Abstract
本发明公开了一种切片机,包括底座板,所述底座板的右端部设有油泵,所述底座板上表面设有支撑架,所述支撑架上固定有上模座,所述上模座的左侧面设有刀座,所述刀座的轴上设有刀片,该天麻切片机改变了现有的桶状挤压式切片方法,天麻从下料筒落下时,传送装置将其带到中部,在液压杆的作用下传送装置向上位移,与上模座合作夹持天麻茎块,输送至传送装置左端时,旋转的刀片将夹紧的天麻切片,相比现有的机械很容易实现切片,厚度均匀,调整变频电机的转速可以有效的控制切片的厚度,本装置亦可用来加工条须状的药材,结构简单,但能有效率的实现对天麻的切片加工作业,可做推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及药材切片加工技术领域,具体为一种切片机。
背景技术
天麻的药用价值极高,有很大的需求量,但目前国内尚无大规模加工天麻的专用机械,部分药品加工机械并不适合天麻等块茎状加工,会出现夹持不牢靠,造成切片极度不均匀,甚至完全无法使用,在对天麻进行加工时大多是采用工人手工切片的方式,不但劳动强度大,而且生产效率低,难以满足大规模生产的要求,为此,我们提出一种切片机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种切片机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种切片机,包括底座板,所述底座板的右端部设有油泵,所述底座板上表面设有支撑架,所述支撑架上固定有上模座,所述上模座的左侧面设有刀座,所述刀座的轴上设有刀片,所述刀片对应的底座板上设有集料槽,所述上模座的上部设有减速电机,所述减速电机的轴端通过链条与刀座的轴相连,所述上模座的右端面设有下料筒,所述下料筒上安装有进料盘,所述进料盘的左端内侧面设有滑槽,所述滑槽内配套安装有挡板,所述底座板上设有液压杆,所述液压杆通过油管与油泵相连,所述液压杆端部设有固定板,所述固定板上表面设有支撑座,所述支撑座上安装有传送装置,所述传送装置的主动轴轴端通过皮带与设在固定板上变频电机的轴端相连。
优选的,所述刀片为十字型。
优选的,所述传送装置的长度等于上模座与下料筒之和,所述下料筒的下端右侧设有挡料板。
优选的,所述挡板上部设有把手。
优选的,所述下料筒的侧面设有控制器,所述控制器分别与油泵、减速电机、变频电机电连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该天麻切片机改变了现有的桶状挤压式切片方法,天麻从下料筒落下时,传送装置将其带到中部,在液压杆的作用下传送装置向上位移,与上模座合作夹持天麻茎块,输送至传送装置左端时,旋转的刀片将夹紧的天麻切片,相比现有的机械很容易实现切片,厚度均匀,调整变频电机的转速可以有效的控制切片的厚度,本装置亦可用来加工条须状的药材,结构简单,但能有效率的实现对天麻的切片加工作业,可做推广使用。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种切片机,包括底座板1,底座板1的右端部设有油泵2,底座板1上表面设有支撑架3,支撑架3上固定有上模座4,上模座4的左侧面设有刀座5,刀座5的轴上设有刀片6,刀片6为十字型,刀片6对应的底座板1上设有集料槽17,集料槽16用来收集加工好的切片,上模座4的上部设有减速电机7,减速电机7的轴端通过链条8与刀座5的轴相连,上模座4的右端面设有下料筒9,下料筒9上安装有进料盘11,进料盘11的左端内侧面设有滑槽,滑槽内配套安装有挡板12,挡板12上部设有把手,底座板1上设有液压杆13,液压杆13通过油管与油泵2相连,液压杆13端部设有固定板14,固定板14上表面设有支撑座15,支撑座15上安装有传送装置18,传送装置18的长度等于上模座4与下料筒9之和,下料筒9的下端右侧设有挡料板,挡料板防止落料过多造成的从后侧滑出,传送装置18的主动轴轴端通过皮带与设在固定板14上变频电机16的轴端相连,下料筒9的侧面设有控制器10,控制器10分别与油泵2、减速电机7、变频电机16电连接该天麻切片机改变了现有的桶状挤压式切片方法,天麻从下料筒9落下时,传送装置18将其带到中部,在液压杆13的作用下传送装置向上位移,与上模座4合作夹持天麻茎块,输送至传送装置18左端时,旋转的刀片6将夹紧的天麻切片,相比现有的机械很容易实现切片,厚度均匀,调整变频电机16的转速可以有效的控制切片的厚度,本装置亦可用来加工条须状的药材,结构简单,但能有效率的实现对天麻的切片加工作业,使传统的手工切片作业机械化,可做推广使用。

1.一种切片机,包括底座板(1),其特征在于:所述底座板(1)的右端部设有油泵(2),所述底座板(1)上表面设有支撑架(3),所述支撑架(3)上固定有上模座(4),所述上模座(4)的左侧面设有刀座(5),所述刀座(5)的轴上设有刀片(6),所述刀片(6)对应的底座板(1)上设有集料槽(17),所述上模座(4)的上部设有减速电机(7),所述减速电机(7)的轴端通过链条(8)与刀座(5)的轴相连,所述上模座(4)的右端面设有下料筒(9),所述下料筒(9)上安装有进料盘(11),所述进料盘(11)的左端内侧面设有滑槽,所述滑槽内配套安装有挡板(12),所述底座板(1)上设有液压杆(13),所述液压杆(13)通过油管与油泵(2)相连,所述液压杆(13)端部设有固定板(14),所述固定板(14)上表面设有支撑座(15),所述支撑座(15)上安装有传送装置(18),所述传送装置(18)的主动轴轴端通过皮带与设在固定板(14)上变频电机(16)的轴端相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切片机,其特征在于:所述刀片(6)为十字型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种切片机,其特征在于:所述传送装置(18)的长度等于上模座(4)与下料筒(9)之和,所述下料筒(9)的下端右侧设有挡料板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种切片机,其特征在于:所述挡板(12)上部设有把手。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种切片机,其特征在于:所述下料筒(9)的侧面设有控制器(10),所述控制器(10)分别与油泵(2)、减速电机(7)、变频电机(16)电连接。
