Abstract

本发明提供一种循环加热的加热炉,加热炉本体内顶端设有延伸至其外部的进料传动带,底端设有延伸至其外部的出料传送带,进料传动带、出料传送带之间设有右侧传送带、左侧传送带,进料传动带、右侧传送带、左侧传送带、出料传送带通过导料板依次衔接构成运送工件的蛇形通路;进料传动带、右侧传送带、左侧传送带、出料传送带之间均设有加热隔板,加热隔板上设有供导料板穿过的通口,加热隔板通过支架固定在加热炉本体内,加热隔板顶端设有加热盘管。本发明的有益效果是升温速度快,加热效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于加热炉领域,尤其是涉及一种循环加热的加热炉。
背景技术
对机械工件进行的加热作业,大都是加热通道内完成,为了延长加热时间,需要将加热通道延长,一种可以解决这种问题,具有双重加热机构、循环加热的加热炉还有待于进一步研究和开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简单、便于推广应用、循环加热的加热炉。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的一种循环加热的加热炉,包括加热炉本体、进料传动带、右侧传送带、左侧传送带、出料传送带、加热隔板、支架、导料板、通口、加热盘管;
所述加热炉本体内顶端设有延伸至其外部的进料传动带,底端设有延伸至其外部的出料传送带,所述进料传动带、出料传送带之间设有右侧传送带、左侧传送带,所述进料传动带、右侧传送带、左侧传送带、出料传送带通过导料板依次衔接构成运送工件的蛇形通路;
所述进料传动带、右侧传送带、左侧传送带、出料传送带之间均设有加热隔板,所述加热隔板上设有供导料板穿过的通口,所述加热隔板通过支架固定在加热炉本体内,加所述热隔板顶端设有加热盘管。
所述加热炉本体由内到外依次设有导热内层、加热机构、外壳。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、由于采用上述技术方案,机械工件的加热更加方便;具有结构简单,加工成本低、便于推广应用等优点。
2、双重加热,升温速度快。
3、循环运输路线,工件驻留时间长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明的一种循环加热的加热炉,包括加热炉本体1、进料传动带2、右侧传送带3、左侧传送带4、出料传送带5、加热隔板6、支架7、导料板8、通口10、加热盘管11;
加热炉本体1内顶端设有延伸至其外部的进料传动带2,底端设有延伸至其外部的出料传送带5,进料传动带2、出料传送带5之间设有右侧传送带3、左侧传送带4,进料传动带2、右侧传送带3、左侧传送带4、出料传送带5通过导料板8依次衔接构成运送工件的蛇形通路;
进料传动带2、右侧传送带3、左侧传送带4、出料传送带5之间均设有加热隔板6,加热隔板6上设有供导料板8穿过的通口10,加热隔板6通过支架7固定在加热炉本体1内,加热隔板6顶端设有加热盘管11。
实施例2
如图2所示,本实施例在实施例1的基础上进行改进,所述加热炉本体1由内到外依次设有导热内层12、加热机构13、外壳9。
本实例的工作过程:
将待加热的工件放置到进料传动带2上,经过右侧传送带3、左侧传送带4、出料传送带5以及导料板8的运送,工件在加热炉本体1内呈蛇形路径运动,可大大延长其在加热炉内的停留时间,提高加热效果。
加热隔板6的设置,和加热机构13构成内外双重加热系统,使得本装置升温速度快,加热效果好。

1.一种循环加热的加热炉,其特征在于:包括加热炉本体、进料传动带、右侧传送带、左侧传送带、出料传送带、加热隔板、支架、导料板、通口、加热盘管;
所述加热炉本体内顶端设有延伸至其外部的进料传动带,底端设有延伸至其外部的出料传送带,所述进料传动带、出料传送带之间设有右侧传送带、左侧传送带,所述进料传动带、右侧传送带、左侧传送带、出料传送带通过导料板依次衔接构成运送工件的蛇形通路;
所述进料传动带、右侧传送带、左侧传送带、出料传送带之间均设有加热隔板,所述加热隔板上设有供导料板穿过的通口,所述加热隔板通过支架固定在加热炉本体内,加所述热隔板顶端设有加热盘管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环加热的加热炉,其特征在于:所述加热炉本体由内到外依次设有导热内层、加热机构、外壳。
