Male bottom corner piece body, female bottom corner piece body and bottom corner piece
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of exchange boxes, in particular to a bottom corner piece male body, a bottom corner piece female body and a bottom corner piece.
Background
The connection between each part of the existing exchange box body adopts a welding mode, for example, the four walls of the exchange box body are connected with the bottom frame, the four walls of the exchange box body are connected with the top wall, and the two adjacent walls of the exchange box body are connected with each other. The parts can not be disassembled, only the whole box body can be used as goods for transportation, and the standard shipping container can not be loaded.
In view of this, SKD cabinets (semi-closed Down, semi-bulk cabinets) have come into production, which can be split into several pieces and loaded in ISO40', 45', 48' HQ containers for transportation, ready to be transported to a destination and then quickly assembled into a whole box. The SKD exchange box can effectively solve the problems of high transportation cost, low transportation efficiency, high transportation risk and the like in the marine transportation of the existing exchange box body.
However, the bottom corner pieces of the existing SKD exchange box are all integral welding components, which are usually welded at four corners of the bottom frame as an integral component, when the bottom frame is connected with the side wall, the front wall and the rear wall, the bottom frame can only be connected with the side wall, the front wall and the rear wall through bolts by means of the peripheral edge beams, and the corner pieces of the bottom frame cannot be connected with the side wall, the front wall and the rear wall, so that the strength is insufficient.
