。但如果将AGM蓄电池布置在行李箱,导致车辆线束、车身和内饰件的研发成本的大大增加。
因此,我们急需设计一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩,包括隔热罩本体,所述隔热罩本体包括箱体、箱盖、通风管、通风盒和用于连接箱盖和箱体的螺钉,其中通风盒和箱体之间通过通风管连接,箱体的侧壁上开有通风孔,构成箱体的侧板包括隔热铝箔、防变形支架、装有冷却剂的箱体和顶罩,隔热铝箔贴附在顶罩的外侧壁上,顶罩安装在装有冷却剂的箱体上,防变形支架安装在装有冷却剂的箱体的内腔内,防变形支架包括钢质矩形框和支架,其中支架安装在钢质矩形框上,支架呈X形。
优选的,所述通风盒包括矩形盒和格栅,其中格栅通过转动轴安装在矩形盒上,矩形盒的进风口处安装有防尘网。
优选的,所述顶罩与装有冷却剂的箱体之间的空隙填充有隔热棉。
优选的,所述箱盖上开有用于导线穿出的导线孔,箱盖的外侧壁上贴附有隔热铝箔。
优选的,所述箱体的顶部四角开有供给螺钉拧入的螺纹孔,箱体的内腔底部安装有减震垫。
本发明有益效果:该不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩其上设置了由装有冷却剂的箱体、通风管和通风盒等部件构成的散热隔热机构,其能够阻挡汽车发动机工作时产生的热量,且能够散热效果较好,且其上设置了由钢质矩形框和支架构成的防变形支架,其能够防止隔热罩变形,该不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩其结简单,隔热效果好,且不易变形,造价低,易于推广。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-4,一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩,包括隔热罩本体,隔热罩本体包括箱体3、箱盖4、通风管2、通风盒1和用于连接箱盖和箱体的螺钉5,其中通风盒1和箱体3之间通过通风管2连接,箱体3的侧壁上开有通风孔,构成箱体3的侧板包括隔热铝箔31、防变形支架32、装有冷却剂的箱体33和顶罩34,隔热铝箔31贴附在顶罩34的外侧壁上,顶罩34安装在装有冷却剂的箱体33上,防变形支架32安装在装有冷却剂的箱体33的内腔内,防变形支架32包括钢质矩形框321和支架322,其中支架322安装在钢质矩形框321上,支架322呈X形,通风盒1包括矩形盒11和格栅12,其中格栅12通过转动轴安装在矩形盒11上,矩形盒11的进风口处安装有防尘网,顶罩34与装有冷却剂的箱体33之间的空隙填充有隔热棉,箱盖4上开有用于导线穿出的导线孔,箱盖4的外侧壁上贴附有隔热铝箔31,箱体3的顶部四角开有供给螺钉5拧入的螺纹孔,箱体3的内腔底部安装有减震垫。
工作原理:隔热罩由箱体3、箱盖4、通风管2、通风盒1和用于连接箱盖和箱体的螺钉5构成,使用时,将蓄电池放置到箱体3内,在通过螺钉5将箱盖4固定到箱体3上即可。
通风管2和通风盒1能够使得箱体3内保持通风,进而起到降温的作用,使用时,将通风盒1安装到汽车上,将通风盒1的进风端置于汽车外部即可。
用于制作箱体3的侧板其由隔热铝箔31、防变形支架32、装有冷却剂的箱体33和顶罩34,装有冷却剂的箱体33和隔热铝箔31能够阻隔发动机工作时产生的热量,防变形支架32安装在装有冷却剂的箱体33的内部,其大大减小了箱体3变形的几率。

1.一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩,包括隔热罩本体,其特征在于:所述隔热罩本体包括箱体(3)、箱盖(4)、通风管(2)、通风盒(1)和用于连接箱盖和箱体的螺钉(5),其中通风盒(1)和箱体(3)之间通过通风管(2)连接,箱体(3)的侧壁上开有通风孔,构成箱体(3)的侧板包括隔热铝箔(31)、防变形支架(32)、装有冷却剂的箱体(33)和顶罩(34),隔热铝箔(31)贴附在顶罩(34)的外侧壁上,顶罩(34)安装在装有冷却剂的箱体(33)上,防变形支架(32)安装在装有冷却剂的箱体(33)的内腔内,防变形支架(32)包括钢质矩形框(321)和支架(322),其中支架(322)安装在钢质矩形框(321)上,支架(322)呈X形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩,其特征在于,所述通风盒(1)包括矩形盒(11)和格栅(12),其中格栅(12)通过转动轴安装在矩形盒(11)上,矩形盒(11)的进风口处安装有防尘网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩,其特征在于,所述顶罩(34)与装有冷却剂的箱体(33)之间的空隙填充有隔热棉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩,其特征在于,所述箱盖(4)上开有用于导线穿出的导线孔,箱盖(4)的外侧壁上贴附有隔热铝箔(31)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易变形的蓄电池隔热罩,其特征在于,所述箱体(3)的顶部四角开有供给螺钉(5)拧入的螺纹孔,箱体(3)的内腔底部安装有减震垫。
