目前防治农业害虫大多都使用化学杀虫剂,随着人民生活水平的提高,对农产品质量要求高了,不仅要吃好,而且要吃出健康。高毒化学农药所引发的农药残留问题越来越成为社会关注的热点。高毒农药是影响农产品质量安全的核心和关键,不仅影响农产品质量,直接危害人民群众的身体健康,还影响农民增收。由于高毒农药的毒性大,以前造成人畜中毒的事件时有发生。对妇女和儿童的影响极大,致畸致残的儿童很多。此外,随着世界各国对人类生存环境和自然生态的保护意识日益增强,高毒高残留杀虫剂将进一步受到限制。农药的不合理使用对农产品的质量安全构成威胁,因此,减少农药使用特别是高毒农药使用,对提高农产品质量和市场竞争力,促进我国农业持续发展,保障广大人民群众的生命安全和构建和谐社会都有着十分重大的意义。
由于化学农药很容易引起害虫的抗药性,为了防治效果好不断增加使用药量,杀害了很多天敌与有益生物,而且也污染了我们赖以生存生活环境,国家对环境保护的越来越重视,对农产品中的农药残留检测将会愈加严格,因此,大力发展无毒无公害的高效植物源农药是今后农药发展的方向。此外,常规的杀虫剂功能性单一,无法满足需求。

本发明提供一种新型植物源果树杀虫剂,以解决使用化学农药防治害虫引起害虫抗药性及污染环境,规的杀虫剂功能性单一,无法满足需求等问题,本发明的新型植物源果树杀虫剂对尺蠖、黄蜘蛛、长白蚧植物害虫的一次杀灭率均在97.24%以上,高于常规新型植物源果树杀虫剂杀灭率,并且没有耐药用性,可以5-8年;同时使用本新型植物源果树杀虫剂,还可提高产量和含糖量。

S1:将秦皮、毒鱼藤、阴香叶、印楝、曼陀罗、苦楝、苦皮藤、臭椿、莴苣、薄荷、蓖麻混合粉碎,得到混合物Ⅰ,将混合物Ⅰ加入到乙醇中,在料液比为1:14-16,超声波功率为200-300W,乙醇浓度为65%-80%,提取温度为66-72℃下提取药液18-24min,制得药液;
S2:将步骤S1制得的药液过3000-5000目筛子,制得滤液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的滤液添加钾盐、磷盐、氮盐、钙盐、镁盐、碘盐、硼盐、钼盐、锌盐、锰盐、铜盐、铁盐、维生素、氨基酸、吲哚丁酸、赤霉素、6-苄基腺膘呤、萘乙酸、琼脂、激动素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、美国杜邦EEA2112AC相容剂、蚯蚓粉、烷基硫酸酯钾、丙烯酸酯、环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、黄原胶,在温度为42-50℃,转速为100-300r/min下搅拌溶解20-30min,制得混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的混合液在温度为60-80℃下浓缩至含水量≤22%,制得混合物Ⅱ;
S5:将步骤S4制得的混合物Ⅱ在温度为84-88℃下干燥至含水量≤6%,接着粉碎,过120-260目筛子,所得粉末采用脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器在温度为134-136℃,压力为210-230KPa下灭菌3-4min,制得新型植物源果树杀虫剂。

为验证本发明新型植物源果树杀虫剂的效果,通过以下实验验证。
采用实施例1-3的新型植物源果树杀虫剂和常规的杀虫剂(对照组),按1g杀虫剂配45g水的比例使用,进行柑橘一次防治尺蠖、黄蜘蛛、长白蚧植物害虫的试验,结果见下表。
从上表可见,本发明实施例1-3的新型植物源果树杀虫剂对尺蠖、黄蜘蛛、长白蚧植物害虫的一次杀灭率均在97.14%以上,高于常规新型植物源果树杀虫剂杀灭率,使用效果好;同时使用本新型植物源果树杀虫剂,还可提高产量和含糖量。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型植物源果树杀虫剂,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:秦皮84-96份、毒鱼藤84-96份、阴香叶62-86份、印楝60-90份、曼陀罗50-80份、苦楝50-80份、苦皮藤40-70份、臭椿40-70份、莴苣35-60份、薄荷35-60份、蓖麻30-50份、钾盐2-3份、磷盐1-3份、氮盐1-2份、钙盐0.6-0.9份、镁盐0.6-0.9份、碘盐0.2-0.4份、硼盐0.2-0.4份、钼盐0.2-0.4份、锌盐0.2-0.4份、锰盐0.2-0.4份、铜盐0.2-0.4份、铁盐0.2-0.4份、维生素0.2-0.4份、氨基酸0.2-0.3份、吲哚丁酸0.06-0. 09份、赤霉素0.06-0.09份、6-苄基腺膘呤0.06-0.08份、萘乙酸0.04-0.06份、琼脂0.1-0.3份、激动素0.04-0.06份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8-2.4份、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠0.6-1.8份、美国杜邦EEA2112AC相容剂1-1.5份、蚯蚓粉0.6-1.5份、烷基硫酸酯钾0.4-1.4份、丙烯酸酯0.5-0.8份、环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.6-1.6份、黄原胶0.5-1.5份、乙醇2000-6000份;
所述钾盐由以下组分组成:氯化钾0.6-0.8份、硫酸钾0.5-0.6份、硝酸钾0.4-0.6份、碳酸钾0.3-0.5份、碳酸氢钾0.2-0.5份;
所述磷盐由以下组分组成:磷酸钙0.3-0.8份、磷酸镁0.3-0.8份、磷酸铁0.2-0.7份、磷酸锌0.2-0.7份;
所述氮盐由以下组分组成:碳酸氢铵0.4-0.8份、碳酸铵0.3-0.6份、氯化铵0.3-0.6份;
所述钙盐由以下组分组成:甘氨酸钙0.3-0.4份、氯化钙0.2-0.3份、硫酸亚钙0.1-0.2份;
所述镁盐由以下组分组成:甘氨酸镁0.3-0.4份、氯化镁0.2-0.3份、硫酸亚镁0.1-0.2份;
所述碘盐由以下组分组成:碘化钠0.1-0.2份、碘酸钾0.1-0.2份;
所述维生素由以下组分组成:生素A0.08-0.14份、维生素 B10.08-0.12份、维生素B20.02-0.08份、维生素D0.02-0.06份;
所述氨基酸由以下组分组成:甘氨酸0.08-0.1份、胱氨酸0.06-0.08份、脯氨酸0.04-0.07份、丝氨酸0.02-0.05份;
所述的新型植物源果树杀虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将秦皮、毒鱼藤、阴香叶、印楝、曼陀罗、苦楝、苦皮藤、臭椿、莴苣、薄荷、蓖麻混合粉碎,得到混合物Ⅰ,将混合物Ⅰ加入到乙醇中,在料液比为1:14-16,超声波功率为200-300W,乙醇浓度为65%-80%,提取温度为66-72℃下提取药液18-24min,制得药液;
S2:将步骤S1制得的药液过3000-5000目筛子,制得滤液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的滤液添加钾盐、磷盐、氮盐、钙盐、镁盐、碘盐、硼盐、钼盐、锌盐、锰盐、铜盐、铁盐、维生素、氨基酸、吲哚丁酸、赤霉素、6-苄基腺膘呤、萘乙酸、琼脂、激动素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、美国杜邦EEA2112AC相容剂、蚯蚓粉、烷基硫酸酯钾、丙烯酸酯、环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、黄原胶,在温度为42-50℃,转速为100-300r/min下搅拌溶解20-30min,制得混合液;
S4:将步骤S3制得的混合液在温度为60-80℃下浓缩至含水量≤22%,制得混合物Ⅱ;
S5:将步骤S4制得的混合物Ⅱ在温度为84-88℃下干燥至含水量≤6%,接着粉碎,过120-260目筛子,所得粉末采用脉动真空压力蒸气灭菌器在温度为134-136℃,压力为210-230KPa下灭菌3-4min,制得新型植物源果树杀虫剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型植物源果树杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述硼盐为硼酸钾。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型植物源果树杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述钼盐为钼酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型植物源果树杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述锌盐为氯化锌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型植物源果树杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述锰盐为甘氨酸锰。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型植物源果树杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述铜盐为甘氨酸铜。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型植物源果树杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述铁盐为硫酸亚铁。
