实验药品时本发明实施例1中的药物。实验动物ICR种小白鼠，体重20-25克，雌雄各半，共40只。实验方法是：禁食15小时后，按10g/kg给小白鼠灌胃4个月。长期毒性实验结果显示：小白鼠体重、肝功能、肾功能、血液等对照无明显差异。表明该药的安全性大，属于无毒级别。
典型病例
病例1：李某某，男，16岁，学生，腰椎、骶髂、脊柱关节疼痛，夜间加剧，不能安眠。用实施例1制得的药物治疗1个月后症状减轻，3个月后治愈。随访一年无复发。
病例2：韦某某，男，28岁，腰、背、颈、臀、髋部以及关节疼痛，走路僵硬不适。用实施例2制得的药物治疗2个月后，症状减轻。6个月后疼痛、肿痛消失，活动自如，一年后无复发，一切正常。
病例3：农某某，女，50岁，脊柱强直，有所变形，仰睡疼痛不能眠，活动受限。用实施例3制得的药物治疗3个月后，能仰睡，6个月后疼痛消失。一年后脊柱、腰椎关节能活动，随访二年，无复发，一切正常。

Claims (5)

1.治疗强直性脊柱炎的药物，其特征在于，由下述重量份的原料制得：熟地黄7-10份、当归3-15份、续断10-30份、鸡血藤10-30份、桂枝4-10份、独活3-10份、桑寄生5-15份、狗脊5-15份、白芍3-10份、白术4-15份、枸杞子4-30份、牛膝4-10份、丹参515份、羌活3-4份、没药5-10份、乳香5-10份、甘草5-10份、威灵仙5-30份、茯苓5-30份、制附子5-15份、红花3-10份、菟丝子5-15份、黄苓5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物，其特征在于，所述原料的重量份为：熟地黄30份、当归15份、续断15份、鸡血藤20份、桂枝10份、独活10份、桑寄生10份、狗脊5份、白芍5份、白术4份、枸杞子10份、牛膝10份、丹参15份、羌活3份、没药10份、乳香10份、甘草10份、威灵仙5份、茯苓5份、制附子10份、红花5份、菟丝子10份、黄苓10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药物其特征在于所述原料的重量份为：熟地黄7份、当归3份、续断10份、鸡血藤10份、桂枝4份、独活3份、桑寄生5份、狗脊10份、白芍10份、白术4份、枸杞子4份、牛膝4份、丹参10份、羌活4份、没药5份、乳香5份、甘草5份、威灵仙10份、茯苓10份、制附子5份、红花3份、菟丝5份、黄苓5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的药物其特征在所述原料的重量份为：熟地黄10份、当归5份、续断30份、鸡血藤30份、桂枝10份、独活3份、桑寄生30份、狗脊15份、白芍3份、白术15份、枸杞子30份、牛膝4份、丹参5份、羌活3份、没药5份、乳香5份、甘草5份、威灵仙10份、茯苓30份、制附子15份、红花10份、菟丝15份、黄苓15份。
5.根据权利要求书1-4中任一项所述的药物，其特征在于，药物的制备方法为：先将将原料用体积浓度为30％-60％的酒精浸泡0.1-0.5小时，取出用水冲洗，置于其浸泡前重量3-5倍的水中，加热至沸腾后，在微沸状态下煎煮0.5-1小时，过滤，滤液浓缩至其体积的30％-40％，加入浓缩液重量1％-3％的变性淀粉，喷雾干燥后，即得到该药物。
