背景技术
变压器蝶阀是变压器油路控制的主要设备之一,其中蝶板与阀体紧密配合形成密封面控制油路的通断,以往的蝶阀通常采用O型环作为密封部件,该部件容易被腐蚀分解,影响使用寿命,阀体多采用铸造件,渗漏比较严重,使用时需经常更换,既浪费人力物力,又影响设备的正常运转。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供一种结构简单,使用寿命长,密封性能好的真空偏心变压器蝶阀。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案是:真空偏心变压器蝶阀包括阀体、阀杆、阀杆套、压盖,其特点是阀体端面四角对称设置四个安装连接孔,阀体内孔中分别固定装有两个阀杆套,阀杆套内活动穿装阀杆,阀杆上固定装有蝶板,阀杆穿装在蝶板的偏心孔中,阀体上端加入填料密封,并用压盖压紧,阀杆上端连接驱动装置。
本发明的有益效果是:真空偏心变压器蝶阀结构简单,方便加工,生产成本低,耐腐蚀,不渗漏,密封性能好,大大延长了使用寿命,扩大了蝶阀的使用环境和温度范围,减少了更换次数,大大节约了后期的维修和更换的人力和物力。

具体实施方式
实施例,参照附图1~2,真空偏心变压器蝶阀的阀体3端面四角对称设置四个安装连孔3-1,阀体3内孔中分别固定装有两个阀杆套6,阀杆套6内活动穿装阀杆4,阀杆4上固定装有蝶板5,阀杆4穿装在蝶板5的偏心孔中,阀体3上端加入填料密封,并用压盖2压紧,阀杆4上端连接驱动装置1。
真空偏心变压器蝶阀的使用方法是:使用时,真空偏心变压器蝶阀通过阀体3的安装连接孔3-1与变压器油路管道连接,其驱动可采用手动、齿轮驱动、蜗轮蜗杆驱动、气动驱动、液压驱动、电动驱动等形式。驱动装置1传递力矩给阀杆4,阀杆4转动并带动蝶板5一起转动,打开油路管道,使油路接通。当蝶板5与管路方向一致时达到流量最大,当阀杆4反向转动时,使阀体3内过流通道的截面积变小,流量也随之变小,当蝶板5与油路管道直时,整个真空偏心变压器蝶阀关闭,从而实现管路的开闭。

1.一种真空偏心变压器蝶阀,包括阀体(3)、阀杆(4)、阀杆套(6)、压盖(2),其特征在于阀体(3)端面四角对称设置四个安装连接孔(3-1),阀体(3)内孔中分别固定装有两个阀杆套(6),阀杆套(6)内活动穿装阀杆(4),阀杆(4)上固定装有蝶板(5),阀杆(4)穿装在蝶板(5)的偏心孔中,阀体(3)上端加入填料密封,并用压盖(2)压紧,阀杆(4)上端连接驱动装置(1)。
