【背景技术】
目前防治农业害虫大多都使用化学杀虫剂,随着人民生活水平的提高,对农产品质量要求高了,不仅要吃好,而且要吃出健康。高毒化学农药所引发的农药残留问题越来越成为社会关注的热点。高毒农药是影响农产品质量安全的核心和关键,不仅影响农产品质量,直接危害人民群众的身体健康,还影响农民增收。由于高毒农药的毒性大,以前造成人畜中毒的事件时有发生。对妇女和儿童的影响极大,致畸致残的儿童很多。此外,随着世界各国对人类生存环境和自然生态的保护意识日益增强,高毒高残留杀虫剂将进一步受到限制。农药的不合理使用对农产品的质量安全构成威胁,因此,减少农药使用特别是高毒农药使用,对提高农产品质量和市场竞争力,促进我国农业持续发展,保障广大人民群众的生命安全和构建和谐社会都有着十分重大的意义。
由于化学农药很容易引起害虫的抗药性,为了防治效果好不断增加使用药量,杀害了很多天敌与有益生物,而且也污染了我们赖以生存生活环境,国家对环境保护的越来越重视,对农产品中的农药残留检测将会愈加严格,因此,大力发展无毒无公害的高效植物源农药是今后农药发展的方向。此外,常规的杀虫剂功能性单一,无法满足需求。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种甜瓜用杀虫剂,以解决使用化学农药防治害虫引起害虫抗药性及污染环境,规的杀虫剂功能性单一,无法满足需求等问题。本发明的甜瓜用杀虫剂成分无毒,无残留,不会带来环境污染;本发明的甜瓜用杀虫剂生产方法简单,成本低,使用方便,应用效果好,有利于推广应用。

S3:将步骤S2制得的滤液添加氯化钾、磷酸钙、碳酸氢铵、甘氨酸钙、甘氨酸镁、碘酸钾、硼酸钠、钼酸钠、氯化锌、甘氨酸锰、甘氨酸铜、硫酸亚铁、生素A、甘氨酸、激动素、吲哚丁酸、6-苄基腺膘呤、赤霉素、萘乙酸、助溶剂、分散剂、相容剂、调理剂、渗透剂、调节剂、增粘剂、稳定剂、流平剂、偶联剂、增效剂,在温度为45-52℃,转速为200-300r/min下搅拌溶解15-20min,制得混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的混合液在温度为65-80℃下浓缩至含水量≤20%,制得混合物Ⅱ;
S5:将步骤S4制得的混合物Ⅱ在温度为85-87℃下干燥至含水量≤7%,接着粉碎,过150-250目筛子,所得粉末采用脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器在温度为134-136℃,压力为210-230KPa下灭菌3-4min,制得甜瓜用杀虫剂。

(2)本发明的甜瓜用杀虫剂对蛴螬、潜叶蝇、蚜虫植物害虫的一次杀灭率均在97.15%以上,高于常规甜瓜用杀虫剂杀灭率,并且没有耐药用性,可以5-8年;同时使用本甜瓜用杀虫剂,还可提高产量和含糖量;
(3)本发明的甜瓜用杀虫剂生产方法简单,成本低,使用方便,应用效果好,有利于推广应用。

所述助溶剂为水杨酸钾;
所述分散剂为聚乙二醇;
所述相容剂为美国杜邦EEA2112AC;
所述调理剂为福寿螺粉;

所述的甜瓜用杀虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将沙巴藜芦、雷公藤、茶树叶、秦皮、苦参、苦楝、苦皮藤、臭椿混合粉碎,得到混合物Ⅰ,将混合物Ⅰ加入到乙醇中,在料液比为1:16,超声波功率为250W,乙醇浓度为75%,提取温度为68℃下提取药液20min,制得药液;
S2:将步骤S1制得的药液过4000目筛子,制得滤液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的滤液添加氯化钾、磷酸钙、碳酸氢铵、甘氨酸钙、甘氨酸镁、碘酸钾、硼酸钠、钼酸钠、氯化锌、甘氨酸锰、甘氨酸铜、硫酸亚铁、生素A、甘氨酸、激动素、吲哚丁酸、6-苄基腺膘呤、赤霉素、萘乙酸、助溶剂、分散剂、相容剂、调理剂、渗透剂、调节剂、增粘剂、稳定剂、流平剂、偶联剂、增效剂,在温度为48℃,转速为250r/min下搅拌溶解18min,制得混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的混合液在温度为72℃下浓缩至含水量为20%,制得混合物Ⅱ;
S5:将步骤S4制得的混合物Ⅱ在温度为86℃下干燥至含水量为7%,接着粉碎,过200目筛子,所得粉末采用脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器在温度为135℃,压力为220KPa下灭菌3.5min,制得甜瓜用杀虫剂。

一种甜瓜用杀虫剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:沙巴藜芦104份、雷公藤103份、茶树叶97份、秦皮90份、苦参85份、苦楝80份、苦皮藤75份、臭椿70份、氯化钾3份、磷酸钙2份、碳酸氢铵2份、甘氨酸钙0.5份、甘氨酸镁0.5份、碘酸钾0.3份、硼酸钠0.3份、钼酸钠0.3份、氯化锌0.3份、甘氨酸锰0.2份、甘氨酸铜0.2份、硫酸亚铁0.2份、生素A0.2份、甘氨酸0.1份、激动素0.03份、吲哚丁酸0.05份、6-苄基腺膘呤0.04份、赤霉素0.04份、萘乙酸0.02份、助溶剂0.7份、分散剂0.5份、相容剂0.9份、调理剂0.5份、渗透剂0.5份、调节剂0.4份、增粘剂0.5份、稳定剂0.4份、流平剂0.4份、偶联剂0.4份、增效剂0.3份、乙醇2500份;

S3:将步骤S2制得的滤液添加氯化钾、磷酸钙、碳酸氢铵、甘氨酸钙、甘氨酸镁、碘酸钾、硼酸钠、钼酸钠、氯化锌、甘氨酸锰、甘氨酸铜、硫酸亚铁、生素A、甘氨酸、激动素、吲哚丁酸、6-苄基腺膘呤、赤霉素、萘乙酸、助溶剂、分散剂、相容剂、调理剂、渗透剂、调节剂、增粘剂、稳定剂、流平剂、偶联剂、增效剂,在温度为45℃,转速为200r/min下搅拌溶解20min,制得混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的混合液在温度为65℃下浓缩至含水量为18%,制得混合物Ⅱ;
S5:将步骤S4制得的混合物Ⅱ在温度为85℃下干燥至含水量为6%,接着粉碎,过150目筛子,所得粉末采用脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器在温度为134℃,压力为210KPa下灭菌4min,制得甜瓜用杀虫剂。
实施例3
一种甜瓜用杀虫剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:沙巴藜芦116份、雷公藤105份、茶树叶104份、秦皮100份、苦参96份、苦楝94份、苦皮藤90份、臭椿85份、氯化钾4份、磷酸钙4份、碳酸氢铵3份、甘氨酸钙0.8份、甘氨酸镁0.7份、碘酸钾0.6份、硼酸钠0.5份、钼酸钠0.4份、氯化锌0.4份、甘氨酸锰0.4份、甘氨酸铜0.3份、硫酸亚铁0.3份、生素A0.3份、甘氨酸0.2份、激动素0.05份、吲哚丁酸0.08份、6-苄基腺膘呤0.07份、赤霉素0.08份、萘乙酸0.05份、助溶剂2份、分散剂1.6份、相容剂1.4份、调理剂1.4份、渗透剂1.2份、调节剂0.7份、增粘剂1.5份、稳定剂1.4份、流平剂1.3份、偶联剂0.9份、增效剂0.8份、乙醇6500份;

S3:将步骤S2制得的滤液添加氯化钾、磷酸钙、碳酸氢铵、甘氨酸钙、甘氨酸镁、碘酸钾、硼酸钠、钼酸钠、氯化锌、甘氨酸锰、甘氨酸铜、硫酸亚铁、生素A、甘氨酸、激动素、吲哚丁酸、6-苄基腺膘呤、赤霉素、萘乙酸、助溶剂、分散剂、相容剂、调理剂、渗透剂、调节剂、增粘剂、稳定剂、流平剂、偶联剂、增效剂,在温度为52℃,转速为300r/min下搅拌溶解15min,制得混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的混合液在温度为80℃下浓缩至含水量为17%,制得混合物Ⅱ;
S5:将步骤S4制得的混合物Ⅱ在温度为87℃下干燥至含水量为5%,接着粉碎,过250目筛子,所得粉末采用脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器在温度为136℃,压力为230KPa下灭菌3min,制得甜瓜用杀虫剂。
为验证本发明甜瓜用杀虫剂的效果,通过以下实验验证。
采用实施例1-3的甜瓜用杀虫剂和常规的杀虫剂(对照组),按1g杀虫剂配50g水的比例使用,进行甜瓜一次防治蛴螬、潜叶蝇、蚜虫植物害虫的试验,结果见下表。
从上表可见,本发明实施例1-3的甜瓜用杀虫剂对蛴螬、潜叶蝇、蚜虫植物害虫的一次杀灭率均在97.15%以上,高于常规甜瓜用杀虫剂杀灭率,使用效果好;同时使用本甜瓜用杀虫剂,还可提高产量和含糖量。

S1:将沙巴藜芦、雷公藤、茶树叶、秦皮、苦参、苦楝、苦皮藤、臭椿混合粉碎,得到混合物Ⅰ,将混合物Ⅰ加入到乙醇中,在料液比为1:13-18,超声波功率为150-350W,乙醇浓度为72%-78%,提取温度为64-70℃下提取药液16-25min,制得药液;
S2:将步骤S1制得的药液过3500-4500目筛子,制得滤液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的滤液添加氯化钾、磷酸钙、碳酸氢铵、甘氨酸钙、甘氨酸镁、碘酸钾、硼酸钠、钼酸钠、氯化锌、甘氨酸锰、甘氨酸铜、硫酸亚铁、生素A、甘氨酸、激动素、吲哚丁酸、6-苄基腺膘呤、赤霉素、萘乙酸、助溶剂、分散剂、相容剂、调理剂、渗透剂、调节剂、增粘剂、稳定剂、流平剂、偶联剂、增效剂,在温度为45-52℃,转速为200-300r/min下搅拌溶解15-20min,制得混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的混合液在温度为65-80℃下浓缩至含水量≤20%,制得混合物Ⅱ;
S5:将步骤S4制得的混合物Ⅱ在温度为85-87℃下干燥至含水量≤7%,接着粉碎,过150-250目筛子,所得粉末采用脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器在温度为134-136℃,压力为210-230KPa下灭菌3-4min,制得甜瓜用杀虫剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甜瓜用杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为水杨酸钾。
3.根据权利要求1所述的甜瓜用杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚乙二醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的甜瓜用杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述相容剂为美国杜邦EEA2112AC。
5.根据权利要求1所述的甜瓜用杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述调理剂为福寿螺粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的甜瓜用杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述渗透剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
