Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其具有原纸生产、丝绸加工、粘合、施涂、压光、夜光涂液制备及喷涂和剪切步骤,最终制得由原纸层、丝绸层、发泡材料层及夜光涂液层构成的用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料。本发明所述的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺成本较低,工艺简便,且首次将丝绸面料与抗菌原纸相结合来提高内饰档次、物理强度及使用周期,通过夜光涂液的施加,大大提高了建筑内饰的光线照度,具有节能环保的优势,且与市售内饰材料相比,其耐破度、环保等级、抗菌防霉等级、生命周期及满月夜光照度均具有显著优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑内饰装饰材料领域,具体涉及用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺。
背景技术
目前,随着物质生活的进一步充裕,人们对居所及消费场所如会所、KTV包厢、会议厅等的环境要求也显著提高,着重体现在内饰的环保性能、抗菌性能、装饰档次及光线照度等方面,然而由于现有的内饰材料一方面抗菌防霉性能不足,一方面装饰档次与价格成本难以两全,普遍存在性能缺陷。另外,现有的消费场所如会所、KTV包厢、会议厅等均存在需要大功率的照明设备来提高室内光线照度的现象,这大大提高了电能成本,因而减少大功率照明设备的使用,节约能源是亟待解决的一大难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种成本较低、工艺简便,能够满足客户性能需求且节约能源的用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现(说明书中所有提及的份数、百分含量均为以质量计算):一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,加工步骤如下:
(1)原纸生产:以本色含银抗菌针叶木纤维材料为原料,在滤水筒式造纸机上湿法抄造无纵横向差的原纸,其中原纸定量为55-65g/m2
(2)丝绸加工:以抗菌银丝和蜡光棉丝为原料,采用苏绣手法形成千鸟格图案的丝绸面料,其中抗菌银丝的重量占比为10-18wt%;
(3)粘合:采用环保粘合剂将步骤(2)中的丝绸面料粘合于步骤(1)中的原纸表面,形成定量为80-90g/m2的基材层;
(4)施涂:将发泡材料施涂至步骤(3)中的基材层表面,并采用红外线干燥系统进行涂层烘干发泡,形成发泡材料层,其中发泡材料由聚氯乙烯糊料树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、颜填料、二甲酰胺类发泡剂、荧光粉末及水组成;
(5)压光:采用纸粕辊对发泡材料层进行软压光,使其表面均匀平整,便于后续加工;
(6)夜光涂液配制:在搅拌釜中加入环氧树脂和丙烯酸酯树脂进行搅拌混合,继续加入玻璃微珠和蜡质,升温至60-70℃后以磁力转子进行搅拌15-20min,进一步加入夜光粉末,进行充分混合,补加溶剂后形成固含量为10-20%的夜光涂液;
(7)喷涂:将步骤(6)中的夜光涂液稀释调浓后采用高压雾化喷涂系统施加至步骤(5)压光后的片材表面,干燥后形成含有夜光涂液层的夜光丝绸装饰材料;
(8)剪切:按照所需规格,将步骤(7)中的夜光丝绸装饰材料裁量剪切后用作商业会所建筑的内饰。

所述步骤(4)中的发泡材料组成为:聚氯乙烯糊料树脂100份,增塑剂10份,稳定剂8份,颜填料钛白粉末20份和轻钙10份,二甲酰胺类发泡剂10份,荧光粉6份,水足量。
所述步骤(6)中的夜光涂液组成为:环氧树脂30份,丙烯酸树脂40份,玻璃微珠20份,蜡质10份,夜光粉末15份,溶剂足量。
所述步骤(6)中的升温温度为65℃,磁力转子搅拌时间为18min,夜光涂液固含量为15%。
所制得的夜光丝绸装饰材料的定量为120-140g/m2,耐破度为600-800kPa,环保等级为E0级,抗菌防霉等级为优等,生命周期达8-10年,满月夜光照度为3.5-8.5勒克斯。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下的优点:成本较低,工艺简便,且首次将丝绸面料与抗菌原纸相结合来提高内饰档次、物理强度及使用周期,通过夜光涂液的施加,大大提高了建筑内饰的光线照度,具有节能环保的优势,且与市售内饰材料相比,其耐破度、环保等级、抗菌防霉等级、生命周期及满月夜光照度均具有显著优势。
具体实施方式:
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,加工步骤如下:
(1)原纸生产:以本色含银抗菌针叶木纤维材料为原料,在滤水筒式造纸机上湿法抄造无纵横向差的原纸,其中原纸定量为55-65g/m2
(2)丝绸加工:以抗菌银丝和蜡光棉丝为原料,采用苏绣手法形成千鸟格图案的丝绸面料,其中抗菌银丝的重量占比为10-18wt%;

实施例1
一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,加工步骤如下:
(1)原纸生产:以本色含银2wt%抗菌针叶木纤维材料为原料,在滤水筒式造纸机上湿法抄造无纵横向差的原纸,其中原纸定量为55g/m2
(2)丝绸加工:以抗菌银丝和蜡光棉丝为原料,采用苏绣手法形成千鸟格图案的丝绸面料,其中抗菌银丝的重量占比为10wt%;
(3)粘合:采用糯米熬制的天然胶将步骤(2)中的丝绸面料粘合于步骤(1)中的原纸表面,形成定量为80g/m2的基材层;
(4)施涂:将发泡材料施涂至步骤(3)中的基材层表面,并采用红外线干燥系统进行涂层烘干发泡,形成发泡材料层,其中发泡材料由聚氯乙烯糊料树脂100份、增塑剂10份、稳定剂8份、钛白粉末20份、轻钙10份、二甲酰胺类发泡剂10份、荧光粉末6份及足量水组成;
(5)压光:采用纸粕辊对发泡材料层进行软压光,使其表面均匀平整,便于后续加工;
(6)夜光涂液配制:在搅拌釜中加入环氧树脂30份和丙烯酸酯树脂40份进行搅拌混合,继续加入玻璃微珠20份和蜡质10份,升温至60℃后以磁力转子进行搅拌15min,进一步加入夜光粉末15份,进行充分混合,补加足量溶剂后形成固含量为10%的夜光涂液;
(7)喷涂:将步骤(6)中的夜光涂液稀释调浓后采用高压雾化喷涂系统施加至步骤(5)压光后的片材表面,干燥后形成含有夜光涂液层的夜光丝绸装饰材料;
(8)剪切:按照所需规格,将步骤(7)中的夜光丝绸装饰材料裁量剪切后用作商业会所建筑的内饰。

(4)施涂:将发泡材料施涂至步骤(3)中的基材层表面,并采用红外线干燥系统进行涂层烘干发泡,形成发泡材料层,其中发泡材料由聚氯乙烯糊料树脂100份、增塑剂10份、稳定剂8份、钛白粉末20份、轻钙10份、二甲酰胺类发泡剂10份、荧光粉末6份及足量水组成;
(5)压光:采用纸粕辊对发泡材料层进行软压光,使其表面均匀平整,便于后续加工;
(6)夜光涂液配制:在搅拌釜中加入环氧树脂30份和丙烯酸酯树脂40份进行搅拌混合,继续加入玻璃微珠20份和蜡质10份,升温至65℃后以磁力转子进行搅拌18min,进一步加入夜光粉末15份,进行充分混合,补加足量溶剂后形成固含量为15%的夜光涂液;
(7)喷涂:将步骤(6)中的夜光涂液稀释调浓后采用高压雾化喷涂系统施加至步骤(5)压光后的片材表面,干燥后形成含有夜光涂液层的夜光丝绸装饰材料;
(8)剪切:按照所需规格,将步骤(7)中的夜光丝绸装饰材料裁量剪切后用作商业会所建筑的内饰。
所制得的夜光丝绸装饰材料的定量为130g/m2,耐破度为700kPa,环保等级为E0级,抗菌防霉等级为优等,生命周期达9年,满月夜光照度为6.0勒克斯。
实施例3
一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,加工步骤如下:
(1)原纸生产:以本色含银2wt%抗菌针叶木纤维材料为原料,在滤水筒式造纸机上湿法抄造无纵横向差的原纸,其中原纸定量为65g/m2
(2)丝绸加工:以抗菌银丝和蜡光棉丝为原料,采用苏绣手法形成千鸟格图案的丝绸面料,其中抗菌银丝的重量占比为18wt%;
(3)粘合:采用糯米熬制的天然胶将步骤(2)中的丝绸面料粘合于步骤(1)中的原纸表面,形成定量为90g/m2的基材层;
(4)施涂:将发泡材料施涂至步骤(3)中的基材层表面,并采用红外线干燥系统进行涂层烘干发泡,形成发泡材料层,其中发泡材料由聚氯乙烯糊料树脂100份、增塑剂10份、稳定剂8份、钛白粉末20份、轻钙10份、二甲酰胺类发泡剂10份、荧光粉末6份及足量水组成;
(5)压光:采用纸粕辊对发泡材料层进行软压光,使其表面均匀平整,便于后续加工;

(7)喷涂:将步骤(6)中的夜光涂液稀释调浓后采用高压雾化喷涂系统施加至步骤(5)压光后的片材表面,干燥后形成含有夜光涂液层的夜光丝绸装饰材料;
(8)剪切:按照所需规格,将步骤(7)中的夜光丝绸装饰材料裁量剪切后用作商业会所建筑的内饰。
所制得的夜光丝绸装饰材料的定量为140g/m2,耐破度为800kPa,环保等级为E0级,抗菌防霉等级为优等,生命周期达10年,满月夜光照度为8.5勒克斯。
本发明的夜光丝绸装饰材料与市售内饰材料性能对比如下表:
注:上述表格中满月夜光照度是指在满月环境下月光照射内饰材料后的光线照度。
如上表所示,本发明与市售内饰材料相比其性能优越。主要体现为成本较低,工艺简便,且首次将丝绸面料与抗菌原纸相结合来提高内饰档次、物理强度及使用周期,通过夜光涂液的施加,大大提高了建筑内饰的光线照度,具有节能环保的优势,且其耐破度、环保等级、抗菌防霉等级、生命周期及满月夜光照度均具有显著优势。
上述实施方式仅为本发明较佳的技术方案,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与作用原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的替换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,加工步骤如下:
(1)原纸生产:以本色含银抗菌针叶木纤维材料为原料,在滤水筒式造纸机上湿法抄造无纵横向差的原纸,其中原纸定量为55-65g/m2;
(2)丝绸加工:以抗菌银丝和蜡光棉丝为原料,采用苏绣手法形成千鸟格图案的丝绸面料,其中抗菌银丝的重量占比为10-18wt%;
(3)粘合:采用环保粘合剂将步骤(2)中的丝绸面料粘合于步骤(1)中的原纸表面,形成定量为80-90g/m2的基材层;
(4)施涂:将发泡材料施涂至步骤(3)中的基材层表面,并采用红外线干燥系统进行涂层烘干发泡,形成发泡材料层,其中发泡材料由聚氯乙烯糊料树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、颜填料、二甲酰胺类发泡剂、荧光粉末及水组成;
(5)压光:采用纸粕辊对发泡材料层进行软压光,使其表面均匀平整,便于后续加工;
(6)夜光涂液配制:在搅拌釜中加入环氧树脂和丙烯酸酯树脂进行搅拌混合,继续加入玻璃微珠和蜡质,升温至60-70℃后以磁力转子进行搅拌15-20min,进一步加入夜光粉末,进行充分混合,补加溶剂后形成固含量为10-20%的夜光涂液;
(7)喷涂:将步骤(6)中的夜光涂液稀释调浓后采用高压雾化喷涂系统施加至步骤(5)压光后的片材表面,干燥后形成含有夜光涂液层的夜光丝绸装饰材料;
(8)剪切:按照所需规格,将步骤(7)中的夜光丝绸装饰材料裁量剪切后用作商业会所建筑的内饰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的本色含银抗菌针叶木纤维材料中含银量为2wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的原纸定量为60g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的抗菌银丝的重量占比为14wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的环保粘合剂为糯米熬制的天然胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中形成的基材层定量为85g/m2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中的发泡材料组成为:聚氯乙烯糊料树脂100份,增塑剂10份,稳定剂8份,颜填料钛白粉末20份和轻钙10份,二甲酰胺类发泡剂10份,荧光粉6份,水足量。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(6)中的夜光涂液组成为:环氧树脂30份,丙烯酸树脂40份,玻璃微珠20份,蜡质10份,夜光粉末15份,溶剂足量。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(6)中的升温温度为65℃,磁力转子搅拌时间为18min,夜光涂液固含量为15%。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的一种用于商业会所建筑内饰的夜光丝绸装饰材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,制得的夜光丝绸装饰材料的定量为120-140g/m2,耐破度为600-800kPa,环保等级为E0级,抗菌防霉等级为优等,生命周期达8-10年,满月夜光照度为3.5-8.5勒克斯。
